Usually a very good selection of food and treats for my finicky kitties, including most of their favorites. Theyve had some supply chain issues during Covid, but who hasnt?? Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Sadly, my groomer moved out of state and I had to find someone else. I called Pet Smart and explained that I like my dogs cut with scissors. The person making the reservation said no problem. I arrived at the appointment with both dogs in tow ready to drop them off when Justine helped me. When She was checking them in and I reminded her I want a scissor cut, she said oh let me trade place with the groomer-whose name I dont know but it was her first day back from maternity leave and she has two years grooming experience. When she went to the other gals station she said, Scissor cut, sorry. There were only 3 of us in the area and I wasnt speaking so I heard her loud and clear. The groomer then came up and said, What does scissor cut mean to you? I explained and then I said they get puppy cuts. She replied, What does puppy cut mean to you?. She then proceeded to repeat that it was going to be A LOT more money to scissor cut and a LOT MORE TIME at this point I knew she didnt want to use her first day back from maternity leave grooming dogs. At NO point did I ever ask how much it was because I didnt care. I am willing to pay what they charge to use scissors. Finally I said, I would prefer you to say you just dont feel like grooming these dogs today because I am not leaving them with someone who doesnt want to be around them. We walked out, happily. I would have gladly paid what it cost to get it done the way my 9 and 10 year old dogs are accustom to and tipped you accordingly.

For a place that lets you bring your pet in with you, and a tendency to have...accidents, It is amazing how clean the place is kept. They always have what we are looking for, whether it be toys, collars, etc.This particular visit was for the Groomer. They took care of our two chihuahua mixes with exceptional care. We got the bath, nails, and teeth cleaning. they came out smelling and looking fantastic. We are regulars here, and that is because the service is always excellent.

Ive always had great experiences at this store and my dog loves it too. They price match things from their website and maybe a couple of other websites, which is awesome. They have a Banfield Pet Hospital at the back of the store, which is convenient in its location. Its not a walk-in clinic though, so be sure to schedule an appointment.

I have been taking our rat terrior, Gracie, there for years. They know us by name, especially Tori, who checks us in and always give Gracie a little extra loving. I highly recommend the vet services at this store.

Its been a long time since Ive been to a pet store, but found out that they dont have dogs or cats any more. They only have fresh water fish as well and wasnt a large selection. They did seem to have a decent selection of products for all of your pet products though. They were helpful where they asked if we needed any help. They do bring in rescue pets from the humane society during adoption events. That is awesome!

Petco is better but hamsters are cheaper here

Great in store service and great Banfield but their curbside pickup eaves a lot to be desired. I sometimes spend an upwards of twenty or more minutes waiting for my order.Their stock of collars/harnesses is hit or miss. Many other items I need for my ferret have been out of stock for months.I think I may be swapping to chewy. I really dont have the spare time to wait thirty minutes.

Ask to have my dog clipped, and they took very little off. My wife asked to clip him short. And it took 3 hours for that. Ill never go there again.

Other than the live blue crabs I bought a relatively reasonable price per pound, and the Louisiana brand liquid crab boil, everything else in my cart was grossly, I dare say negligently past its best by dates. Ramen noodles dating back to 2015!! Didnt realize till I returned home and tried a package. DONT DO IT! Still burping and tasting it. In retrospect I would be extremely cautious to check expire dates if purchasing shelved items...

Not their fault,but large crickets were barely medium size and it seems with covid,there are fewer employees working lately when i go in, so its a little bit of a wait to find someone to help you. But Rosco still needed to eat bugs, so thats life with animals. The gal that helped me was extremely nice

This is a good pet store for the most part. I come here for dog food, cat food, and food for our lizard.The employees are often hard to find though and we sometimes have to search for people to help us with crickets.The store is also often out of many of the everyday items I expect to be stocked.I can’t speak to other stores, but this one has a pretty high turnover on employees so there are always new people who haven’t been trained to the levels I would expect.In the end, it isn’t horrible, but does need improvement.

I was looking for a cone for my pet and they did not have one I was satisfied with. In general Ive been happy with the store and their selection, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Store was was cleanly and somewhat organized. They had maybe 3 associates so being assisted took a little bit but was not concerned with everything going on.

Not bad overall, but sadly their prices are on the higher side when compared with some online retail sites. They make up for it with offering dog obedience training and taking good care of their small animals and fish. Grooming services are also available at this location.

