Speedy service, way better than North Omaha

Wanted to give out another huge thank you to the gentleman at this AutoZone for taking the time to help us with a dead battery at nearby business. He didnt have to do what he did, but he did! We were basically stranded and very far from home with a small dog that needed medical attention. This man didnt hesitate with anything that was needed to get the car going. Ended up needing a new battery and he put that in. I unfortunately did not get his name but I think it was Billy S? You are an awesome man!!

Everyone there treats me with friendly service and do whatever ever it takes to help me get the right part and they make sure I understand whatever I need to know to install it. Highly recommend this store on 72nd Street across from Walmart.

Didnt have the tool I needed in stock and didnt understand what I was looking for until I explained it to the kid. A window handle removal tool isnt confusing.

Its employees like Dameon Thomas who keep me coming back to AutoZone! I needed a new battery for my wifes car and he had us in and out in no time. Fast and friendly service the whole way. Autozone corporate: give this guy a raise! Thanks again Dameon!

Stopped in for a battery test. Tyler was eager to help and checked it out immediately. Finding that the car could use a new battery, he made a great recommendation and then even installed it. Throughout his work, we made small talk and he said he had only been with the company two months and has aspirations of becoming a mechanic. Keep that integrity and humility Tyler, and you will be a GREAT mechanic!!

2 Stars for the rare pleasant experience in this store. Typically you can expect 3-4 employees and 1-2 customers. 1 customer will be served, while the other 3 employees stare at other customers standing in line to checkout like they dont exist. Then theyll get defensive when asked if Autozone only allows one employee to talk to customers. Go to Napa, in and out in 1/3rd of the time I was ignored in line here.

I went in to get my vehicle battery tested, with a battery that eventually required replacement. Upon entry in the store, the team of employees seemed very annoyed that I had even entered the store and were disinterested in helping me test my battery. Eventually, with a few dirty looks shot my way, one employee begrudgingly grabbed the tester and proceeded to join me at my vehicle. That employee attached the leads to my battery and within less than 10 seconds said the tester didn’t work and said he/she couldn’t help me...Of course he/she couldn’t. I don’t think it was a matter of couldn’t as much as it was a matter of didn’t want to. I thanked the employee for the “amazing service” and left for an O’Reilly Autoparts on Washington Rd, who had my battery tested and replaced within 10 minutes and received the best service I’ve ever received. I’m headed over to their page to drop a 5-star positive review after this.Bottom Line: Find another auto parts store if you can. This store not only lost a sale of $170 today but also any future business from me. Good luck.

I stopped in looking for help fitting new wipers to my car. Not one employee in the store was wearing a mask, and if they had one it was around their neck. I have a different connecter than standard cars and always have a hard time finding wipers. Despite mentioning this, I was sold the wrong wipers. I was made to seem like I just didnt know how to get them on my car. The employee finally took everything back inside and had to return them, complaining the whole way. He was cursing under his breath and told me I would have to contact the dealership because they couldnt help me. Disappointed that an auto parts store would have such little patience with this matter. Wont be returning.

I am a small business owner and a woman. I went into this store to buy 2 gallons of windshield washer fluid de-icer, oil, and saw a bag of ice melt which I needed. I barely got it all to the counter without dropping it. After I checked out, I asked the guy if they had carts or something that I could carry this out to my car with. He said “No, but you can leave the washer fluid and come back in for it if you want.” The store was not busy at all. I have worked customer service my WHOLE LIFE. I was appalled that he did not offer to help. Excellent customer service would have been offering to take it out to my car for me. Instead, in my pride, I picked up all of it, and headed back to my car - of course dropping my wallet and almost dropping my ice melt on the way back. I won’t be shopping here in the future. Ill go to Bellevue instead. They have better customer service.

My battery died and it was on an extremely cold night. I stopped in to buy a new battery and CJ helped me. He even installed my battery and allowed me to wait inside while he did it. He was so super helpful and professional. I especially appreciated it because it was so cold and he dropped what he was doing to help.

Needed help with license plate screws and was directed to the appropriate area. Then looked at oil filters for both my cars and got a phenomenal deal and bought all the filters in stock. Rep was able to allow me to purchase them and pick them up at the main store!Thanks for always going one step further than expected.Pat H.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They were extremely rude to my father today who was politely just waiting for a car battery. Took our business elsewhere and will never go back.

This store needs some serious help. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, but if you can get one who is available they usually have to help ring up purchases, answer the phone and then of course help the random person in the parking lot change their battery. Every. Time. Even with no one in line you will wait 10+ minutes to get out of the store. I understand the employees are older, but no one moves with a sense of urgency or acts like people waiting matters. Good old customer service life. Ill be using other stores until this location can figure out what they are doing and how to use their registers and PoS systems correctly.

