They have helped me in this time I need help with my roof and a ramp to get in and out of my house very curious and kind explain everything they can do for you and they will see what else they can do to help you very nice and make you feel comfortable asking questions and my case worker Betty is great she has kept me informed of everything that she has done to help me I am happy with everything she and catholic charities has done for me

They need to put customers needs first and take consideration that when people need help it needs to be on a timely manner. I never got call backs or recieved responses within 24 hours. I was put on a list and when I arrived to the site for help, I felt like I was looked at as a minority. But all in all, I will be positive and say yes they are doing there job and I appreciate all the help from non profit organizations. It matters to me to make sure you get a good review.
