Fast service. Ive taken my cars there for since I found out about it a couple of years back and never had any issues. Car wash right next to the shop.

They charge too much for auto repairs compared to other auto shops nearby. On the car wash side the ppl who does car cleaning and detailing are lousy and they do a mediocre job. If you tell the manager about it hell have them clean it again but he will give you an attitude, hence I only take my truck here for oil changes or to do a car wash thru the machine.

This just happened to my car. Started taking my car here about 1month ago, no problems until I came out to dry my car just now. This will cost me a pretty penny to take care of. My recommendation stay away.

Went in for a simple detail wash, paid $26 they were literally done with my car in 7mins.. Barely vacuumed nor wiped down.. I went in and spoke to the owner Clinton Fuller I told him it would have been cheaper if I did it myself. His reply was anything you do yourself is cheaper with an attitude. I understand I didnt get the full package but seriously my 7yr old could have did a better job with vacuuming and wiping down the dashboard.. Worse $26 bucks iv spent all year I really wish I paid for a cheaper machine car wash and vacuumed myself

I was satisfied with the service, however I was angered that the manager was walking around without a mask. Cashier only put one on when she rang me up. I stood there in disbelief.

I paid for ultimate wash $38 and had clean my car after they finish cause the quality of cleaning not worth it I will never recommend it...

I got the special and I’m not happy for 30 dollars ish. I thought for that money they would do a good job. I had to show them Rimes were still dirty, bumper had bugs stuck to it, and the third row seats still had dirt. Not cool man it’s quality of quantity. You just lost my business:/

This place use to be a great value for quality cleaning inside and out. My last 2 visits there were very disappointing. If you pay $45 for a car wash and vacuum/window cleaning they oughta at least get the bugs off the windshield.

A little miffed they upped their prices, but overall satisfied. The place is always clean, and the vacuums work!

Fullers is always able help with what I bring my car in for. Tyler & Clinton are very professional and very helpful. My family take all there cars here and feel that they are getting honest help with there cars.

Automatic brushes scratched my windshield pretty bad. I contacted the manager and was basically told that Im lying and its impossible that it could happen. I know for a fact that before i drove in i had a good glass and after i drove out multiple scratches showed up just in front of my face. Then I read other reviews about scratched cars.... Its just discouraging that business owners dont want to take responsibility at all, but what can you do. Stay away

Really bad service 😒Not worth it going there.

Fullers is the BEST for automotive care and car washes. A clog in my cars ac discharge line took took them 60 secs to unclog and no charge. Other shops were quoting me $260 to complete the work. My family and I have been doing business with Fullers for 30 years and will continue to do so because of their world class workmanship and EXCELLENT customer service. You cant go wrong with this family business.

Attendant working by the car wash entrance is unprofessional. Poor personality and lack of care for job. Car was accidentally still in drive because I had a few questions and attendant was swearing. Completely unprofessional poor customer service won’t be patronizing this car wash again. Fullers is not what it use to be. When I was younger this was one of the best automatic car washes.

Paid $26 for a full service carwash. Had to pay extra for tire shine and had to tell the attendant he forgot to clean the inside of the rear window. Lesson learned!

Not sure if i get everything i pay for

I havent been this underwhelmed in a long time. What did I pay $30 plus tip for? Objectively speaking I know that I pulled in for a wash, paid a guy $30, watched my car go through the wash, get quickly vacuumed and wiped down inside.However, the reality of the matter is it seems like none of this actually happened. Its like I dreamt that I got my car washed, because my vehicle seems literally the same as when I brought it in, excluding the fact that there are new splashy streaks all over my windows and a spray of specks across my windshield that wasnt there before.The vacuum job was alright, but seriously, I dont feel like anything was accomplished that couldnt have been done by leaving my car out in the rain for a night.It seems finding a good car wash is a monumental task based on various Google reviews on all sorts of businesses. Has anyone cracked the car wash code? Where does a guy need to go to get a good wash?Next time Im going to spend $15 on cleaning supplies and do it myself. I do not recommend you patronize this business and if you do, for the love of all that is holy in this world, dont waste your money on a $30 car wash.

