Went down a list of tow services from Bluntstown to Panama City all gave me a 4-10 hour time before theyd be out. Jason from Home Town answered and and an hour later had my car was loaded on his truck, friendly and great response time when needed will definitely use them again if in the situation!

This place is a joke. The truck driver wouldnt tow our truck because there was puddles of water and said he didnt want to get his feet wet. Seriously, its florida and its hurricane season...it rains alot, what can you do? You would think a tow truck driver would be prepared for this kind of thing. I mean what if I had been in a ditch? Could I not get towed because the driver doesnt want to step in water!?

Gerber Auto Body dispatched these guys out today to tow my truck. I had never used them before and kinda had to go with what was being given to me. I believe the drivers name was Trevor. Very kind young man that knew how to handle a vehicle! He talked to me with the best manners and made me feel like I’ve knew him all my life! I scheduled for my vehicle to be picked up at 7:00 am the night before. No one gave me a call to let me know they would be 2 hrs late which resulted to me having to wait another day later to have my vehicle due to my car not being there at the scheduled time which was 8:00 am when the Auto shop opened. A simple call to inform me that the driver was running behind would have been great! But no. Nothing at all. I had to call to find out the driver was on an emergency call which is fine. To simply have been informed would have been great business.

We were stranded in PCB on vacation back on July 21, 2020. We called Home Town, and the nicest gentleman came to the rescue. We thought our key fob battery died because we had just put a new battery in the car. So we didnt think it was the car battery. But the gentleman came, listened to what it was doing, and told us it was the car battery. We did not have jumper cables and neither did he, so he took my husband over to Walgreens or CVS and bought jumper cables. Came back over and charged the battery back up and voila, the car started. He was a godsend. Thank you Home Town!

EDITED! So, while all of the original post is correct, and I had edited it to a 1, due to a driver issue, I would like to now change it back to a 5. While not happy with what happened, accidents do happen and hopefully we learn from them. The driver made a rookie mistake, but it was resolved in THE most professional way. Billy, one of the owners, kept in close contact with me and made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the end result. I will now, once again say...I hope I never need their service, but if I do, I WILL call them! **ORIGINAL POST** Victor was AWESOME!!!!! Prompt service. Vehicle was in a tight location and he was able to get it out without doing any damage. Very personable and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and why. on vacation and stressed to the max, but he did his best to make us feel somewhat better and wished us all the best. Most tow truck drivers are rude, want you out of their way and definitely dont want to talk or reassure you. Hope I dont ever need their service again, but if I do, I know who I will call.

THEY confiscated my nephews Ford Bronco and wont give up any information about how they took control of the truck when they charged my nephew a lot of money to tow his truck less than 15 miles he lost his truck to the Home Town Towing company and he cant get any paperwork saying that he doesnt have his truck and cant register it because he cant get a bill of sale but the Home Town Towing SOLD THE FORD BRONCO TO SOMEONE ELSE AND MADE MONEY FROM THE SALE OF MY NEPHEWS TRUCK

Couldnt ask for better service! My daughters car broke down on the way home from work. On the Hathaway Bridge at that. I called this company and got a price. Real upfront nice guy. Called a couple others that were extra expensive and not friendly. I called Home Town back and John was amazing. Everything was fast and efficient. I met my daughter and Mr. John followed us home and unloaded her car just fine. I say all this to say I HIGHLY recommend Home Town Towing! Good price considering how far we had to go. Had to drive 3 hours here and 3 hours back day after my surgery becuase no one could meet on a weekend. Billy, the one who came and got me and my little brother, was very kind and helpful. He even let my little brother be involved and was very helpful. GREAT SERVICE!! Never been towed, never want to again, but if I ever do, he is the man! Cheapest place too! Also was there in less than half an hour!

My boat trailer broke and they loaded the whole trailer on a wrecker and bright it back to my house. It was quick, easy, and at a fair price, something you dont get much anymore.

I was on vacation and at the beach with just me and my children and my car wouldnt start, I called this company and as a woman alone with children was iffy about a stranger but a driver named Justin showed up and he towed me to Cramer Chevrolet and waited to see the problem and thank goodness it was just a battery but he was very respectful and helpful! Great service would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Worst experience ever with a tow company. My schedule is always full so planning is a must. I set up a tow 2 days ahead. Since my vehicle is longer than most I made sure specify exactly how long the tow bed had to be minimum in feet and inches. 18.5 ft. They said no problem.So when the tow guy got here he immediately became a jerk. Very rude. Wouldnt even talk to me or listen. He measured my car from bumper which is 20 ft and said it wouldnt fit. Just got on the phone with his boss and left. Said nothing to me.I have had my car towed many times for years. I can see by the size of the bed whether I need to worry about my car fitting. My car is 17 ft from the back of the tire to the bumper which is all that needs to go one the bed. Done this over a dozen times while restoring my car. THIS WAS THE LARGEST BED IVE SEEN! I can almost see my whole car fitting on there no problem. These guys either have no clue what they are doing, or are just real jerks.Not to mention that I called repeatedly during the day right after this happened, and they would just send me to voicemail. Funny how the 24 hour tow company answered everytime time I called before when scheduling, confirming, and making sure they were on the way. 5 minutes after they leave no longer answering.

I just saw one of the drives on beck ave getting into an argument with a man and was almost hit twice because he was not paying attention to what the cars were doing. I find it very bad business when there are people all over the place witnessing this. I just want the owner to know what kind of person he /she had hired since I know the guy probably had the phones for the weekend . The driver was about 59- 60 foot

Home Town Towing offers a great service at an affordable price.I was charged $45 to tow my 2001 Saturn SL from the Goodyear on 98 to Bill Cramer Dealership on 23rd St.The man was very kind and gave me a ride there as well.He was at my location within 15 minutes of giving him a call!

I was getting lunch in Lynn Haven, and an employee from this company cursed at me for trying to defend the cook who was new and kind of slow. I called management to let them know the type of person that was representing their company. Unfortunately, he was more concerned with minor details (like if I was an employee or customer) than the fact that his unprofessional employee is cursing at women. I will make sure that everyone I know from South Port to Port St. Joe knows NOT TO USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL company. Theres NOTHING Hometown about it!
