Scheduling was simple and pleasant. They even remembered to send me a reminder for my 3 month re-spray. The employee that came to the house was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and gave us tips and tricks to help keep the critters out! Professional and simple. Josh, the technician, called prior to arriving. He was prompt, courteous, explained everything he was going to do. He did his work, advised keeping the pets inside til the spray had dried/settled into the ground. presented the invoice and asked if we had any questions. We had none as he was very forthright when he first arrived. Said so long and see us next month. He did state that it might take a couple weeks to see a decrease in ants. Well, the next day there were none to be seen, and my dogs laid out in the yard for their normal time and NO ANT bites!. You guys are good. We are very happy with your service. See ya next month! The current house on this address is new. The previous house was destroyed by hurricane Michael about three years ago. The whole house was infested with German cockroaches. They were everywhere. The destruction of the old house was a blessing in disguise. This new house is beginning to get some of the bugs back. I do not want what happened to the old house to his new house. I am grateful that the young man who came to inspect and sprayed the house. He gave me hope. Thank you.

I have used Arrow Pest Control for years. I have a monthly contract which is very affordable to spray my front and back yards. They arrive every month at approximately the same date and faithfully spray for bugs, weed and other nuisance problems. Whenever I had a new lawn problem like mushrooms or ant hills or whatever, I told them and they ensured they had the chemical compound that would ease the problem. Their staff are all pleasant and professional and promptly respond to my need. I really love their service and my dogs love their yard.

I called to request regularly scheduled in home pest control services and was put on the schedule the next week. The technician showed up when expected, he explained the service that would be provided and was mindful of our indoor/outdoor pets as well as our free ranging chickens outside!

Be careful when you contact Arrow for lawn care. Mac will sell you the world but not deliver without additional cost. I started with a contract to do total lawn care with the shrubs included but insisted on having an exit clause at no additional cost added in case I was not satisfied. 5 months later I can tell you that not satisfied would be an understatement. I went from a green bermuda grass yard to a completely brown dead lawn. Watering schedule didnt change and in fact we are having a very wet summer. The only thing that changed was adding Arrow to maintain my lawn fertilization and pest control. I now have a dead lawn except for the torpedo grass that was added free of charge by Arrow (and they want an additional $75 to treat that with marginal expectations to kill it). Now, add in two conversations with Mac (the owner) that were completely counterproductive and I have had enough. Ironically after the first conversation with Mac where I voiced my displeasure that they want extra money to treat everything that showed up in my yard I start to see my grass browning. 60 days and two lawn care visits later I am being told that I am not watering my yard enough. So, in their eyes its my fault that my grass is dead. And I remind you that my sprinkler system ran on a regular basis and we have had daily rain all summer long...... So all of that to say IF you want them in your yard be sure to get in writing that you can cancel their service without additional cost to you or youll be sorry.

I’ve been trying to get rid of ants outside off and on for the past couple years, they were worse this year so I finally gave up and called in the professionals, the first company that came out said they couldn’t get rid of them, so I called Arrow, the first guy that came out was very knowledgeable and professional, he sprayed and after the first spraying I’d say at least 80% of them were gone, they came out again this week and I haven’t seen one single ant in two days now! Highly recommend for all of your pest needs.

Ive used them for my personal residence for mosquito spraying, which has been an amazing thing. They always service me on-time and I feel its a good value to not walk out my backdoor and get instantly eaten by the things.Ive used them for a total kill of unwanted vegetation as well and been very pleased with the results/pricing. This particular service does require the home-owner to keep up the maintenance, unless you let it get overgrown again ... and then need a new one, but thats fairly common-sense!I also use them, as a realtor, for Wood-Destroying Organism inspections for my clients when they have no preference -- and as of today, they definitely have the best price in town for that, and I would recommend them to make any necessary treatments as well. Overall, keep it up!

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Arrow may be slightly higher price than the competition (competitively prices), but they also go above and beyond for their consumer. Not to mention they are a locally owned and operated.The technician they sent out arrived on time and completed several steps outside of his realm of duties. He came in put on shoe covers to protect our house, since it had been raining, and got to work. While spraying outside he brushed off our soffit and fascia from cobwebs and spiders. He notified us that if we had any problems to contact the office and he would come right out free of charge to address it.It’s the little aspects that other businesses don’t complete that make you appreciate the ones that go the extra mile for their customers. Would recommend Arrow Pest to anyone looking for such a service.

I do have one question in regards to the fertilizer you used on my yard. I dont have a sprinkler system. It hasnt rained either. The door card left by your technician said it needed to be watered. If I am unable to do this, will it still work? If not, is there a liquid fertilizer that you can use instead? Thanks
