Great store. It was my first visit to Lowes. I was looking for a 5 gallon bucket organizer when I ran into a very nice young lady named Becky. She was so kind and very helpful..if all the employees are anything like her...well, then Id say that I really dont need to shop anywhere else for my home improvement needs. Thank you Lowes for having employees that care and thanks Becky for your expertise and kindness...oh, and I mustnt forget ...what a fabulous smile.

Usually a great place, but today not so much. Couldnt find someone who worked in the door department with a search warrant. A man from another department tried and no one bothered to answer him. So they lost a sale for a Larsen door plus the installation. Not the way to do business.

I bought some plants here a couple of weeks ago I thought the selection was nice and the prices were fair.

About a month ago I was shopping in the garden center on crutches, and received above and beyond service. One of the guys in the garden center didn’t hesitate to ask if he could help carry my things out to the car. I appreciated his help very much and always receive excellent help at Lowe’s. This is one of many reasons I shop at Lowe’s over the competition.

Helpful, polite, knowledgeable staff. Good selection. They had everything we came for, and we were even able to order an enclosed trailer for a very reasonable price.

We bought a new front door and storm door. Mike is the Lowes employee that assisted us. He helped us with everything. He took his time and we never felt rushed. He took very good care of us. Lowes and employees like that are why we dont shop anywhere else for home improvement items. Love that store.

I am at a struggle with my rating for here. People that work there are kind. Had a delivery company that they sub out ruin a lot in our house and it needs mitigation and they are dragging their feet as it gets worse and we breathe in the mold. No one cares and they will always say we will call you back and never do. I am getting insane over this and working on this claim daily with no results. I also do not like these subs know where I live because they seem like they are taking it personal.

My first time at Lowes. Went with my daughter to get cement paving tiles and paving sand for her home diy project. Store was tidy and clean, employees were friendly, helpful and masked. Prices were very competitive. Large selection of healthy flowers and vegetables.Wasnt crowded at all for a Wednesday 5:00 pm. Would recommend this store for any gardening supplies and landscaping projects 👍.

Normally Id easily given a 5 star except today was an exception that will take a while for me to get over. I badly needed a hard to find product and called this location, reassured that it was in stock. On arrival, I discovered it wasnt the product I explicitly stated I needed but was confidently assured the one in stock would be the same after I put it together. I was very unsure, nervous to do so but I was implicitly insured if I just follow the directions, all would be well.After my 35+ minute drive home, I discovered a major part shown on the instructions was not in the box. Calling the store, the associate was very Well, yea. Its not in there. Youre suppose to have it. Like just like magic, something Ive never done before and never put together, *somehow* I was supposed to just have the part at home. Just looking at the instructions on the box, its a very misleading. And I was told Well I just gave you what you wanted.True. But assuring me all I had to do was follow the instructions on the box of the (incorrect in the first place) item did not set well with the fact that I had to make a 70-minute drive to and from the store. The stars are for the military discount that I was given. Thank you for that and your excellent returns policy.

Usually they have everything I need. But Im not allowed to go in anymore as my wife gets mad that I spend so much haha.

We went looking for a snow blower, and the customer service was amazing! Both gentlemen answered all of our questions and took their time with us. We were given excellent guidance on the brands. One of the employees personally walked us to the other departments to help us find all the other items we were looking for. I highly recommend visiting this store. Plus, getting 5% military discount helps.

Sad.... I absolutely love Lowes. Went in to get some things for my lawn mower. Air filter, oil, spark plug. The spark plug was a bit intimidating to me, so asked for assistance. Sadly, the employee showed absolutely no concern into trying to help. In fact he walked away and did something completely different. I googled what I needed and purchased what I think might work. We will see. I usually get great assistance at this Lowes. Hoping this is an isolated experience.

In January I ordered the door for $3,500.00 for de my house and when they went to install it they ruined it leaving a hole in the door and with the problems in the handles in such a way that they were not locked, also and they damaged the doorbell camera leaving it completely ruined the doorbell and the cameras been calling and they just say they call me to schedule the day and they dont.BAD SERVICES!!!

