Unless you can stand for over an hour and not know if you are actually going to be seen or not - do not go here! You can not talk to a person in the office and you can not get anyone on the phone. When they text you that your turn is coming you still have to stand by the door and wait at least 10 minutes. If the door open and you catch the door they will snap that they will call you. The most unfriendly people Ive ever dealt with! Only go here if you are very healthy and robust and like mean people.

Could be a fine establishment but I wouldn’t know because I can’t get ahold of anybody to ask about my appointment and I don’t want to make it without being prepared. I have a three hour glucose test that I have to take but I can’t get anybody to answer the phone or call back even after leaving multiple messages.

Rude and incompetence are what I have to say. Because of this lab my tests had to be done over this delaying a vital procedure and all because 1 person refused to take the time to provide proper customer service to resolve a problem. Over an hour wait to be treated disrespectfully and not knowing this person or saying anything except How are you today?

The lady who I dealt with here was the epitome of RUDE. I was there to drop off a lab sample I was the 3rd person in line. I waited 1 hour before I was called. The other 2 people were done and gone in 15 minutes. The lady called me and acted like I was ruining her day just being there. She has no business being in the public eye. Because of her incompetence I had to re-do my test. She should be fired.

Waited in car for 45 minutes after checking in online, only to find they had to close due to a water issue. Would it have been too hard to have someone outside to let us know. If any other lab was on my insurance I would use them.

After making an appointment... waiting for over 45minutes to get called back and to only be told we don’t accept your insurance(Blue Cross/Blue Shield) this is AFTER you have had my insurance information for over a week when I made an appointment!!!! So you wait for me to fast for 12 hours..wait for over 45 min PAST appointment time... THEN let me know!!! So ridiculous and unprofessional

Best customer service and draw I have ever encounter at a lab center

I have no complaints. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Not much more to say about a lab.

Iris was amazing and professional! I only waited 15 minutes to get called back and then the pee test took probably 90 seconds. She was fast and efficient!

I am writing this review with the understanding that the world is crazy right now, staffing can be an issue everywhere, and that nothing can be judged the same way as before. That being said, this location needs help. A waiting room full of people who are just needing a quick blood draw. Most of us made appointments. Most of us waited 2.5 hours while trying to stay 6 feet apart in a crowded waiting room. Please get more staff for this location.

I was skeptical based off other reviews. My personal experience was great. The phlebotomists were efficient and very nice. I was seen almost immediately.

Long story short, I should have known NOT to have had my labs drawn here. They had one person in the whole building working. Yes, she was checking folks in, running their insurance and talking Copays, drawing the labs and preparing them for sending out. My Labs were drawn in May....July now and still no lab results. I have contacted the customer service department and was told my lab results would be posted in the Patient Portal within 2 -3 days, well been about 2 weeks and still no labs.

I showed up at 3:35, 25 minutes before they closed and they couldnt do a simple employment drug screen. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION TO MY PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYER, SO OF COURSE, NOR TO ME, that this particular test had to be conducted by a certain time of day. VERY poor service almost every time I try to use this facility. I will NEVER use them again for any elective tests.

There computer check in was freezing. They watched a man struggle for 45 mins using it and not once did they offer help. Other patients help him. Sat in the waiting area for an hour before they said they didnt have the time to do my test. Im trying to talk to my insurance about letting me see another lab and talking to the main office to see if improvements can be made at this location. The staff is just very uncaring

Please note that this place is closed between 12 and 1pm for lunch. They dont have any notice stating this. Even the business hours when you call doesnt state this. Showed up at 12:25 with a specimen that needs to be refrigerated....had to sit in car with air running until they opened. Very inconvenient. I would have made arrangements to come at a different time. Please update your hours!!

I have been to LabCorp 3 times. All labs have a relatively long wait time, but considering the fact that LabCorp doesnt do your paperwork until you are called intp the back, they are much faster than most labs I have been to. They are very friendly and treat each and every person with a personal touch. I love LabCorp and recommend them to everyone. Also, if your insurance doesnt pay for something, they refer you to a lab where your insurance is accepted. No other lab does that (as far as I know).

My husband needed blood work. Following his heart transplant. Fast friendly service

They are right very unprofessional and seems they don’t want to be confrontational with customer...The water stop working and instead of accommodating the people that were already signed in..They chose to do some blood work patients..although in my opinion that means you can work with blood and not need water..(Washing Hands) in a must even with gloves 🧤...

Went to the Lynn Haven location as that is in my insurance companies network Got my bill, paid it, the check was deposited. ( I have proof from my Bank ) To my surprise, 3 weeks later got a notice in the mail from lab corp. stating that I had been sent to collections for non payment. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I do not normally go to LabCorp but my daughter needed a specific test run that where we go does not do it. So we decided to have everything done their. I went today to drop her specimen off which where we go you just go to the counter and drop off and leave. Well you have to check in on the kiosk just to drop off and I waited 30 mins just to drop off a specimen which I think is ridiculous. Then when finally get to give to them then they say they do not know if it will work because the specimen was from the weekend and was more than 72 hours. Which they never said it needed to be before 72 hours which wouldnt have made a difference since they were closed on Monday. I will not be using them again for anything.

Waited for over and hour. Had an appointment time. Was told it was of no concern because they had an issue they were dealing with inside. They let 7 of us stand outside the building during rain. Told us it wasnt under their control. Not organized at all. Taking appointment times in wrong order. And was sarcastic and rude to other customers .IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO GO ELSEWHERE .IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO DO SO .

Poorly run. Quest is always better. Company changed insurance providers and is only option. Plan for a long wait and no communication!

Been here going on 2 hrs and still have not been called back for my test.

I dont know why 5he bad reviews, I went this morning at 1030 and the nice young lady was calling my name before I got to sit down good..She was extremly nice, I was there doing a pre employment scteening qnd was out of there in less than 10 minutes,I was amazed!!!!!

Business hours say 7:30AM To 4:00PM Monday-friday, but not so. I got there at 12:30 Friday September 9th, they were closed and didnt reopen til Tuesday the 12th. I go back on Tuesday the 12th at 11:50 AM and Im told upon entering the facility that they have to shutdown at 12 PM and could I come back at 1PM. Theres only one person here and she has to clock out at 12PM she said. I think it poor customer service and that the business hours marked on the entrance door should reflect the accurate office hours. If the office is closed from 12PM -1PM that should be on the entrance door.

A rip off! They dont take my current insurance but as I was already fasting and ready to take the 3 hrs glucose test I went ahead and paid up front out of pocket $140. Ten min after drinking the 100 glucose I vomited and the test was cancelled. But they took my money anyway! Ive contacted CS twice this week without any response when Im only asking to refund me the half as I know is not their fault nor mine my reaction to that drink. But its the right thing to do as they didnt collected all the samples either. Such scam that they decided to keep the $ anyway. DO NOT GO THERE!

Only one person working in the office. Poor lady has to do everything herself. They really need more people working here. Waited a while a decided to come back a different day, the office is packed and still had five people ahead of me.

Waited over an hour. They dont seem to be concerned about other peoples schedules. No Tv or coffee in waiting room. Bring a book.
