It doesnt seem like this place is a very large car wash, but it has about 20 or 30 employees washing cars. Quite impressive. There is a small gift shop /convenience store. Very small. Nice folks.

Fast & Efficient Crew! Even though the place was full of cars I was out in less than ten minutes with the express exterior hand wash. And reasonably priced too. Highly recommend the place!

The people here are what make this place special - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and they do a superb job of cleaning and waxing cars. Dirty cars come out sparkling clean. They also give a heads up as to when my cars need a minor or major wax. It’s hard to gauge when they’re not crowded, but try for off hours, otherwise you’ll wait for some time!

Beware of this place! The abrasive wash technique, as well as the use of regular towels (not microfiber) leaves terrible scratches in the clear coat. Very noticeable with dark colored cars. Photos are of my new car after two or three washes here. I had to do a full paint restoration (over $1k) to correct this.

2 stars only for their speed on a crowded day. They didnt bother to clean the inside of the car well or even vacuum the dust despite us paying for it. The outside of the car still had marks and when we pointed it out, one of the guys half heartedly wiped it. Still wasnt clean. Worthless for the money you pay.

Put a dent in my rear quarter panel on my 07 Miata 8/3/2021. Watched the video footage with manager, you can see one of the workers lean on the quarter panel to clean the wheel and the dent is visable on cameras right after and not previously. Manager said there is no way that they left the dent because of how large the sponge they use wouldnt transfer the weight the security footage simply shows otherwise. I have no words. DO NOT go here of you care about your car.

Not only do they leave swirl marks in your paint, an employee dented our car by leaning on it! When brought to the attention of a supervisor, they denied responsibility flat out. After paying for a “premium” option, they delivered an abysmal result with bird s*** and sap still on the car. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Very disappointed. I paid for a $40 service which was meant to include interior vacuuming and floormat shampooing, and when the cleaning was done the car interior was still very dirty. I had to clean it on my own when I got home. There was still dirt and debris on the seats, in the trunk, and other parts of the interior. Would not pay for this again.

They forgot to vacuum inside the car but did a good job on the exterior.

Awful. Just awful. Went to get my car wash and vacuumed today and not only is there still stains, crumbs and lint everywhere, but there’s also viable scratches on the exterior of my car due to the towels they used.This place is not cheap so honestly, I would go elsewhere.

After six months of membership I wanted to change my car but they were not willing to help. It was for me loss of time and effort, for them loss of a customer and a 1-star Google review. It could be taken easier.

I took my wife there to have her car that she dearly loves to be washed. I thought they’d do a good job since they are in Palo Alto and near Stanford but I was totally disheartened and disgusted. They didn’t wipe down the interior, clean the floor mats and wiped down only half the tires. I was truly shocked at the job they did and will never recommend this car wash to anyone.

We went over to get a car wash in Palo Alto on Friday, February 19th and were utterly disappointed. Every time I bring my car to get a car wash here I steer clear from getting anything above the basic plan because I am always disappointed. This Friday I tried to give you all the benefit of the doubt and went with the Platinum Special with the FS Car Wash, basically paid a total of $54 dollars for a car wash and turned out to be a disappointment. Once I got in the car, there was dirt all over my speedometer, over the glove department. My GPS screen was not cleaned, had smudges and the seats on the back were not even attempted to be dusted. I went over to talk to one of the associates to ask to dust the dash, but they only did that. I am honestly so disappointed, if I ever bring my car here again I will make sure to get the cheapest price because I at least will know I am getting the cheap service, versus losing money for something that I could have gotten done through a car wash drive.

This car wash has the best service and they do a phenomenal job. It looks like a machine car wash from the outside but inside its a line of people sponging all sides (even the top) of your car. Its well worth the price and everyone is kind and cheerful.

This place can be very hit or miss, when they are very busy or very not busy then quality, attention to detail, and level of service can very greatly. Sometimes I’ll be asked to drive my own vehicle through, other times it will be driven through by a staff member. Sometimes I’ll pick up my car at the end and major interior areas will still be dusty or covered in fingerprints, the under-skirting below the doors, and trunk is almost always left uncleaned. The staff is usually quite nice and friendly, and happy to touch up any areas that you point out as having been missed. If you don’t pay attention you get a job done that worth about half as much as you pay. One of the biggest issues is the waiting area ALWAYS smells like urine, which makes waiting for your vehicle an unpleasant experience, and very off-brand for a place associated with being clean.

