I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience with this dental office. I worked with Dr. Hamed and she is the sweetest, most patient, detailed dentist. I was not the easiest patient to say the least, I got veneers put in and did not like them so had do the process twice all in the span of a few months. Dr. Hamed was extremely understanding and wanted to make sure I was happy. She is the absolute best! I spent so much time there and actually enjoyed my visits as it is such a calm environment. Maggie, the dental assistant is also the best! Nothing but great things to say about this place and I would absolutely recommend it to my friends and family.

I usually hate going to the dentists, but i was well take care of by the excellent staff at Palo Alto Advanced Dentists. All the doctors and staff are very professional and friendly, and ensured that all your questions are answered. They really do care about their patients, and do everything they can to make your experience comfortable. I would highly recommend this dental practice

Our family of 4 have been going to here for the last 4.5 years and they have great dentists & staff who care about their patients’ well-being! Their passion and care is evident through their work. I chose them because their work is impeccable with great attention to detail. It’s easy to get an appointment and the location is very convenient for me. I feel like they are willing to work with each patient and their personal circumstances. When I needed my first crown they worked with me to do a partial crown which saved a larger portion of my tooth and would be better for me in the long run but was more difficult for them.

PA Advance Dentists gets straight to the point on what I need and does not do a run around with me to get me for any extra things I have no knowledge of. They are very friendly and informative with a big sense of money saving for you as a client to do the most for you as you save as well. I would choose PAAD any time over any previous dental facilities I have gone before any day. Truly a great and warm experience every time, all the time.

Palo Alto Advanced Dentists are Honest, skilled, and empathetic. I recently had a complex procedure done and Dr. Ho explained the whole process and did an amazing job! Maggie pays close attention to the details. Elaine is really welcoming! Palo Alto Advanced Dentists also offers the latest treatments such as LANAP and pinhole technique. Im looking forward to working with them to work on my periodontitis and taking care of my teeth.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Appointments are easy to schedule. The dentists are also very good, thorough, taking time to explain everything. Glad I switched to this group from my former dentist who was overcharging and double dipping! Finally a breath of fresh air!

I went to the Palo Alto Advanced Dentist for a deep cleaning and subsequently for wisdom tooth extraction in November.What defines the place is the doctors there. They are * extraordinary* and ensuring patient satisfaction ! I was initially so nervous visiting a dentist when the COVID 19 purple alert was on. But they take all the required precautions. I would very highly recommend them - they have the best doctors and very friendly staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Ho for 15 years. He is very thorough and can handle many difficult situations. The other staff in the clinic are very professional and friendly. Even it takes 2 hours to drive to the clinic for every appointment, I did not change my dentist.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Hamed was very nice and informative. She provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

If I could give more stars, I would definitely do that. I came without appointment due to the emergency of my situation. And even though Ive never been there before, and there were other patients, they accepted me immediately. Both the nurse and the doctor were very attentive, polite, and understanding. Dr. Avendano relieved me from excruciating toothache and gave valuable advice. I rarely write reviews but I think the quality of care I received deserves to be shared here.

Dr Eddy Wong did aSuperb job on tooth cleaning. He was thorough and gentle, never hurt my gum. He listens to his patient concerns and answers every questions.

Dr Wang is very acknowledgeable with my daughter on going problem with one of her teeth. He made sounded suggestions for us to choose before seeing our primary dr ho. My daughter received the treatment on the same day which she has been pain free since then.The reason for 4stars is one of the workers has been giving us confusing information such as keeping on suggesting other dentists in the office. We stick to this office because of the reputation of dr Ho.

Dr. Ho is an excellent dentist. He designed my Invisalign. The result is amazing! My teeth are beautifully lined up and straight.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Palo Alto Advanced Dentist and they’ve treated my family well. My son goes too and he’s done fantastic too.

This office does not follow Covid safety protocols used by other dentist offices. They permit patients to wait in waiting room (instead of outside), allow more than 1 patient in treatment area at same time, hadn’t wiped down all equipment (lamp had finger prints on it), and did not defog the treatment area. The patient the dentist saw before me was coughing. I became extremely ill after my visit at this office. I work from home and have groceries delivered, and don’t interact with people outside household, so it’s unclear where else I could have got sick. Although I cannot confirm I got sick in their office, I deeply regeret not getting up and leaving after seeing their poor practices. I wish I’d gone somewhere that uses better safety protocols.

My husband, 9 yr old son and I all go to Palo Alto Advanced Dentists. I have only wonderful things to say about all the staff. Dr Wang has been overseeing my Invisalign treatment and Dr. Ho skillfully noticed a benign tumor in my sons jaw and so we were able act upon that quickly. The staff work wonderfully with children and my son is made to feel like royalty whenever he is there! I cannot recommend Palo Alto Advanced Dentists enough.

Another very positive experience at Palo Alto Advanced Dentists today! Had two crowns fitted by Dr Wu and Maggie, all went well. Solid Coronavirus protocols in place. And future treatments and scheduling explained in a very helpful and friendly way as usual by the other staff there - Elaine and Colwin. Thanks as always, everyone!

Palo Alto Advanced Dentist are good. The only issue I have is the continuity of Dentists.

I just went here for the first time and had a great experience. Dr. Trinh is extremely professional, friendly and thorough. They were able to take care of some extra work I needed done and did a great job of educating me during the whole process. The entire staff was also incredibly welcoming and kind. Really great folks here! Ill definitely be coming back, and would recommend this to place to friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hos staff years ago and thought they were great, professional and caring. My insurance then changed and I had a string of miserable dentists from SF to SJ. It was with great relief that my insurance changed back and I was able to begin seeing the staff at PA Advanced Dentists again! I do have dental work to be done (and no one likes that0 but at least I feel that my teeth will be fixed properly, with all the best materials and with a staff that seems to appreciate my teeth as much as I do!Thanks!!! I would highly recommend this office for all you dental needs.

I have only good things to say about the experiences Ive had at Palo Alto Advanced Dentists and the level of professionalism of the staff. I have never had to wait more than a couple of weeks to get an appointment, and the office is very helpful with its reminders. I have had particularly excellent experiences with Dr. Brandon Erickson, who has been the best dentist I have ever had. He is friendly, thoughtful, and thorough, and he clearly and carefully explains what he is doing with each procedure and what is treatment recommendations are. I fully recommend Dr. Erickson and Palo Alto Advanced Dentists to all of my friends who are looking for a new dentist.

I have neglected my teeth for many years due to bad experiences at the dentist. After my first visit with Dr. Aznavour, I was relieved to find a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable going to.Dr. Aznavour provides a friendly environment and I will definitely be going for my regular check ups now. Set an appointment for just a cleaning but was charged for an extra examination as a dentist (Dr. Ho) quickly performed the cleaning! Contacted them and asked them to correct the error three times. No one even returned my call! Finally I found the supurvisor. It is sad to see she has developed skills to blame the customers and manipulate the insurance companies! I have filled a complaint!It is a convenient place for busy people or neighbors like myself, but our dental health would worth visiting a more responsible dental office!
