The level of customer service Craig Davis and Shreve provide is outstanding. I bought wedding bands for my fiancé and I at Shreve. From the first meeting with Craig he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and had an incredible attention to detail. Craig helped us find the perfect rings and made the experience fun. I have wanted a Rolex watch for years, and I finally decided to do more than dream and stalk the Rolex website. I walked into Shreve and Co and Craig warmly welcomed me, explained the current status of Rolex inventory (limited because of very high demand) and patiently walked me through the process of helping me consider different options (e.g., face size, bracelet style, etc). He was so helpful and informative. He described an option in which Shreve could order the specific watch I wanted with no commitment. At one point over my wait, I decided I wanted to switch the watch face, and he cheerfully told me it was no problem. My beautiful watch arrived to the store in two months, and he was great in his communication with me while they held the watch for me to come, check it out, and ultimately, purchase. I truly understand that there is a Rolex shortage at the moment and it is very difficult to get a hold of one. Knowing this I fully expected the watch to be unavailable however I would have expected the sales associate to help me out or at least show some interest in helping me get this watch or a different one in the future for the special occasion that I will be having. To add to this as I was greeted in the store I tried to ask my questions but the sales associate just went over and started talking to a couple that came in after me. I wouldve expected that she wouldve at least told me to wait as she assisted those individuals however she just let me in with my son and we stood there not knowing what we were supposed to do. After that couple went to look at something else she came over and asked me what I needed and wasnt professional about it at all. As we left she went straight back to that couple and helped them again immediately. I recently purchased my Rolex from Nu. When I first visited, I didnt know that I had to make an appointment, but Nu did welcome us. She was so nice and professional. It had been so hard to get Rolex recently, but she seemed to be confident to get the ones that I really wanted. She asked only some deposits for each watch, which were even refundable. While I was waiting for my watches, I was able to communicate via text with Nu, which was very important for me because I didnt want to make a trip to the store with my kids during this pandemic. Shreve & Co. does amazing work. Absolutely best in class. I took my grandsons silver baby cup in to be engraved and was very impressed by the finished product. Thor was very helpful in the store and shared with me that his father is their silver engraver and master artisan. There was a small adjustment that needed to be made to the cup and they made sure it was perfect before I picked it up. This attention to detail isnt always standard these days and I appreciated that he was so attentive and communicative throughout the entire process.Overall, the craftsmanship was superb and better than I expected. It looks timeless and elegant. I will certainly be coming back for any other engraving work I need done.

I recently visited Shreve & Co. at Stanford and the service has truly been the best I’ve experienced at a luxury store. I spoke with Sue specifically and she was very patient with all of my questions. I appreciate that she took a casual approach to discussing Rolex, rather than making a big deal about it. We talked in depth about various models I was considering and she allowed me to try on anything in the shelves. Never once did she play up the prestige of the brand name, but she instead focused on how good the watches look and feel on the wrist. Ever.- Every time I visited, I learned something new. I learned about brands I never knew about, I learned about stones I had never heard about and most importantly to me I learned a lot about watches.- I made great friends who I know are willing to take care of me and help me in answering my questions honestly.Reading through other peoples reviews, I agree the wait for a watch is hard! I waited for many of the items that I eventually ended up purchasing and it can be painful! While instant gratification is great, I can tell you once you that the purchase after a long wait is even more amazing. Originally I went in to check for Rolex watches but theyre very difficult to find so understandably there was not much to see at the time. Craig suggested that I take a look at some of the other brands in the store and it really did open up my eyes to the different possibilities. While introducing me to the watches it was clear that he had a great understanding of not only the different models on display, but also their histories which I think absolutely plays into the experience of buying an expensive timepiece.I felt that he was very patient and clear with his communication and didnt put on any type of pretentious vibe which I appreciated very much. I was able to ask any and all of the questions I had no matter how basic without hesitation as a result.Craig just did a phenomenal job all around and it was a pleasure to be helped by him!In general the store had a great selection of watches outside of the typical Rolex, but I am really happy with the purchase I made on a brand that I wouldve otherwise slept on. To me that just clarified exactly what type of purchases I want to make in the future and the open-mind I will bare from now on. Ill be stopping by this location the next time Im looking to add to my collection!

We have been anniversary shopping recently, specifically looking for a diamond bracelet/bangle for my wife. As you can imagine there are lots of options/styles/designs out there, as we visited local jewelers from San Jose up to SF. As we narrowed down the options, a Tifanny bangle was at the top of our list…as we have purchased a couple of other pieces in recent times. As you can imagine, lots of online shopping, and of course lots of advertisement pop-ups. Well a pop-up caught her eye, and it was from Shreve, which we hadn’t visited yet.We visited Shreve in Stanford Mall, showed the salesman (Thor) the pop-up, and he took us to the Harry Kotlar collection. Thor was very knowledgeable about the collection, and the designer had a good story behind its history, but most importantly they had some really nice designs. There was one piece that stood out the most to the wife’s liking…a very nice piece except it was yellow gold versus white which she preferred. Thor offered to attain the piece immediately if we wanted. We held off and took a couple of pics, but this was a top runner. Over the next couple of days we looked online at the designer’s site and revisited Tiffany. Very tough choice, but decided on the Kotlar piece…nothing against Tiffany and would likely still buy there in the future…but this Kotlar bangle was really nice.Went back to Shreve some days later and asked Thor to get us the white gold piece to take a look at. He got the piece in the next day. Upon going in to take a look, the wife’s eyes lit up and of course I knew this was the one for her. Thor was extremely helpful, as she did try on many (and I mean many) other options in the store…but the Kotlar piece was the one she always came back to.Big thanks to Thor for helping us out, and Kotlar for such great designs (very solid quality as well). Wife is very happy, therefore I am very happy 😆. Check out this collection, check out Shreve, and ask for Thor…they will not disappoint.

The salesperson was unbelievable rude. I wanted to get a gift for my husband, they didnt have this model and he kept offering me womens Rolex 4 times after I told him multiple times Im not interested in womens watches. He spoke to me in a degrading way and tried to make me look dumb. He didnt offer me any other options and I guess I wasnt welcome there. Worst experience I ever had!!! Stay away!

What a great experience. I have been to many Rolex boutiques, most of which were amazing but this one is the best. My sister and I spent a long time with Tony reviewing many different types of watches. He is such an amazing person and was very patient with the many questions my sister and I had. I purchased my IWC pilots watch with Shreve & Co. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I worked with two wonderful ladies, Nu and Sue. They didn’t have the watch at their location but they helped me ship one from their east coast store. They were also very patient as I browsed around and decided between a few other time pieces. I would buy from their again.
