Save your time and money!16 people, 4 rods, $30 extra for live bait, 4 hours of trolling and we caught 4 fish! 4 small fish!We never actually FISHED! We pretty much watched this guy let the lines out and on the rare occasion that a fish got on 1 of us got to reel it in. We pretty much let the kids do it and since he used artificial lures the majority of the time we didn’t even use all the live bait we bought. Not sure what the point of them calling it a fishing trip is, we basically paid $1200 + for a boat ride!WORST CHARTER TRIP I HAVE EVER BEEN ON.

We went on a charter on the Leo too August 7th. ByNever heard the captain say a word the whole trip but he did put us on fish. The deck hand was terrible very rude to me. I know more about fishing than he does does he needs to learn how to treat people

Took a 6 hour trip with12 family members, some experienced, some not. Capn Bob is all business and worked hard to get up on the fish. Jimmy was awesome with baiting and getting fish off. Both went the extra mile to get our group on fish and make a good haul back for the fish fry tonight. Swimming this morning, on the plate tonight! I would recommend this charter to get you on quality fish!

Older boat but nice enough, Capt Bob was a quiet guy. Just wanted to catch fish. By the end of the first hole we had to be selective of what we kept we were catching so many. I wish I could remember his deck hands name. Wonderful guy. Knew his stuff. Within minutes of dropping lines we were reeling in due to a hookup or lack of bait. Worth it, Id do it again if I can ever get back down there.

I would like to comment on this charter service and the other comment saying it was a bad experience. I do not know what happened on their trip, but maybe it could of just been a bad day to fish. That does happen in fishing. My uncle and I went fishing the first part of June 2012 and it was awesome. We had a great time. I found Bob to be a nice guy. I agree he may not say much, but that is his personality. He was not rude or unfriendly to us. We actually had a few laughs with him. The deck hand was also very friendly and good. We caught a good limit. We had about 70lbs of fish. I would go to him again and tell people to give him a try.

Had a great day fishing with Captain Bob and Jimmy. Caught our limit in Red Snapper and many other fish. We will definitely be back again next year!! Jimmy was very knowledgeable abd a great deck hand while captain Bob was keeping us on top of the fish.

Horrible experience. We didn’t even catch our limit of snapper and literally fished a total of maybe 30-45 minutes out of the whole 6 hours we were gone. As soon as we would drop our lines in the water, we were told to reel them up and we rode to another spot. We didn’t even have time to really even fish the spots we stopped at to see if we could get any bites. I hate that we had such a bad experience, but it was horrible.

10 of us in all including 8 children between 11 and 17. Capt. Bob and his mate, Jim, were knowledgable and got all of us hooked up with Mahi Mahi and King Mackerels. Jim was great with all the first-time fisherman in the group. The second and third holes Bob motored us over to had us in fish almost as fast as we could land them. On a short 4-hour trip we landed 12 legal fish, hooked many more that got away and used up all our bait while smiles were had all around. I will use them again the next time I am here.

The Captain is an idiot. He intentionally cut my buddies lines with his props as he was fishing. We he was called and asked about it, he told my buddy he didnt know how to fish if his lines were so far out that he cut them with his props. Keep in mind this was out in the Gulf...there os no reason he should of been that close to any other boat. Dont ise this idiot, pick another charter.

Captain is Arrogant and confrontational. Especially towards the locals. Its a big ocean, but he felt it neccesary to get so close to another boat that his props cut their lines. Find another charter if you want a decent experience.
