Took some time, I was a walk-in. Process was 10 minutes. The lovely lady was polite, and very Professional. Wish all operations in Transportation Industry was like this. Would give Port of Panama City 10 stars if I could.

People everywhere could take a lesson from this place. We have been here a couple of times and the staff is great. The lady who does the TWIC cards is an absolute pleasure. Keep up the GREAT work and continue to have such a contagious attitude!

I had a great experience at the IdentoGo in Panama City. Neecie (spelling) was efficient and very helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The directions online are incorrect. The IdentoGo office is located in the building adjacent (and attached) to the Port Authority building. If you are driving east from Destin/Santa Rosa Beach the office is on your right as you exit 98 after you cross the bridge. If you are driving west on 98 before you get to the bridge you’ll make a left under the overpass.

I had a wonderful experience here applying for TSA Pre✔️. The lady here was friendly and hilarious. She made the whole experience enjoyable and fast. Be sure to be ready to have your photograph taken if youre applying for Pre✔️, social security memorized, and that the form of payment (debit or credit) you are using has your name on it or that the person who is paying for it is with you to sign for it. The office is tucked away, but not difficult to find. You go around to the side of the building (there are signs marked for fingerprinting) and its through the double doors and down a hall to the left. If you cant find it, the lady in the Port Authority office was kind enough to direct me.

The office worker was an absolute delight; wonderful at her job and so very kind as well. Made my day brighter just talking with her