Im new to the area but glad I found this place. Reasonable prices, friendly staff and they did a great job on the car. Will definitely be back.

I mostly use the 5 minute wash since while not literally 5 minutes, you are in and out in a jiffy. Really convenient when youre in a hurry.

This used to be my goto place when I lived in Palo Alto. I usually just got an exterior wash, and they have a separate line for that, so the wait was usually minimal. They do a pretty good job and the price is very reasonable. The location is good too. One time I had a problem with the battery, the car wouldnt start after the wash (it wasnt their fault, the car just needed battery service). They helped to jump start the car, I appreciated that.I only had a complaint once, when I came 30 min before they were supposed to close, and they were already closed. That was disappointing.Overall, I recommend them. Nice place with good hand wash quality and decent prices.

External wash for $17

I’ve used this place 3 times now and I’m not sure why. I think because it’s close to home -it’s certainly not because they clean cars well. I got an exterior wash done today and my car isn’t particularly clean and there’s streaky residue all over it. The times before that it’s like they half arsed vacuumed it. To be fair the inside of my car was fairly dirty when I took it there but I still expect it to be clean when it comes out the other side.

First time there and last time. Got the Platinum wash and inside was still dirty, they dont wipe down the seats or cup holders, windows still had dirt on them...etc.

I went on a day when they were not busy, so got really good service!

This place is the best one I found in silicon valley. They still dont really do the details and it cost 30 bucks for that. But theres nothing better in the area and it truly is hand washed. You have to really go around and dry up the details when theyre done.

Hi they only scrubbed with a sponge half my car 2 times now. They don’t speak English so you can’t talk to them. I know it’s hard work but they got into this business and should do a amazing job.

They may claim to be open until 6 but they were closed to new cars at 5:15. And if they can’t work a full day why wold anyone expect them to clean cars fully.

I drive for uber and lyft. I pay $50.00 a month for unlimited wash inside and out. They do a good job. If they miss something they fix it immediately. The people who work there are friendly. When I bring my dog Jack with me he gets treats and fresh water from the water bowl in the waiting area.

I love their subscription. Unlimited washes for $49. One star down because wash is never perfect.

Im a Limo Driver and have explored pretty much all the Car Washing places in the Bay Area and by far this is the best Car wash, their staff is the best always been doing the same job no shortcuts or rushing to get you out of there. This place consistently does a good job. Truely a hand wash done well. Expensive for sure. I have the unlimited club which costs 49$ a month. Saves a few bucks if I wash weekly. If any weak spot its the drying. Generally have to go around and dry some areas.

For $7, this place is pretty nifty. Easy to deal with, clean facilities, employees seem chill, the drive-through did a pretty good job even on the wheels, and the free vacuuming stations worked like a charm. I am planning to go back next time I dont need a full-service wash.

I’ve lived in Palo Alto for four years and have always used auto pride for my car washing needs. Today however the gadget to hold my iphone in the car disappeared during the washing. I know it’s my responsibility to take everything and that little gadget is not particularly expensive but it is very annoying to have ones trust abused in that way. I’ll definitely won’t return and I advice people not to bring business to this establishment where the employees seem to have questionable values. I get no gain from this post other than warn other customers, if you are set to wash you car there, make sure that you take everything with you. What a sad state of the world!

Not too focused on the details. There are a mass of cars waiting as they are one of the few hand wash options around but there were so many details that they didn’t catch. Spots on the outside of the car that we’re easy to see from walking around, spots on the mirrors they didn’t catch and then spots inside of the car that they missed - on the steering wheel, the drivers door and console. Sloppy. But they benefit from being the only gig around

My first time. Platinum Special with mats cleaned for 43$. I had magnetic pop in shades on my rear windows and they decided not to clean windows at all. I should have taken them off. I get it. Took off and had them cleaned ‘again’. The door edges and around driver pedals areas were left untouched. I had to point them to my receipt and say that I bought detail package. Wheels they don’t clean inside because they don’t have tooling for that. I got a lot of attitude and hustle style feedbacks.Avoid this place if you can please.

