I’ve had exceptional service from rent one ever since I’ve gotten products through them! One of my favorite people there, Brandon, is an amazing sales associate. He’s willing to help at any cost. Most the people there are people persons. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ive been coming here for years and once again I was not let down. As soon as I walked in Brandon Taylor greeted me and asked what Im buying today and I said I wanted a bed for me and my wife. He got me hooked up and talked me into buying a tool set as well. I dont know what it is about him but I love doing business here because he is truly awesome. We’ve had amazing help and customer service, the manager of the store is just amazing and the man who handles my and my husband’s account are some of the nicest people! They will also do everything in their power to help you if you can’t make a payment on a specific day. You just gotta ask and let them know what’s going on! If you go to the Paragould location, ask for Brandon! He handles our account and he really is a super nice guy!

Our washer quit working back in april. They picked it up for service and kept it for about 5 or 6 weeks. The kept telling us they had changed service providers and they werent sure when we would get our washer back. They had given us a replacement that was significantly smaller than the one we are paying for. When we finally told them that we wanted a replacement since they couldnt find our washer, they magically found it. This was in beginning of june. And now 2 months later, our washer is doing the same thing!!!! This is beyond frustrating. It worked fine last night and when I went to do a load today, it wouldnt turn on. Tried plugging into another outlet but still wont work. Ugh!!!!

Went out of their way to get me what I needed quickly

Ive been coming to this store for years and I thought Ive seen it all. But today I called up to rentone really upset because my tv went out and my kids no longer had a working tv and Brandon said that Id have to pay accident forgiveness to get a new one which was not problem. I got that paid and he checked to see if they had another tv like mine in stock and they did not. He politely told me not to worry because he would do what it takes to get my kids another tv by the end of the day. Sure enough he pulls up to my home at 4:45 pm with a tv he went and got from another store. My kids are so happy and he alone deserves 100 stars for going above and beyond like no company Ive ever dealt with!!! Absolutely amazing if anyone needs something taken care of ask for Brandon Taylor he is simply the best!!!!!

I used to like rentone in paragould,but couple months back had to basicly argue, to get a dryer that quit,replaced, and recently paid off a washer that quit today and flooded my bathroom within a month of payoff,wont be goin back to them anymore

Okay first off, The recent issue i have had with Rent one is they dont do their jobs correctly or everything j said would of been in their system correctly. More then once have i said, what DATES to pay on my stuff and every month they call and harass me telling me my payment is due. Ive told them countless times and i will not do it again!! I got a bed, box springs, mattess and head bored in a bundle deal and i asked the lady who was assiting me at that time how much more would it be on top of my washer n dryer she said it would be cheaper to do a bundle deal inatead of just the mattress, so she said it would come out to ar 300 give or take. So i said, okay. Got that done and put my payment down on it and then this month i go and pat on it and then this lady (short hair, glasses, more heavy set) tells me that my payment is way over 400 and that aint right! And, she said it waa also bc of late fees which obviously shouldnt be on thwre since i have told many different employees there the Dates i can come pay it on and she starts getting rude w me saying how this waa my fault and it was not and i told her i wamted to talk to someone else or im callimg corporate on That whole Place and then she grabs some other lady then looks in their system and tells the other lady w glasses how I DID ALREADY MAKE 2 PAYMENTS ON MY BED and it showed in the system. They were going to come take one of my things away even tho they have ovwr charged me, i have down graded my dryer for a cheaper one, i have even got that protection plan that is honestly outrageous and got pinned w late fees that is 15 bucks every day its late.... WHEN I TOLD THEM WHEN I CAN COME IN AND PAY ON IT! So its their fault and i want something done to where I will not have this issue again or money back for the mess and scamish ways they put me and im sure a lot of others thru. I will call corporate, if something doesnt get done ab the situation and im sure no one wants that ti happen.

Well my house caught on fire with a dryer I was buying through them and i also got the extra insurance threw them incase something like this was to happen they would replace it. Well I sent them the fire report 3 times before they actually sent it to their corporate office. And now I’m still waiting on them the get me a new dryer. I’ve already tore down the home that burnt and moved in a mobile home in it place before rent one is able to get me the dryer they owe me for pay for that extra insurance for two years. Oh yeah I’m also still paying for the dryer they haven’t replaced they are still pulling money from my account each week.

There is nothing they cant help me find. There has been more than one time something went out that I wouldnt be able to afford to just go buy a new one. They have always gone above and beyond to find me that item in my budget and the guys that come out and install it are super courteous and know exactly what they are doing.

Ordered a fireplace online during one of their promos. Delivered the wrong one initially but was updated nonstop once they realized the issue. About 2 weeks later, the fireplace I wanted is in my house and put together! Had an amazing experience yesterday, the staff was very knowledgeable and made it very easy for me to get a gaming system that my bf absolutely loved! Im not a gamer so I was so happy with them not judging me for not knowing the differences between systems!
