Everything was fine on the taxes except they put the wrong address on my tax return and I aint been able to change

The office was clean. I had a few minute wait but it was pretty quick. My preparer was Debbie. I have been using Jackson Hewitt for a couple of years. This is the VERY FIRST time I have ever left the office and felt like I knew what I was doing!!! She explained things to me that has never been explained before. I felt like I was the most IMPORTANT person in the world today. I am definately coming back to Jackson Hewitt and I am requesting Debbie and only her from now own!

My tax preparer, Michelle Burke, was such an absolutely beautiful soul. Not only was she the most thorough with our taxes but she was also extremely accommodating to our entire family of four. Between our six year old at a french-fry-standoff with my husband and a newborn that was nothing less than inconsolable when she isn’t nursing every 15 minutes, I’d say Miss. Burke needs a raise! We’ll be requesting #MultitaskingMichelle to prepare our taxes again next year for sure!

Im not sure what my tax preparers name was. But she waa very rude. Asked me for information I shouldnt have to have to complete my W2 filing. Then she suggested I go to the IRS building and just waltz in, demanding my W2 receipt. Im pretty sure you cant just go into a government sanctioned building like that. I left and immediately when to the JH in the next lot over and the service was drastically different.
