Manager was 15 minutes late to open store. When store opened staff was already overwhelmed with customers and he was no where to be seen. We had appointment for 10:00 and were not helped until 11:05. Lots of customers walked out. ATT may need to think about their customers and potential customers first rather than commissions and sales goals. Salesperson was helpful. Customer first. Unfortunately I do not believe that there will be changes.

Pier was such great help! Other than waiting for a while the service was great and every question I had was answered! Loved my visit! Had problems w/my new upgrade 2 my iPad, it wouldn’t transfer my plan from the old 1 to the new 1. Over 2 days, 3 calls…no1 could figure out why. Came in 2day & after about 1/2hr & many tries…a new SIM card was installed & all is good. Our AT & T (10th & Rancho Vista) always has gr8 ppl working.

I didnt think the great ratings were true but this place is wonderful. Had us in and out in a matter of minutes. Alysaa (I believe is the spelling) was so nice and helpful. Will be going back for my hot spot needs!

Came here to get a quote as we had sprint. We were greeted by Abby and Eduard. They were extremely helpful and nice as we were guided through the process. There were some complications regarding availability of the new iPhone and with transferring my husbands phone number (but it was a computer issue), however at the end of the day it was sorted out and I couldn’t have been happier. Abby really took her time with us and she really knew her information and Eduard would peek in and make sure we were doing okay.
