Stacey and her team have always been courteous and professional. We feel their mobile home products - i.e. doors, windows, vinyl siding, skirting, tub, shower, and their surrounds (etc) have all been affordable and of good quality. We will continue to use them for all of our mobile home projects going forward!

I went to this place to see if they could order replacement doors for my mobile home. And I was told I needed to go home and measure my shower even though I had both shower doors with me. He didnt act like he wanted business or was concerned about even making a sale.Told me I would probably be better off checking a place in Dothan Alabama. Dont waste your time here.

Update: it has been over a week now and I never did hear from them.I called yesterday afternoon to find out how to get service on my AC that is still under warranty. The person they sent me to speak to was not there. I left a message (this person was just going to give me the name of someone who could fix it - then I would need to call them and see when they had time). I have not heard back from them yet. It is summer in Florida. Obviously, without AC it can get pretty hot.Luckily someone was able to help - it was a simple fix. I just know now that they are not going to be any help if I have an issue that really does need a repairman. A day and half is too long to not call back for something like this.

This unit came with my new home. Within a week I began to have problems. It was winter when I got it and it would freeze over completely. A tech would come out. It would work for a short period. Summer came. It would just stop coming on. The tech would come out and replace a part and would work again for a short period. Next winter.. freeze over tech would come. Short period of working time. same problem again. summer is here and low and behold. Just shuts down in the middle of the day and wont come back on. If you have a choice buy somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. The units are poor quality remanufacturers and you will most likely constantly have problems.

We were greeted by a nice man told us what we needed to install a bathroom shower door within 15 minutes we were in and out no time flat...

Extremely rude. We were looking for air vent covers for our mobile home. We were hoping they had different styles and when we asked the employee made a big show of looking out the door at the sign and said, Does it say we are a specialty store?? Um nope, it doesnt say that!We wont ever be back.

Cant ever get the Panama City location to answer so you get sent to the corporate location in Ohio. Also, when you spend $500 on a door/screen door, why doesnt it include the screen door handle??
