Slow response time. It took weeks for the estimate for a rodent evidence cleanup to arrive and multiple times contacting them. The cost of the estimate itself was ridiculously high and the quote was several hundred dollars higher than the other companies that I had spoken to. I have used Servpro in the past for Water and Fire remediation for our property management company and they were responsive and professional, however it was not this branch.
