Let me be the first to say, McNeil Carroll engineering is the most corrupt and underhanded company in Bay County. Robert Carroll conveniently sits on the County Commission Board and under the desks of St. Joe land Co. executives. McNeil, well, there isnt a more loathsome person in Bay County and highly popular with the Better Business Bureau for all the wrong reasons. If you are looking for Civil Engineering services, look somewhere else.
