Awesome place to get dry cleaning done. Phoned in before arriving. Didn’t even have to ask for my clothes, they knew it was me coming in. I will be returning here for all my dry cleaning needs as long as I live in the area!

This guys are geniuses. I was meaning that I lost my Armani coat bcs I got dirty with very hard truck grease, and today when I come to pick up I couldnt find any point of grease and they washed my coat that looks the same when I baught it.Thank you soo much, wonderful people!6 stars ⭐️

Best cleaners around! I’ve been here numerous times and they always do a great job. Wouldn’t trust my items with anyone else.

Used them for two years to clean my work shirts only. Quality of the cleaning is great. A broken button every now and then is to be expected. But last year they gave me someone elses shirt in place of one of my own. The one I didnt get back wasnt a favorite so I let it slide. Today, I went to pick up my shirts and they kept insisting that I have a pair of pants to pick up. I never have my pants professionally cleaned. Plus the pants were not my size. But she kept insisting that I brought them in because the ticket says so. She KEPT insisting they were mine even after I repeatedly denied that they were. Sounded to me like she was calling me a liar. Im not going back.

The Fernwood cleaner company are doing the best job ! Also there is a lady who works which is always so cheerful and happy as can be, she will always make every customer feel special and appreciated .We are customers of this place for many years and always will be .Thanks for the best service !

When I called to ask a simple question the lady on the phone was confused like I was speaking Swahili maybe this place should hire better people to answer the phone if they want more businessShe obviously was a low iq person

So apparently they claimed I was soliciting hahaha I was calling asking for prices and the lady was very rude to me. This is in response to the comment they left trying to cover up their bad business etiquette by blaming it on the other person claiming I did something I did not this place sucks never give them business

Do not go here for anything. Dropped off Calvin Klein black pea coat the lady said she cleaned it. She didnt it had dog hair on it and the same hot chocolate stain it had when I dropped it off. I told the lady I wasnt satisfied she basically said oh well. Save your money!
