Honestly, by far one of the worse experiences ever. The worker named Mohammad was so rude. He is wayyy overpriced. I bought the same exact bracelet I was looking at for $300 cheaper at another jewelry store. I asked him if the bracelet was a used item, like if someone sold it to them and it’s being re-sold because it didn’t look clean and he responded with, “you keep asking the same questions. I already answered it’s 21k gold.”Ummm I’m not sure how that answers if it’s used or new? I told him my question is about if it’s a re-sold item or brand new. He got real angry and said, “never in my life has someone asked me that and I’ve been here for 20 years, go ask other jewelers.” Went on a rant, and I walked out. Place is overpriced and poor customer service.