Had great experience with my first online curbside pickup order. Didn’t take long for order to be ready. The two people who quickly brought my order out were helpful and personable. Will definitely shop this way again.

Really amazing place to go for lots of pet things my dog loves the bed I got her a while ago there and her kennel has been holding up great... Only complaint is they had none of the adoption kittens out, thats like 75% of why I go to the actual store and dont just buy things online... Wish I could have seen them😢

I went there for first time yesterday. I usually use one closer to home but I heard they had more fish so I drove an hr and the employees that I in countered way rude and very unpleasant. Would never recommend them for anything prices are even way to high . On top of that they sold me two dead fish they put them in a shopping bag so I never noticed until I got home

Nice store, very clean and well stocked. Prices on par with Chewy, and I like to get what I need and not have to wait for shipping. Only downside is they dont carry Cosequin for cats.

Had no issues finding the dog food, it was organized and stocked! Was offered help but didnt need it. Store was clean and it was easy to get in and out.

Vet receptionist was excellent, The floor smells like dog poo and makes my dog want to poo here.Prices are not good at all. Very expensive.About half the dogs I see come in this store poo or want to poo on the floor because it smells like dog poo. I tried to walk my dog here and he just wants to poo on the floor, because apparently that is the thing for dogs to do here. We now walk are dog at Lowes and he has never tried to poo on the floor there. I would recommend they clean the floor with bleach or some other disinfectant often to get rid of the smell so dogs are not compelled to do their business here.The vet receptionist was excellent, she talked to us for about 10 minutes about our dogs problems. We appreciate this free advice. We have brought our pets here for shots and are satisfied with the service. If our pets need medical care we would likely come here.

I just love this Petsmart location at Shadow Lake! Its always well stocked and organized. The store is clean and well kept and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of animals including fish and hamsters.The staff is very knowledgeable on all the animals and their care so you know youre getting good information when you ask. The prices are fair and they always have great deals!

Kayla in pet grooming did a FANTASTIC job on our little Westie. Friendly, professional, and courteous service is what we were greeted with in the store and in the grooming department. Highly recommend.

I brought in our dog Cupcake this morning. Rose was his groomer. She has great customer service skills. I was very happy that she was so pleasant, friendly and took time to greet my dog ahead of bringing him back. I will definitely bring Cupcake back and request her as his groomer.

PetSmart always has the cat grass, food and supplies I need for my pets. They were also helpful about exchanging merchandise that I purchased that was too small to use. It was a harness I purchased for a cat and I waited too long to try it on him and unfortunately my time to return it had expired. I appreciate their great customer service. I ended up getting the cat a dog harness! Now to put the big boy on a diet...

I understand that times are hard right now, but if they are not allowed to take returns or exchanges, they need to have signs saying so. Or at least have their employees notify you of this at checkout when purchasing a large item. I called to ask about exchanges today, and I am frustrated that when I asked if they plan to extend their return policy, when they can take returns again, to cover items purchased during the pandemic if it is outside their normal return window, the answer I got was I dont know, we will try. We need to purchase another kennel now, but we will be buying it elsewhere.

Nice pet friendly business with lots of options. Prices are a bit higher than other stores, but there are a lot more options for food and treats. I went in for my dog, but it looked like an equal selection for cats as well. Other smaller pets are supplied as well. Not as big of a selection for them but still decent enough for your basic needs. The organic brands are available for a healthy pet! Overall this store has a great selection for all your pet needs, though you might pay a little extra for the convenience of having it all in one place.

This top paw brand rope & rawhide toy almost killed my dog.My dog picked this toy out two weeks ago. He loved it and spent lots of time chewing and playing fetch. Despite the label saying it was durable, my dog who doesnt have a front row of teeth chewed through it. This isnt the part Im upset about. He ingested strands of the rope and they are now caught in his stomach and intestines. They are putting strain on them and tearing them. My dog was sent into surgery half an hour ago to attempt to extract the string and save his life. Please do not buy rope toys for your dog. They are dangerous and these corporations only use them to make money.

Everyone in PetSmart has been super helpful. A majority of the time if I have a question on the last thing I purchased, I can go up to the cashier they will reprint the receipt and I can see exactly what I need for my fuzzy buddies!