Worst service I’ve seen on the Bay Area. The outside was no better than a regular gas station wash and the inside was full of dust and dirt. Zero attention to details. Never again.

This team has both the skill and the tools necessary to do a great job; unfortunately, they use neither, in an effort do go through the cars as fast as they possibly can. I purchased the Gold package and was expecting a really thorough wash - unfortunately there were obvious stains all over the side and back of my car which one simple lookover would have sufficed to eliminate with a simple wipe, and the inside of the door frames was left completely untouched (full of dust and grime). Worst of all, and most disappointing, they didnt bother to vacuum in the narrow space between the front seats and the parking brake/cup holders, where the most dirt gets trapped. My car certainly looks better, but this is not what I expected for $25.

I drive all the way from Santa Clara just to get my car washed by then. Always pay attention to detail and the wash lasts a couple weeks. They use quality detailing products.

Poor attention to detail. They missed so many large spots my black vehicle looks worse now. Areas like the door handles and bottom half of the doors were done very poorly. The dressings in the more expensive package was also applied in a spotty manner. Couldnt see how bad it was until I drove home and had direct sunlight on all sides. They were fast, but now I know why.

Used to be my go to car wash. The price is not cheap they used to do a good job so it was worth it to me. Not sure what happened here but recently their attention to details have gone from 10 to 0. I got the gold service, Tne interior was not even touched when the cleaning was done. I might as well just vacuum and clean myself. I basically paid $40 for a $10 worthy job. Not going back.

They’re always understaffed on the drop off, always. The backend (after car wash) is fine. Expect to wait awhile in your car to even drop it off. Minus the long wait, the place is good.

I went for the Express 5 Minute wash. Great service, super clean and careful hand washing. The wash was indeed 5 minutes, but the drying wait was another 10 minutes. Recommended.

They grab as many cars as they can they rush your car and if you are not vigilant, they dont vacuum your trunk even if you leave it open, they dont clean your windows inside your vehicle, nor the doors, nothing. they dont even dry you car well enough that by the time you get out of there, all the water were still spilling leaving dry marks all over... Awful service! Purchased Platinum wash, which allegedly includes interior cleaning as well. Ended up having a 15 dollars automatic wash quality, dirty interior and very irresponsible staff! Everyone keeps blaming others and claiming the dirt cant be washed off during regular wash, need to purchase something extra. Very unpleasant experience.

They do a great job on my car everytime.

They tend to be crowded and loud and not have good place to wait. I went and was having asthma issues because of the noise and the pollution and the running cars and they only have three people at any time that are permitted to drive the cars and so you have to stay with your car in the smog until you get up to the vacuum cleaning station. The gift of place is way overpriced and has such limited space to stand in if you dont want to be outside in the noise pollution. Extremely Loud place my car was not properly washed on the inside and I wont be going again

I went to this car wash and there is a sign that says unlimited car washes for $47. When I tried to sign up he saw that I have an Uber sticker. He said that Uber drivers have to pay over $80. I guess they want you to pay for the service thats fine but they draw the line at actually having to do the service.I will be looking for a more reputable place. Buyer beware.

Very busy place but..Not very sloppy work. When You charge $100.00 for a wax and wash atleast use clean towels for the windows. I called the attendant over and I wiped a three inch greasy spot off the hood of my car in front of him. He looked at me and said..oh, sorry.

Payed for gold but realized I didnt get that when I saw my mats werent shampooed. They shampooed the mats but the job they did on the interior wasnt that great. Be careful that they give you the correct service.

They don’t do a great job, paid $200 for interior detail and it looked horrible. The armor grease was on the windows, wood trim, and definitely not a “detail” more like a rush job.

I was charge 22.99 and didnt wash my pickup good, hand print was on my passenger side doors and still there after they washed likewise the back windows wasnt touch. I let the tips with the received and when I notice they didnt clean well I couldnt go back because i didnt keep my receipt. I dont recommend this place, they are more carwash with way better price and service.