The WORST experience at a Lowes. The manager, JESSICA has the most disgusting attitude towards customers that are just asking a question. After waiting forever for her to come back and honor discounts, she walked away rolling her eyes and having serious problems. I suggest that if you hate your job, quit.

This review is long overdue. I have had wonderful experience buying three separate appliances from Papillion Lowes. It was my first time shopping there and they went out of there way to communicate beautifully about my products. The expertise of Bob in appliances is their best asset. But, then there is wonderful Hailey in the customer service that deserves a congrats for her job well done. But, really none of these excellent employees could do their job well if you didn’t have supportive great leadership at the top. That means TERESA L the manager, always follows through and truly cares about each and every transaction. Please give them a chance and some grace!

Went in to look at the deep freezers. We found a few good deals. Lowe’s has a very friendly staff. Only complaint I would have is that the employees are not too sure about the difference in the warranty plans that Lowe’s offer when purchasing an appliance. Overall will be returning.

We found most of what we needed. There was not a huge variety of vegetables for planting. And a lot of the annual six pack flowers were dead or drastically picked through, but we still managed to find a few things.

I love how knowledgeable and helpful the staff is. If they dont carry a product I am looking for, they suggest places that might. They look out for my best interest.

They have things that Wal-Mart should carry at a great price.

Worked with Roy Hunter to purchase carpet for our whole house. He was awesome and answered all my questions. Then the installers they sent (Mario, Miguel, and Gorge) did an awesome job installing. They definitely exceeded my expectations. i moved some furniture, but they helped too. Id recommend checking out Lowes for carpet if you want a good deal and work with great people.

Went in for new Kitchen light and ceiling fan. Only issue was at checkout cashier asked me if I wanted printed receipt but never asked for email to send it so now I dont have any proof of purchase other than credit card statement showing a purchase. So no proof of purchase no warranty unless my credit card happens to show purchase. Yes bad part on me but didnt click until I got home.

Completely unhappy. I went to buy a free standing shelf that measured 24” W x 36” D x 72” T which I verified online and by calling the store. I went to get it and could not find it. I asked for help and they showed me the one that was 36 W x 24 D. I told him that was not what I was looking for but was told in a very callous way “it is if you turn it sideways. I’m never shopping at Lowe’s again.

People here are friendly enough. They greet you and if you have questions they will send you in the right direction. The store is well stocked and relatively clean.

We had gone to purchase a mini-split hvac unit that was supposedly in stock at this location. Upon looking for 40 minutes and asking several associates( who didnt have a clue where to even look) we found that they didnt even carry said item. In my opinion the staff should be able to direct you to someone with answers such as do you even carry this?

I was looking for a tool so I checked online and it said they had the tool online, I went to the aisle and bae where they said it was online to find lumber instead of the tool and after walking around for 20 minutes trying to find an employee that didnt turn tail and run when I looked at them I finally found someone (and had to interrupt him and get him off of his phone) that told me they dont even carry the item.

Papillion is a great store but their Pro Desk is what sets them apart from the rest. The pro desk team always has orders ready for me and is ready to help at the drop of a hat. Theres a reason I drive past the other guys every day to get to Lowes.

The store seems to be clean and classier than some warehouse stores. There are friendly and helpful employees. Prices are good and installation options available through the store.

I was looking for an item that was on sale. When I couldnt find it on my own, I asked an associate, who quickly found it. After I checked it out and decided to purchase it, he went and got a flatbed. We took it to the register and after a minute I was done. He helped me load it in the back of our vehicle, and I was on my way. Everything nice and easy.

This location is my go to for all of my around house projects.

I wish the store was larger and carried more inventory. I buy appliances here for all my rental properties. I buy items to do maintenance and repairs on my rental properties here as well. Ive met the store manager, and she is a very kind and knowledgeable woman. The store honors veterans. I think some of the staff could use additional training, and the store could carry more inventory, but other than that I find it a good place to do my business, for my business.

WARNING! I would not order any appliances from Lowes through the internet! Ordered weeks ago. Someone at the Papillion store confirmed the order. Showed up last night with the totally wrong thing and missing another appliance. Now spending way too much time try to track this down. The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. Now Im being told they sold my stove to someone else! Nightmare!

