We used Sub Zero Repair Palo Alto for the first time based on neighborhood feedback and it was by far the absolute best appliance repair experience we have ever had. The set up the appointment and gave us a two hour window and they arrived during that window, which anyone that has ever experienced the time window knows is very rare. They were extremely professional in both the scheduling and repair and the pricing was reasonable. All of the pricing was confirmed up front via email for both the initial diagnostic visit and the repair. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I put off having my ice maker repaired because I have never had a good experience with appliance repair companies. I found this company on google and decided to try them. I am very happy that I did! Harry was fantastic. He came out the day after I called. He had to order the part then came back on a convenient day to do the reapir. He did a great job. Everything works great! I found this company to be very responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

My Sub-Zero was in need of service so I came here and read the reviews of several service providers. I had used one listed here before and was not thrilled with them. No need to name them as they already received poor reviews. I liked what I read about Sub Zero Repair Palo Alto and called them. Spoke with Alan and was treated nicely and he made an appointment for me the following morning (today). He provided a 2 hour window which was perfect for me. He provided me an estimate over the phone. The tech showed up on time, very professional, friendly and thorough. He knew what he was doing. It is now 8 hours since he left and I cannot believe the difference in the performance of my refrigerator already. I would call them again in an instant. I wish they serviced other appliances. Very happy with them and pleased to recommend them.

The girls who scheduled were very helpful in getting me a 1 hour window for the techs arrival. They followed up the morning of to let me know the tech was on his way. Patrick arrived and was very pleasant and easy to work with. Diagnosed the issue very quickly, but took the time to do it right. Also advised me on new appliances and what to look for, etc. Overall great experience and would recommend Patrick and Sub Zero Repair Palo Alto anytime.

Jim called me to confirm before the arrival. Within minutes of his evaluation he knew the problem, explained to me in details what was the root cause and provided the estimate.I have to say the rates are very fair for the service he provided. Very neat, knowledgeable and organized professional. Left the area after the repairs spotless. Have to admit this is a great repair service company for anybodys house.

Ronald, from Sub Zero Repair Palo Alto, is a great, old time, appliance repair guy! My SZ fridge had a malfunction and Ronald is registered to repair SZ, as well as other appliances. He came, fixed the freezer in two hours, including a part, for under $200. Two weeks later, everything is still working great and he even called to make sure. I have had many appliance repair people to my house, only once. I will have him back again! Excellent service, follow up and price!

I rarely leave feedback but sometimes is a most. I called around looking for someone to repair my refrigerator and everyone was to busy and wanted to charge me to just see the refrigerator. When I called Sub Zero Repair Palo Alto, he immediately knew what the problem was and responded to my house to repair my fridge. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone honest to fix any appliance. My refrigerator malfunctioned over the holiday weekend and I would have had to throw everything out but Vlad from Sub Zero Repair Palo Alto took my call and showed up the next day.A few things I want to point out that I particularity appreciated:1) Before Vlad even came over, he asked me many questions about my fridge so that he would be prepared and make a quick diagnosis.2) When he arrived, he went through step by step procedures that he does to ensure he finds the trouble area and can property fix.3) He was honest, and sincere about what was needed and was great with pricing.4) He taught me as he worked!5) He was very professional, maintained social distancing, wore protective boot covers, a face mask, etc.6) He is very intelligent and is happy to talk with you while he gets his job done.I was very impressed with Vladls level of knowledge and professional demeanor.
