We have is used Jacks multiple times and I am pleased every time. They have been able to quickly get our vehicle in and back to us (next day most of the time)! He always calls and gives us the price. I truly appreciate them!

Told me they only work on one side to align front end. Used a impact wrench to tighten up ball joint and not a torque wrench with specific settings. Said it would be fine because it had a grove and wouldn’t fall off. Heren tire does all four wheels. Won’t go back. Jacks alignment had a good name but the quality they are putting out is not up to any standards.

Ive never been dissapointed with the labor prices at Jacks. Unfortunately, have owned 2nd, 3rd, even 4 prior owned cars as my only transportation, I know more than I should about car repairs, being a 40ish, single woman! All of the guys here are smart and know what their doing. Since they arent an engine and transmission service, you get to have repairs done here by men who are very knowledgeable for this type if repairs, unlike other places that handle everything. For the labor cost, an example-$100 labor for replacing inner and outer tie rod + alignment. There is a reason they stay very very busy. They are the most honest auto repair shop in town. I WISH they had an engine repair in addition.Cheryl

Had truck fixed they said it wasnt right spent money on new parts and one day later the parts fall off as Im driving down the road at speed limit wouldnt take my bicycle to them
