We were seen here for doula care during our first pregnancy! The office is clean and so nicely appointed, and the front desk staff is very welcoming! From the moment we first visited the clinic, we were so comfortable!We saw the Doulas at Essentials, and could not be happier with the care we received!!! We absolutely LOVE Carrie and Jenn! Our birth plan turned out NOTHING like expected, but they were there with us the whole way! From our very first meeting with them, we felt at ease! Carrie is so insanely knowledgeable about the birth process, and all of the different paths /twists and turns that may arise. She made us feel so comfortable about the journey, but also helped us understand to expect changes to our birth plan, just in case. And when things started changing, and we were unprepared, she was right there with us and always available to help us understand what was going on, and to help us advocate for ourselves. Though we had a hospitalization due to severe pre eclampsia and she could not be there in person for much of that (2.5 weeks that ended up in a c section) she was available by phone to support us and help us understand the many things going on, and would have been there for the birth of it hadnt rush changed into a c section.Jenn was incredibly helpful with our breastfeeding journey, from giving us the tools to be prepared for a good start via the breastfeeding class, to being there to help answer questions and find solutions once he was born, and we were dealing with the preemie/nicu breastfeeding challenges. She is so knowledgeable about so many different techniques and situations, and she never made us feel like we were strange or abnormal despite all of the challenges of our situation. Once he was able to come home, she helped fix his latching and helped us establish a good home routine!Carrie and Jenn provided the most amazing postpartum support as well! Though we were NICU parents for 6 weeks, they never made us feel forgotten, regularly checking in on us to make sure we were okay and understanding the postpartum world, and when he came home, we were able to resume the normal postpartum schedule! Jenns help has been INVALUABLE and we are so grateful!!I cannot say enough good things about this team! Though our journey was not standard by the end, I wouldnt change including them in it for the world! Having these two amazing intelligent ladies to help us in our journey was critical! I highly highly recommend them to any expecting mothers and families!Thank you Doulas at Essentials!

Natalie at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She knew my name from day one and always seemed happy to see me. She’s super friendly and does a great job. I see Juline and she is also amazing, I recommend her to everyone!! I am always so excited To go in for my appointments because of the staff. You don’t always see that. 1000% recommend!

Amazing place, I absolutely love it. Dawn is my favorite. She is not afraid to dig in and I swear Ive searched forever for a massage therapist who doesnt just rub oil on me. Do yourself a favor and book her. Shes absolutely amazing!

By far the best and most professional massage service I have received in all of Nebraska, and I have tried many places. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more frequently. It was clear my masseuse, Sophie, was professionally trained unlike many massage therapists who just push down on your back and torture you with their elbows. I highly recommend this place!

I get chiropractic, acupuncture and massage. They have yoga also, which I started doing recently. I just booked an appointment with their nutrition therapist to start the year right! They helped my back and improved my life overall. Thank you!!!

I have been dealing with injuries sustained in the military and the lack of VA health. Dr. Cohon listened and made adjustments. I havent felt such relief. Living in pain for so long it just blew my mind.