Taking back my 5 star review from a year ago. Things have gone downhill. Today I asked to have wipers looked up. Was told a size and nothing else. They were the wrong ones. Upon return no apologies for time wasted no discount didnt seem to care at all. They are usually understaffed. OReillys will now be my go-to store.

Friendly employees lots to choose from. Most the time always the newest products. Always seem to have a grudge against advanced auto.

Charged twice for 1 item and refused to refund money. Took over 7 weeks to get money back.

Went in for a battery and nobody wanted to help. There were 3 people behind the counter and all just looked away acting like they were busy. Phones kept ringing and no one answered. Went in the next day to return my core and same thing happened, waited in line to get help for 20 minutes.

Good staff. Friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra step to help you complete your task. The advice I have gotten as always been accurate.

The staff is really helpful, when you can get one. I have had to wait up to five minutes to just ask a question. They have always been more than helpful once you get through the wait though. I still buy my auto parts from here even though I may have to wait.

Tonight I called 9min before closing because I needed a new taillight bulb. Josh offered to find it for me. He had it ready for me before I arrived. Josh and Michael both helped install it too! They went over and above. Great store and staff. Thank you!

Im in the military and just arrived in the area. I have a vehicle in storage for three years and needed the battery replaced. Received outstanding customer service from this store. The manger even came out to help when an issue came up with installing the battery. Even got a discount for being in the military. Great store!

Great service and helpful. First went to Walmart and was a waste of time. They helped me out with exactly what I needed and lent me a tool to replace my headlight. Gave me the realistic choice and didnt try to sell my the expensive one. Very funny and polite, especially really genuinely nice people.

Service was decent. Sales person was attentive, not as knowledgeable as I would have expected, could have been new. Very obvious about trying to sell up. Did have the part I was looking for, sales person did come help to find it when I was unable to find it.

This shop was absolutely great. Alfred W., a.k.a Lebron James, helped me replace my difficult windshield wipers in the freezing cold snow. I also only had enough for one wiper and he helped me out to get a second one because he was worried about my safety on the road. I use this location every time i need a part or mechanical advice :)

Waiting at the front several times when multiple people in the store and noone even says hold a moment. I had to tell thier customer yesterday I was almost done and hed with you in moment 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ they need new manager I think. Ill update my review if it changes but right now I been standing here for 5 min not one person come out the back its ridiculous

Bought 60 dollar wiper blades from this store, had my daughter with me so I asked if they could help install them, Filipino dude said no you got it handed me my receipt and said good day... lol now I can do my own blades but doing it with a crying baby in the car? Pretty sure every autozone and advanced auto helps customers with blades and batteries..

Sorry to report a pretty bad customer service/all-around motivation incident especially after all the positive reviews so hopefully its just an isolated incident. But basically stood up front ready to check out while the main cashier was outside helping someone with his car the other two guys stood in front of me stocking the shelves in the back. After standing there sometime they never stopped to help or ask if I was ready just stood in front of me and kept on so I just walked back set my product down and headed out without getting help. Pretty terrible situational awareness to notice someone needing checkout and not take a minute to ring me up.

Employees are always kind and willing to help you with your questions and selling you the best parts that you need

Staff was very friendly and came to my assistance as soon as I walked in. They helped answer my questions and easily find the products I needed and also offered suggestions of what I didn’t need to worry about,, so as not to waste any money.

Mostly decent prices but I had a special order and never got a call that it was in and when I called about it I was told that I would need to wait for a call from a manager because the dude on the phone couldnt find my order which was very alarming since I had already paid for the parts. I ended up getting them the next day after going there in person

Needed four 2 1/2 exhaust clamps and inventory showed seven in stock. The older clerk told me the parts could be in a bin on a pellet that came in but short of going to look suggested I go to their Bellevue store. Really think I am going to drive bast four other part stores just to the Bellevue store so you dont have to try to look? BTW, no one else was in the store so hard is it to just go look?

Walked in no one greated us. Walked around for 10 mins before anyone asked us if we needed help. By that time I was frustrated and didnt want their help. Went to purchase a part and the guy went to install a battery instead of ringing me out real quick. Walked out frustrated and did not make a purchase.

Store should have been open at 7:30am. Manager was over 40 minutes late opening the store. Had to wait for a part I already paid for and made me late for my next appointment.

Everyone that has ever helped me at the AutoZone is professional and friendly, the last time I was there I needed windshield wipers and they even help me put them on my car with no extra cost.
