We had a lot to deal with in setting up our rentals. I called in March, was told to call later. I called in October, was told to call later. I called every day the last week of October for an event in November. Each day I called that last week, the guy took my whole order each day and THEN told me to call back the next day. Finally I told him I needed to speak to someone who could set me up and finalize my order. It was taken care of. At delivery, they forgot all my chairs and did not load the tables I needed. They came back at the exact time they said with my whole order. The delivery workers were polite about the issue. Now, I gave 4 of 5 because the price was right and they corrected the issues. My suggestion would be to ensure your delivery time is several hours or even a day before you event date and youll be set to go.

We have used Emerald Coast Party Rentals for our inflatables the past five years or so for our church Summer and Fall Festivals. The over the phone service has always been great--April is always polite, courteous, and helpful. The guys who come to set up the inflatables, tent, etc. have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They have it delivered by the time requested and arrive to take it down in a timely manner.

My daughters baby shower and they showed up 4 hours late. They would not answer our calls and when they finally got there with the crew. Every one sat down and made one guy to do al the set up. They brought the wrong size tables and the jump house smelled like mold and pee. They were asked to leave and take it all back. We got a full refund.

Avoid like the Plague is EXACTLY what I will tell every person I come in contact with. From start to finish, working with ECPR was a nightmare. The over-the-phone customer service receives a -10 out of 10. The in-person customer service receives even worse. I am a wedding planner who rented from this company for a beach wedding, The first time I called, their receptionist, April recognized my name as a former employees name (I have never worked for this company, just share the same name as a former employee who they bad-mouth for quoting wrong prices). I had several horrible incidents with this company, for example; April asked me if I was the same Elizabeth Edwards who used to work for their company, I told her no, we continued placing my order for the Bride in which I was working for. (Skipping many rude conversations...) On the day of the wedding, the Owner, (the definition of an old crabby man, use this company to find out the hard way) said to me that the woman who quoted me the price of the chairs had been fired because the $3/chair was wrong and that the actual price of the chairs is $6/chair (RIDICULOUS, although he did honor the price I had already paid-in-full). Did you readers catch the mistake in this story? His old employee, who was fired for quoting ME the wrong price, was not even who I spoke with!!! I spoke several times with APRIL who is beyond rude and is still with the company indeed (hung up on me actually, after she called to tell me that I didnt return their chair sashes, which were accidentally returned to the wrong rental company, I told her that I would personally have them at their office the same day) Over-all, this was a NIGHTMARE to deal with this company, I however am fortunate that I was able to deal with them vs the bride I was working with. NO BRIDE, who is planning the most Important day of her life, should have to go through what I went through.

Very unhappy... I cant speak for anything other than the tents, but customer service is not a priority for them. We decided at the last minute to get a tent set up from this company for our beach wedding. We asked if it would be possible to do a deposit just in case it didnt rain and we wouldnt need it, they refused and said the whole $275 would be due to book it, but then charged $329. HOWEVER, We went ahead and went with the tent anyways, just to be on the safe side. Then at some point between set up of the tent and when it was taken down a light was broken on the beach house we rented. (I know for a fact that it was intact before setup- and it was broken after take down because I have multiple videos and pictures of right before it was put up immediately following our rehearsal.) When it came time to get my deposit back, I lost over half of my deposit due to this broken light. When we contacted Phil Forubs to reach some sort of resolve in the matter, he was very dismissive and did not want to help the situation in any way and completely denied responsibility. I have since gone to my bank to get the matter taken care of, because he stopped responding to our emails. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Want your event ruined? Then use Emerald Coast Party Rentals. I rented a water slide for my sons birthday. Apparently when they set up the slide the night prior to the party they used too small of a fan to keep the slide inflated. The slide would not stay inflated and the water that was supposed to shoot into the slide was going all over my yard. They came back out and put a second fan on the slide to keep it inflated, which blew a breaker to my house. It actually hard broke the breaker and it couldnt be reset, it had to be replaced completely. When I called to let them know about the situation the man on the phone began to repeatedly yell at me and then hung up on me. The next day I called again and asked to speak with the manager/owner. The man who answered seemed extremely uninterested in helping me once I explained what had happened and he told me there was nothing wrong with the slide they provided. He did say that two fans should not be used, but rather a single larger fan. I told him about having to get an electrician out to the house to replace the broken breaker they caused, but he didnt care and completely ignored me. They eventually showed up the day of the party (30 minutes before it started) to fix the fan and water issue. The owner never bothered to follow-up with me or address that the two fans they provided caused damage to my house.I know numerous people who have also had awful experienced with Emerald Coast Party Rentals. Run away, avoid using them!!!!Dont use this horrible company. They dont deserve your hard earned money and you dont deserve to have your event ruined by their horrible products, terrible customer service, and overall unprofessional conduct.

Very frustrating company to work with. I was basically almost done with reserving a waterslide for our son’s birthday, but then at the last minute was told that I’d be contacted the next day to finish the process. No one ever called me back, they never picked up their phone, and never replied back to my emails. I had to scramble to find another rental company, but I waited too long waiting for their reply that all the other companies were either booked or were too expensive. It definitely ruined our son’s party and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER.

The phone service up front was okay...we had to pay in full two days prior. When the bouncy house was delivered, it was extremely dirty and faded. I contacted April who handled the rental, who transferred me to the owner, both of whom didnt show any concern about resolving the issue. He told me he would call me back, which he never did. We will not use this company again due to the poor customer service, especially in comparison to the price charged for the poor product quality. The only guys I found to be nice and professional were the ones who delivered and picked up the bouncy house!

While they did deliver my tables and chairs, they were all dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. They were extremely late on my wedding day to deliver the chairs that I had reserved and I even paid them extra money up front to set up the tables and chairs for the reception that the venue provided. They arrived late and set up only the wedding chairs. I had to have family and friends set the other up before my soon to be wife arrived. When I went back and complained they said that the extra money I paid was for a delivery fee and refused to even give me a little of my money back. Will not be using or recommending them to anyone.

The business owners were awesome and helpful. We booked chairs and tables for our wedding April 2nd. The delivery guy got there 1hour and 30 minutes late. 25minutes before the wedding was suppose to start. My husband and bridesmaid (who wasnt able to get ready with me) because of this had to help get the stuff out of his truck and set up. The wedding had to be pushed back from 3:00pm to 3:40ish. I am beyond upset and now I cant get in touch with the office owners at all.

I called to reserve a U-Haul trailer on September 10th, and was greeted on the phone by the man who does that He was very rude, interrupted me when I was introducing myself by saying hold on, and then when he came back acted very rushed and asked me can I help you or not at this point, I was very tired of being talked down to so I asked if they rent U-hauls or just like to be rude to people, and informed whoever he was that I would find a truck elsewhere. I strongly suggest doing business with Flagala Hardware instead, where I have never had a bad experience.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My little girls 5th birthday party was ruined because of them. They NEVER showed up, NEVER called, and didnt answer the phone. They already charged my card in full. If you dont want to see your child disappointed and heartbroken then I advice you to stay clear from this terrible business.

Only reason I gave a one cause it doesnt allow for a zero my daughter birthday party and the one thing she wanted was a dunk tank ordered it paid for it two weeks in advance the day of the party 10-7-17 they never showed up we called the owner he told me he couldnt get ahold of his delivery guy and there was nothing he could do and hung the phone up on me I called back and he hung up on me again this place is by far the worst in the business their ratings speaks the truth about them they need to be shut down would advise if anyone going to need inflatables or dunk tanks to use someone unless you want your event ruined
