My husband was seen by Cameron and had no complaints. Altho pricey, when you factor in the convenience (no batteries), quarterly check-ups and yearly hearing tests for the life of the aids, it does not seem so bad. Overall we are very pleased.

The receptionist, Del, is very personable and professional. The gentleman, from Iowa, who fitted my husbands hearing aids was also personable and professional. We picked them up Tuesday March 20th. I have hearing aids, not purchased at Miracle Ear. I was disappointed the way, I felt, she (T) just pushed the hearing aids at my husband. My husband felt hurried for his session to be over. She, (T) said Im on a time schedule. Very disappointed to see them throw the hearing aids at a person whos skeptical about hearing aids in the 1st place and 2nd she has no patience with her clients. We go back again this Tuesday for 1 week check. I really hope it goes better. My husband already wants to return them.

My dad went here to try their hearing aids for 30 days. They had to write a check for 1000.00 upfront, the lady said she would not cash it until he decided if the hearing aids would work for him after the 30 day trial. He also had to have 4 follow ups in that month time frame. He had 4 appts, one that was cancelled by the miracle ear lady, but my dad was able to reschedule that appt. Several times while he was putting the hearing aids in, the batteries would fall out, they even fell out in the miracle ear office in front of her. They also filled out paperwork for finanancing. The lady imformed them that if he decided to keep them, their first payment would be due 30 days from the end of the 30 day trial. Well, on the last day of the trial, my dad returned to miracle ear for his last appt, to which he told her he was not happy with them, he didnt think his healing was any better and was not planning on buying them. Not only did this lady cash their 1000.00 check 5 days after receiving it, they had already received a bill with their first payment expected due on the LAST day of the 30 day trial... not 30 days later. She then said my dad didnt have 4 appts in the month,, and she would have to call her boss. Of course she couldnt get a hold of her boss. She made them wait another week and fill out paperwork and get it notarized and bring it back to her. Now they have to wait approximately 2 weeks to get their 1000.00 that she said she wouldnt cash.. For hearing aids that cost 6-7 thousand dollars, the batteries SHOULDNT be falling out, and they should be able to improve a persons hearing... I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I think they just try to take advantage of older people, lie to people, and are extremely overpriced!!
