Stanford coin wash now has a new owner named Tony. Ive talked to Tony several times now and he seems like a very nice gentleman. Tony has also upgraded the place quite a bit in the last year since he took it over, many new machines that work much better than the old ones. The price is slightly higher than it was before but its worth it to me to know that my clothes will get all the way washed and dried with no Hang-Ups. Its a very comfortable laundromat to do laundry in these days, much better than when I started using it 8 years ago.

I came do do some washing while my own was waiting for repairs. Ill be coming back anytime I have a big pile of laundry to do! Big washers with card readers for easy payment, plenty of dryers. Clean and easy to use. Bleach spray bottles to wipe down the benches and surfaces. Handwashing facility available.

They have new larger machines..they are a bit pricey but brand new. New dryers also. So glad they got rid of the antiques they had before! Great place to do laundry. Parking on the street is limited..

This coin-op laundromat is the cleanest Ive ever been to. All the machines are functional, the clientele are polite and friendly, the owner has made provisions for Covid-related disinfectant and the cleaning staff does a top-notch job! There is also a small outdoor patio in the back.

Its not that i cant appreciate a laundromat with nice paint, countertops or flooring. What I appreciate more are the new high capacity front loaders, the bank of new dryers, and both do the job well. I also love the hours, 5a-12a. The change machines have akways been stocked and work well. There are no crowds here to speak of. Im in and out in a flash. Nice! Oh, and i hope the owner can manage to have a clean working restroom at some point.

Stanford coin wash has changed owners several times. However, whomever the owners are now, they are doing a great job. The facility is clean. There are new washers and dryers. They now have an elaborate security system so you can feel at ease while doing your laundry. I really enjoy doing laundry here. Its a great facility.

Some of the machines don’t work and sometimes they do I went in here to do my laundry and I use the big washer in the front by the two doors and I started popping in quarters and realized that the machine wasn’t working properly he said something like drive LE I was assuming that the situation with practice self in the machine with work so I called the guy to see if I can get a refund he said that he would because he called me back and he said he was sent a check in the mail for about $10 I’m not really tripping off for $10 but I never received a check so be careful make sure you look at the machines before you use them

This place is a complete waste of money. They only have 2 super washers(at $7 each), and more than half of their washers and dryers are out of order or completely broken! Their washers dont wash the clothes properly and leave residue on them. Im incredibly upset that I wasted my money here. I ended spending close to $35(over twice as much as I would normally pay)for 5 washers and 3 dryers because they didnt have more than 2 super washers. The machines I used kept malfunctioning and I had to restart my washers twice and my dryers 3 times. It was absolutely ridiculous. The only way to report anything is with a piece of paper. And they only do refunds every 3 weeks or something like that. The only thing positive I have to say about this place is that it has a back yard and is dog friendly. Ill only be coming here if I ABSOLUTELY NEED too. This place is terrible.

I have been coming to this laundromat for the past 5 years. It was recently sold to a new owner who has totally upgraded it. Many new machines and dryers! Tony is very hands on and repairs machines when they’re broken and keeps the place clean. He’s very friendly and really cares about his customers. Parking is not great on El Camino, but you can park a half block away on Stanford Ave. Opens early and closes late. WiFi. Small backyard for sitting on a warm day. Starbucks right across the street!

Pretty clean compared to most laundromats Ive been to. Good variety of washing machine sizes, not much in the way of parking though.

Facility is very clean Parking is difficult. Most of the machines are ancient and not working. Poured my detergent into 2 that were broken but not labeled. I lost the detergent I put in which was expensive because I had to buy it there $1.25 per box plus whitener. Plus I lost another 75 cents on two dryers that ate my money and would not turn on. Total loss $5.75

Used to be a good spot cuz it’s open late and has WiFi, but over the past 2 years more than half of the dryers have gone out of order and not a single one has ever been fixed. There’s now 11 functioning dryers for 30+ washers.

Nice, clean, open fairly late, BUT.Clean nice place usually go later and not packed, but the dryers are, well 5 min for a quarter.. and most of the basic dryers on right side as you enter, Every other one BARELY GETS hot! Washers are all good, but they get you with the dryers. Yesterday it took $1.25 =25 minuts to dry out the bottom foot area of my sleeping bag( NOT soaked! damp. ) SO mildew/mold dont form. And a hoodie, (AGAIN not soaked, just damp .) And 2 pairs of socks...a and when I took them out.. they were warmish... AGAIN decent place washers good, dryers .... They should be like EVERY OTHER laundromat, 25¢= TEN MINUTES OF HEAT NOT warm.

Almost half the dryers are totally broken or don’t work well. The machines are sometimes unmarked if they don’t work; so you end up putting money in and losing it.
