Tom came out right away to inspect my entire home and he was able to find sources of water coming through my roof and exterior walls that even MULTIPLE roofing companies missed. Im impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail of his inspection, excellent work cleaning the mold, and fair pricing (with a warranty!). He cleaned the mold in my attic, carefully opened up my interior walls to chase mold from a roof leak, and he left the HEPA air scrubber a few extra days to really improve my air quality. I could tell a huge difference right away, and I now have peace of mind knowing my entire home is safe and mold free. 10/10 Recommend!

Tom was wonderful to work with. Kept us informed at every step of process and even took extra steps to correct a few items that had been previously done incompletely by other contractors. We had a modest accumulation of mold in a few spots in the attic, mainly due to the nit wit home builders who vented the bathroom exhaust fans into the attic instead of all the way to the outdoors. The exhaust fans were properly vented 3 years ago, but we still needed to have the mold cleaned up. Tom was here and gone in about 3 hours. The wood looks as good as new. He did a professional job and the price was right. Highly recommended!

Tom was very thorough and did a wonderful job removing the mold. We were so pleased that we asked him to tackle another area that was a long time problem. Both areas are free of mold. Tom was prepared and on time for each appointment. The price was reasonable and the results better than expected.

Polar mold came out on a Sunday because I told him it was urgent. He spent about a half hour looking at the basement of our four unit building. He was the fourth quote I got and he explained things to me none of the other guys knew, like when to encapsulate and when not to, for example. I could tell he knew his stuff. I asked how long he’s been doing this and he said over 20 years. It shows! Best part? His quote was 50% less than the next cheaper guy!!! Amazing.

Polar Tiger came to pick up where so called self-proclaimed “mold specialist” left. Polar Tiger guys had to redo everything and even clean where previous “specialist” contaminated. I’m very glad that I spent an extra dollar for mold inspection. My house was recently inspected by home inspector and was “cleared” off any problems or defects. I couldn’t believe that because I used to smell mold after every rain and even in a humid days. My insurance was very happy with the results, but not me. After Polar guys inspected my attic, they found a leak and a huge mold plantation. Now my “happy” insurance will hire Polar Tiger to remove the mold and fix a problem. Second opinion matters. Polar Tiger was the second company I called for a mold inspection after a home inslector raised some concerns. The first company said there was mild and quoted arpuns $1000.00 for remediation.Tom from Polar Tiger arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection. Tom advised there was no mold and the ceiling was in perfect order, even after I showed him the other companies report. Tom even gave me a estimate to reflect that no work was needed. Great company and Tom provided excellent, honest service.

They came out on sunday morning, showed up on time and were very polite and respectful. Did a full house inspection, plus an air testing. I used to use another company for periodical checkup, but they couldnt come on sunday. Polar Tiger guys were much more educated and could give me more detailed answers than a previous company. The lab test results were more detailed as well. Actually the lab results were so easy to read and understand that I didnt have to call them for an explanation like I used to with the previous company and most important results were in the very next day. I was amazed, because I used to wait for the results 3-5 days. I think that Ill stick with Polar Tiger from now on. Five star service boys!
