I broke down on I-80 a couple of weeks ago around 1am so I started calling wrecker services closest to me and after calling multiple companies that didnt answer or said couldnt go. Quality answered immediately said could be there in approximately 25 minutes and they did show up in a nice clean rollback, loaded up my vehicle quickly and I was very happy to get off the side of the interstate.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Called Quality Towing last minute after another tow company told me they no longer had an opening until after the inspections office closed for the day and quality got to me extremely quick, and kept me updated with what was going on so I wasn’t ever left in the dark. Called to schedule a tow for the next day. Was told to call the day of. When I called the day of they said they were booked and she could schedule me for the next day. Well why couldnt I of scheduled when I initially called? Doesnt make sense. Would recommend Elys Towing

Whenever your car breaks down its always annoying. These folks answered right away. The lady on the phone was super friendly and nice. Took my information and said she will get someone out right away. With it being rush hour service the tow truck showed up in about 15 minutes or so. He got the car hooked up in just a few short minutes. There was two of us an no room for us both in his truck. He called his office and someone came in their personal vehicle to give us a ride home. We were charged 69 bucks for a tow home and a ride home about 2 miles. But all in all if I ever break down in la vista Im calling these guys. Such professional and nice crew of people

Rod and his team have been my mechanic for the last 24 years. He is reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and will tell you if a repair is not necessary. If you have an American made car, I would heartily recommend him.

I couldnt be happier with the service! I called to have my Isuzu NPR hauled home after having a rock puncture my radiator. Bodie was on site and hooked up in under 45 minutes. Told about a 45 minute wait, was actually about 20. The driver was very polite and professional. And the cost was lower than the other companies in the area. He really helped me out and I can say enough that I will recommend this company to anyone else who asks me.

Ive used Quality Auto for my last few auto repairs. They had reasonable towing rates and the work performed was top notch. I work on my vehicles quite a bit myself, so I know what is really needed when I take them to the shop. They never try to make up needed repairs and always explain what theyve found while making the repair that might need to have a watch kept on it. Great work and reasonable rates!

The service is fabulous and very affordable! Today my car was in because it had been making a clunking sound for the last couple months. Of course when I brought it in I couldnt get it to make the sound. Rod still drove my car several times today to see if he could get it to make the sound and he hoisted it up to check underneath for what we originally thought was the issue and he couldnt see any problems. Since he wasnt able to find a problem, he wouldnt let me pay him for the inspection he did, even though I know he spent at least an hour (maybe more) trying to find the problem and get it to make noise. The cost of the inspection was originally supposed to be around $30, which is extremely affordable compared to what other companies said they would charge for the same service He even said if it starts making the noise again to just stop by during the day and hed drive around with me to listen to it and see what he could do to help at that time.

These guys are great. Needed help on a Saturday after I overheated the night before. Blew the water pump and threw the belt. They towed me by 9am and had the truck on the road by noon the same day. And they were more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

Today at approximately 5:40 pm while traveling on I-680 north I was almost rear ended by one of their drivers. He then proceeded to zip over another lane cutting another car off. Tried to catch up to truck and get a plate or truck number. But couldn’t as the driver was driving excessively fast. These people need to be a little more cautious on there driving! My husband is also a tow truck driver and I know it takes a lot to stop this big of a vehicle!

Got stuck in some mush/swampy mud and couldn’t get pulled out by another Jeep Gave them a call and they were there in about 10 minutes and pulled me out quick and easy.

Had to have my driver side bearing hub and axel replaced because the axel was seized onto the hub assembly. I️ had started the work myself already and had purchased the parts for the replacement. Ran into this snag and couldn’t get the hub to release the axel. Called this place up and they were so nice. Picked up my truck at 9 a.m. and had it ready to go the same day. Great service! Highly recommended.
