I’ve been a customer for 25 years. Service is professional and high quality, and the owners are always nice and friendly.

Despite the high prices they charge, what they provide is barely worth half of the $$ they’ve more than once not had my garments ready by the date they were supposed to be ready for pick up (waste of time) and they don’t have pant/skirt hangers but instead pinned my delicate skirt with safety pins! There were 2 very visible holes left on it as a result. Never returning

I went to Holiday over the course of one year and always had an A+ experience. They are friendly, helpful, accommodative, and the dry-cleaning was always done perfectly and on-time. When I had to leave town suddenly because of Covid, there were a few items I was unable to pick up - the owner called me directly and on his own time brought the items to UPS to have shipped to me across the country. Hes the man!

This price is 2-3 times more expensive than other places. the owner is very defensive for the error his employee did. that was the worst experience I have had in a dry cleaning store. I will never go back and be aware of this place yourself. I should have checked their Yelp review before I dropped off my item. Yes, they have some really horrible reviews on Yelp with an average of 2 stars.

First of all, their prices are way too high. And secondly, they told me I had already picked up my items when I went to pick them up today. I insisted that I had not and it took some convincing to get them to check and look again. I had to call a number of times today and go back to the cleaners twice to convince them to check. They told me I had picked them up on a specific date they had given me and that I had also paid for them. They finally located my two expensive tops which I had not picked up or paid for. I will never go back. Dont risk giving them your clothing. Its not worth it. This was a terrible experience! After their incompetence you would have thought they might have apologized and not charged me but no that did not happen. Looking for a new dry cleaner!
