Currently using their service. It’s definitely made a difference for us. We would get ants in the summer. Such a headache. Since we have been using their service which also protects against spiders no cockroaches we haven’t had any issues with ants inside the house and rarely see them outside.They are professional and helpful with questions.Worth the money in my opinion.

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. He properly wore his mask (Covid) and covered his shoes before entering our home. We just completed the first service, so I can’t yet comment on its effectiveness but my technician offered to follow up in a week for a progress report. Happy so far.

Chris has been nothing short but outstanding in every aspect! Super friendly and goes over and beyond. Sad to hear he is leaving. However everyone I’ve Encounter with Orkin is amazing and I have no complaints. I originally tried another company and they didn’t do nearly as good of a job. 10/10

Wonderful experience every time. I called because we had an outbreak this summer and had to call early. They responded right away and came out early. The experience has been wonderful. Chris came out and took care of everything. He gets a 10 plus in my book.

My very first service with this company.Victor was punctual, professional, thoughtful and kind. He sprayed very thoroughly inside and out, and he even said he will reach out in a few days to check on things.So far so good!

I informed the driver to arrive at a specific time to open up the garage and other areas. He failed to comply therefore his job is poor. I have requested for him to go back or I will cancel the service, period.

As an existing customer, we transferred our service to our new home which is located in a new area. It took more than a week with SEVERAL phone calls that resulted in NO FOLLOW UP which was very disappointing and a change from our previous dealings.Once the new area office FINALLY designated a field technician for our account, it was a great experience going forward. Our new technician, Abraham, was prompt, competent, and attentive in our discussion making sure our concerns were addressed to satisfaction. Looking forward to having him on our side. The 5-star rating is specially based on our engagement with Abraham who definitely came in as “clutch” for Orkin.

The service had me disappointed the first 3 visits but once they switched the person to come service my house I was a lot happier... service got better and the problem is starting to disappear... if you get this service make sure you tell them you don’t want Tom .... I was going to canceling thinking it was the service when it was just the man not doing what he should

This company is very deceiving they state one price and then change their prices once they are your residents. Be aware they are deceiving company.

Ryan our technician was extremely professional, on time, friendly and so knowledgeable. I think I asked about 100 questions and he was so patient and very informative. He practiced social distancing and took all the Covid precautions. Ryan definitely made our 1st experience with Orkin a pleasant one!

We have ants popping up like crazy, so I had Orkin start taking care of it. This is our first service and I like our service man, Scott. Customer service matters a lot to me. Hopefully they will be able to get rid of these ants! It is a bit pricey, I feel, but I hope it’s worth it.

When I purchased my home almost 5 years ago I had an out of control roach ant and spiders problem on my property. Scott always does an awesome job. I would recommend him to anyone. My home has no issues inside it was all in the yard. Scott got it under control and does bi monthly maintenance to keep them away from the house.

Today was the first time that we had Ryan do our service. I was able to give specific instructions about Being aware of my animals and he was so polite and so careful to make sure that they did not get out and when I looked out the window several times, he was extremely mindful when he sprayed because he made sure my animals were not in harms way. I was impressed.

Elias is my technician and he is the best. He is always on time and always very professional. He always calls me ahead of time for me to inform him of any concerns. He also follows up after the service to inform me of the service he provided and if there were any new developments. I highly recommend Orkin.

Don’t bother. They initially set me up on a yearly contract, servicing every other month. The technician listened to my concerns & was professional. Unfortunately, when I needed to re-schedule, the process was extremely frustrating because they never return calls or messages. I am now searching for a replacement company.

We had been attacked for years by ants but Summer 2020 got really bad and my entire living room was covered with ants coming into my kitchen. No matter what I did I couldn’t stop them. I finally had enough and I called Orkin. It took a few times for them to come but I could see the ants slowly getting slower and slower until they finally stopped. so don’t give up keep letting them come. it won’t happen the first time and it may not happen the second visit but it will happen trust them they know what they’re doing. They are professional, on time and through.

We finally, after an entire month of curt and minimal response from our assigned service provider with no consideration of my schedule, or of my family member’s schedule, were assigned lovely, responsive, locally based, professional, Ashley, who is a dream to work with!!!Unfortunately the management, who, in my opinion needs a serious course in customer service solution- based, problem solving with Active Listening, kept the line Give it five stars to Ashley but because of the other person she only got fourgoing that “ there was no one available to service my account except the person doing it who is only in my area the previous day”(which was inconvenient for us, the customer).Repetition of non solutions do not satisfy customers. I am no exception.However, after I spoke with the Regional Manager, my assignment to Ashley was implemented. She called that day, was accommodating, positive in her attitude and very flexible in her scheduling times. She even showed up early and came back when we were ready to leave!!!Ashley explained issues, shared specialized knowledge and helped us understand how we can maximize the service by doing simple things we can do easily. Ashley did treatments our other person did not do, opening our eyes to new issues.We look forward to keeping Ashley as our chief treatment service provider. We would’ve given Ashley five stars but we give the service 4 stars because of the previous lack of customer service. They and we, have a five star service provider in Ashley! !!

Ok I’m giving my orkin technician, Scotty Soto 5 stars because not only was he professional and efficient, he was understanding about abnormally active and advanced 10 month old baby who’s curious about everything. Even when she started fussing he was calm and collected and powered through right a long with me. In fact he helped me to stay calm while trying to multi-task as us moms often do. So yes 5 stars! Just call orkin especially when you have kids.

We discovered wasps in our backyard in a hard to reach area and called today to ask for a quote for a one time service. Due to my being at higher risk individual, and since COVID19 is still prevalent, we requested they only inspect and spray the outside of our home (For spiders and ants etc. as well). They were more than accommodating, called to provide an updated time estimate (within the guaranteed service window) and finished their work quickly. The gentleman who came was very courteous, polite, professional and friendly. :)There is a 30 day guarantee of service, so if anything changes by then I’ll update this review to reflect that.

Every time the technicians Orkin sends out are fantastic. They take the necessary time and get the job done, inside and out.

Was super happy with Orkin. I just switched to them after using Dewey Pest Control. They seem to actually care about their work. They took everything I had to say and took action immediately. I got texts from my tech ahead of time and I just couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch Pest Control companies. It’s a little pricier but worth every penny.

Our first 2 experiences having Orkin come out honestly were not all that great we had to call out twice because the first 2 technicians they sent out were not very thorough at all. So when we called out for the third time there was an issue with another customer and they said they’d call me at time when it’s convenient and they never did until the day before and honestly I was just ready to leave. Ashlie the technician called the night before and talked to my roommate gave a set time they were going to be at our house and and we discussed the other technicians and how they were not thorough and they assured us they’d be more thorough and we explained what we wanted done and our problem areas. The next day Ashlie came and addressed all of our problem areas, hopefully this helps and if it does we will be requesting only Ashlie from now on. Also it was the first technician we had that actually came on time.