I have been going to Fullers Car Care for approximately 10 years and found them to be of great service to me and my car. In addition to repairing the car, the staff also gave excellent customer to me and helped me get through the rough patches of being without a car. They were accurate with diagnosing the problems and cutting down wasteful time by repairing within a great timeframe. I am very fortunate to have them in my neighborhood for repairs!

Quick inexpensive automatic car wash to keep your vehicle free of all the nasty salt this winter and spring. Powerful vacuums. Stop and go light entering and exiting make it very handy. Even when there are a billion cars in line you move through quickly. Love it

The mechanic that your looking for. Hes trustworthy and will do the repair the right way and not use the cheap/unreliable parts unless thats what you ask for. Give him a try!

As soon as I parked I was greeted outside and handed over my keys and they got to work changing my oil. I was in and out no longer than 15 min. Great service!

Writing this review because the owner said, Go ahead and write a big review. Ive been bringing 2 of my cars here for 10 years biweekly. Today was the last time. Range rovers third brake light was ripped off inside the car wash. Heard the pieces battering against the rear of the vehicle halfway down the line. Didnt know what had happened until we exited the wash and pulled over to find the light pulled apart. Walked back into the car wash where we could see the pieces laying near the track. One of the car wash staff members came and said that in the winter with the cold these things happen often when the heat of the wash and pressure of the water hits things but said he would get the boss. I know the owner is an older man who always wears a white jumpsuit and hat. I remember seeing him there since I was a kid before bringing my own cars in. Anyways, a younger guy introduced himself as the owner, maybe his son or grandson? He immediately denied any liability and said he would look at the cameras. He came back to say again it is not their fault. Asked to see the camera footage and he said there was no footage. Felt like he was trying to hide it. At this point, said we would call the police to get a report filed if he wasnt going to consider that maybe there was a rock in the spindles that shattered the light or that something malfunctioned. He told us to call the police and walked away. The police said it was a civil matter to take up with management. Had one last word with the owner who advised us to post a Long review, so here it is. I can understand that not everything is their fault but the owners attitude was unacceptable and as a result, lost the business of a two large families today.

My old Lexus finally came to the end in Blue Island last week.I called Tyler (at Fullers Car Care) and he sent outa tow truck right away to retrieve me and my care safely.After towing my car to his shop. He lent me a loaner carto take home. Unfortunately, my Lexus was too old for repairs.So, I bought another used Lexus. I took my new/used Lexusto Tyler for some minor repairs and detail work at the Car Washstation across the street.My new/used Lexus literally looked almost brand new when theywere completed with the car. And, that is something to be said for...because my new/used car was a 2000 and that makes it 17 years old.!!Before all this....I had a minor accident with my old Lexus.I needed a new passenger side headlight assembly. ( and a good buffing)Clinton (who was doing the work this time) made my Lexus looklike it wasnt even in a collision at all.!!! McGrath Lexus (on Division)couldnt believe the detail to the work that Fuller did to mycar...making my Lexus look that good again!Fullers has me fully committed to all my cars needs...Esp withmy new/used Lexus!!A Special thanks to Chris as well...Chris is a awesome mechanicon the Fullers Team!

My car’s side view mirror was cracked during a $3 wash. When I pulled out of the wash I noticed the passenger side mirror was pushed in so I got out of the car to adjust and noticed the damage. I notified the front desk and the owner came to inspect. He let me know he didn’t think the damage was from his machine but would check the conveyor area for any broken pieces. I told him I would accompany him but was denied permission to enter the area where the broken piece would have fallen. The owner walked into the conveyor for lass than a minute and returned to say he thought more about it and decided the damage wasn’t his problem because he hadn’t seen it happen before. I let the man know that because he hadn’t seen something happen before, doesn’t mean that it hadn’t happened. I was told to talk to an attorney. Based on other reviews on this site as well as Yelp, other customer’s had notified the owner of damage caused by his machines so I can conclude he was being dishonest when stating he had not seen the machines damage a car. Obviously, hiring an attorney to fight for a few hundred dollars of damage is not worth the time, money or frustration so my hands are unfortunately tied in this matter and realistically I have no way to legally prove my car was not damaged before pulling through the wash. The owner had enough experience to recognize my predicament and decided to ignore my complaint but I can say confidently, I believe my car was damaged at Fullers on Southwest Highway and that the owner was dishonest when he said he had never heard of his machines damaging a car. My only recourse at this point is to let as many people as possible know about my experience and recommend using a different car wash in the future.

