If you like paying to much for insurance and being taken advantage of, go here!! I had heard good things about State Farm but this agent is a joke. Took advantage of us and didn’t listen to our requests. You better look very carefully at your policy and know what your looking at or this agency will get taken advantage of you!

The lack of attention to detail and confusion created by this agency cannot be understated. Would not recommend.

I have no doubt the level of quality service that comes from George Georgopulos team at State Farm Palos Heights. I hosted a training with George as the main presenter and this was an incredible event for all those who were present. If this guy is sharing so many key operational and success secrets with these other great State Farm agents I know well, he and his team are INCREDIBLE. Thank you for everything George!

If I could give a 0 star I would. This office is NOT helpful! My fiancé had a policy with George for WELL over 12 years. The MOMENT he needs to talk to him is the moment he REFUSES to return phone calls. Do NOT get insurance here you WILL regret it!!

Always help me when Im having some tough times. Have helped me schedule payment options that were convenient for me. Have been with them for 5 years.
