My direct auto insurance experience today was excellent. Laura Borrows definately went above and beyond to take care of all my needs as well as answer any questions that i had. She even went so far as to go to several scenarios with me in order to be sure that I was picking the one best suited for my needs. I have now put her down as my direct contact as far as making any future payments or any questions that I have in regards to my account due to the fact that she was so helpful and informative.