I cant speak for all of the locations because they all arent owned by the same people just use the same name. I found that out when I tried to use my unlimited wash pass at another location and it wasnt honored. Unlike Delta Sonic they honor their memberships at all locations as well people to help dry your car off for free, but I tipped them. I tried out Fuller because there was 1 by my job and my home therefore it was more convenient than Sonic. I gave this location 3 stars because I had two incidents that made me feel unappreciated as a customer, the first incident I couldnt get a carwash, because the machine was broken. There was no signs or anything, I had to drive up to the office to find out what was going on, I asked would they give me some kind of compensation for the inconvenience they flat out said, no. Didnt offer air freshner, half off next month or nothing. The customer pays for unlimited for a month and if they cant provide a service then compensate. The second time was around Christmas they closed early on Christmas Eve, there was no advertisement on the billboard or anything prior to, to inform the customers so that they dont waste their time or atleast know that they need to come at a certain time to get their vehicles clean for the holidays. Once again no compensation for the customer that they physically inconvenienced. After that, I decided to move on to another wash close that actually had their wash open until 9 on Christmas Eve. I spent money to wash my car there while I still had my fuller membership, but after I saw what the new wash was offering, I cancelled and started with the new place and I have been happy because that place is open whenever I need a wash which is normal hours of 7-9, 6 days a week and 7-8 on Sundays. My vehicle is always completely clean, unlike a few times after leaving Fuller I still had dirt that should have not been on the car especially with the package that I had.

3 bucks quick wash. Never had any troubles there. The jet spray pylled a magnet off my car. The management was wonderful and actually stopped the equipment and retrieved my magnet. It was 1000% my fault. They did without my asking. The employees are the best.

Palos Prices have escalated to ridiculous highs. They are not clearly posted. Very disappointed with the last two visits. Quality is not there anymore for the extra money either. Will never use them for anything ever again.

Two different occasions they cleaned my car spectacularly. They get a two star because both those times they broke my carpet attachment on the passenger side, then the driver side. And both times they said its not their problem. If you have an Infiniti, youll understand.

This is the only place I go to get my car washed now. I have tried several others, but Fullers has the best hours and is always up and running when I go. its best to go early or late to avoid long lines. Hardly ever experience faulty equipment. They really take care of this place.

I’ve been washing my car here for 5 years and the last year the quality of the full service has sharply declined. The first time I experienced the missing details I brought my car back and showed the manager the left over debris inside. The vehicle was taken back and the interior was redone. The second time which was today, Sunday 7/14/19, I was signaled the car was done and the attendant walked away without asking if everything is ok. Mind you I wanted to tip him. But before I did checked the inside of the car and debris was left once again. So I drove off without tipping and now I’m cleaning the inside of the car which I had paid Fullers to do. Thanks for double charging me for the exterior wash. If Fullers cares about customer Service they would have a manger double check or at least train their people to do a 1 minute walk through.

Please change the rags or wipes whatever you called those blue things that wash your car. you can see the particles on your Windows when your car comes out

State-of-the-art equipment for washing vehicles is Right On Cue. Theres many options to choose from as far as which washing package you choose. I love the $3 one, because of my car is somewhat clean before I go there the $3 wash completes the job by making my car look really nice.

Overly priced for every type of interior cleaning and vacuums are not cleaned I always seem to find things that are stuck inside therefore impairing its functionality. Also I noticed that garbage containers outside or not lined.

VERY Disappointed with the interior cleaning. I paid for the highest VIP option for interior/exterior cleaning (Ultimate) for a small car (Honda Fit). The exterior looked great but they barely cleaned the inside. I asked the guy who worked on my car to come back and finish vacuuming the interior and he just said I needed to pay the $6-$10 additional to shampoo the rugs! Talk about a rip off. Exterior is good but dont pay for the interior, they do a horrible job.

Ive been driving here to clean my car for at least 5 years!!! And I tell you, the vacuum pump is great and never did I have a low suction. The car wash for 3 bucks does wonders on my expensive car as well as call my get around car. You want a clean ride. Then ride here to clean it. The area is clean and the workers are friendly.
