Update: AC went out this weekend (luckily the weather was nice). They showed up at 10 this morning and had my AC running in 30 minutes with a simple parts replacement. Thank you again Burkes H&A.Third time using them. First time was when they replaced my blower on my freezer. They showed up as scheduled and fixed/replaced it quick. The other was an AC issue.Last night, my family woke up to a freezing house (heater issue). Even thou it is the day after New Years Eve, I called Burke at 8 AM and a tech showed up at my house at 9. Found, replaced, and fixed the issue right away. Thank goodness, it was a cold morning.Definitely my go to people when I have a major appliance and heating/air issue.Nick Phongsa

Fixed my 78 y/o Moms gas Central heat with a paper clip and a rubber band and charged her 75 dollars CASH No card, no check. Wrote on the reciept -Parts. My brother is an electrician and checked it to see what had been wrong with it as he thought it was a faulty switch that was supposed to light it. That IS what was wrong, this guy just lit it and put that mess on it to appear he did something in the 45 minutes he was there on his phone.

I had a washer under a extended warranty from Lowes. Lowes orderd the parts for Burke to repair my washer. It was the gear & shaft. They did not have the tools to repair the washer. They ended up taking the washer to Paragould. 3 weeks later ( yes 3 weeks) and after numerous phone calls It was finally retuned. In the meantime I went an bought another washer. Gave my old toy grandaughter a week later. The washer was still doing the same thing. It would not spin dry clothes good. Had to spin out 2 times. Do not use Burkes.

They put are 4 ton unit in, then it went bad after a year and they will not come and service it . We called them 2 or three times, they said they would come out and check it, they never showed would not call are any thing I will never buy from Burke again.
