I called Printer Assist to schedule an appointment with a technician and Maricris was very courteous and helpful over the phone/e-mail, as she arranged a call from the technician. Govi was very efficient! He fixed our printer in less than 20 minutes, and advised that the new part installed had a 90-day warranty. I was very much pleased with their work.