About 3 months ago I bought a lawnmower from Lowes. I was told that I had 3 months to return it, if need be. After 2 months I wanted to return it because the mower had trouble starting once in a while and also because it would sometimes quit running, for no apparent reason. The customer service lady told me on the phone that as of January 1st of this year Lowes started a new policy where all yard equipment has only 30 days to be returned. I told her that I was told different when I bought the mower, but that didnt matter. So buyer beware, I guess. Lowes used to be my favorite place to go for home improvement, but not anymore. They either lied or were incompetent, and neither is good. I will be taking my lifelong business elsewhere.

Typical big chain home improvement store. Most items can be purchased somewhere else cheaper, but Lowes is convenient. Also they do have a military discount.

I have never had a bad experience shopping at Lowes but this location has been by far the best to work with!!! I needed composite railing to finish off my deck, and they only had four in stock. Come to find out it was a discontinued item that no other location in the Omaha area carried. Not only did the rep help me locate the other four rails I needed, he also provided me with the contact info to reach them down in St. Joseph, MO. I called and was able to get the items ordered and shipped directly to me! Thank you for helping me finish my project with the product that I wanted and not just telling me you were unable to help me. I shop Lowes first and foremost because of the great customer service they provide!!! The BEST by far!!!

Trying to buy another 40 Volt battery for our Kobolt lawnmower and no store in Omaha has it and they all have them on order for other people. Makes no sense why they would not carry them! Wish we never bought the lawnmower. The one battery only works for about a half hour, thats why we were trying to buy another one.

I have always had good experiences at Lowe’s. I thought they had a mask policy to shop there. I went there today and the aisle that I wanted to find something had two customers without masks touching many items on the shelves. I will probably go to Menards until this virus is over.

One thing, when I called your number at the pick up parking spaces, your customer service lady seem very bothered that I called. She immediately said she had a line of people in front of her and that I had to wait and put me on hold. Ten minutes later she picked my call back up and with an annoyed tone asked me for my order number. She said she couldn’t find it, that “she would call me back”. I received the email that my items were ready and told her so. I mentioned I would just drive to garden and see if the items were there. She could have care less. I am still awaiting for her call. That was today 18 Apr 20 at approx 1800L. Anyways, she was no help so I drove to garden and the guys had my items ready to go. I didn’t get her name but she surely doesn’t belong in customer service.

This place is horrible!!I ordered carpeting and vynal planking on 10/25/2020, and the planking was to be delivered on 11/4/2020. Needless to say, this did not happen. My sister was good enough to wait all morning for the delivery, only for it not to show. I called Lowes and someone was supposed to call back. Never did. I called today and bottom line, was told that it wouldnt be scheduled for delivery until the installation is scheduled and the person who took the order never should have scheduled anything. No apology, no nothing, as if this is a regular occurence. As if they have my money and I can be treated like I am insignificant.They apparently do not believe that the poor customer service they have will have consequences. They can be assured that they have lost me as a customer, which means someone else will be getting my money in the future. I will also be letting anyone and everyone I know to stay clear of Lowes.

I had the hopes of checking out an electric grill today, but instead bought a gas grill. It was a cheaper grill, but cost me $45. I am a single mom so I wanted something simple, but didnt plan on spending so much for a portable. I tried to find a clerk in there and its like hide and seek at that location. My advice is to go to Home Depot.

Quick and easy check out. Looked for a blind for the sliding glass door. Online said they had 46 in stock, but when we got to the store, only had one in the isle. So not sure if they really had 46 in stock. Not very good at displaying sales.

We were there for about an hour and not one person offered assistance. Could not shop an entire aisle because there was misc stuff blocking the whole wall. There was a guy at pro services who watched us struggle to move stuff but didn’t move from his desk to help.

Clean store in convenient location. Friendly and attentive employees. Tools and hardware section seemed a bit cluttered. Easy checkout. Exit doors set to open from outside, so a bit chaotic with customers coming in the narrow vestibule as youre trying to depart. Overall pleasant experience.
