These guys just aren’t tough enough to run a business. Full of cowards who would rather make threats over the phone than deal with people in person. Just not tough at all

J & C Party Supply delivered! On Monday 2/12, I called on short notice and spoke with Carlos, he was able to get a great deal on tables, chairs and a jumper for this past Sunday. The price was very reasonable and they were on time to drop off and pickup. Thanks J & C Party Supply. Definitely calling you guys for our next event. Thanks from the Cruz Family.

Really bad service I remember getting a jumper here and piñata. They brought the jumper color wrong and no stick for the piñata. I asked for the right color jumper and they threaten to take it and bring nothing back. These ppl dont deserve anyones money.

NEVER AGAIN!!!RUDE, Unprofessional and trashy chairs and tables.The delivery kid was 2 hours late and very rude. When I called Dora the owner she sounded like she was asleep at 3:00pm afternoon and told me that I can take it or leave it but she was keeping my deposit of $30.They drive a Dodge Ram and it’s a bunch on unprofessional teenagers who just don’t care about the customer they are sons of the owner.Don’t waste your time and money, the owner is an uneducated trashy individual.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Not on time for pick up at all. Delivered on time but missed a couple pieces of our order on the day of. We had to call them to come deliever the missing pieces. She didn’t set up flowers like she said she would. Just left her job incomplete. Unprofessional and extremely rude! Yelled at my parents for no reason. My mother was nicely explaining to her to talk to my sister (who had set the contract with the lady) and she just started going off about my sister not going to answer. Umm hello? Have you even tried calling her? This place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend.

So RUDE and liars! If I could I would give them no stars. Do not go to this place ever. I placed my order for a jumper, tables, chairs and a piñata with a stick. The day of my party Im told they are not setting up my jumper because I only have concrete and they will be setting up in the front yard. We argued back and forth about the jumper because I was not told about the issue on concrete. I have gotten jumpers from other places before so I never thought about that being an issue with this place. The men were so rude to my husband and hostile threaten to take back the chairs and tables. They ended up leaving and I was left with no jumper. Later I realized that I didnt get my piñata or stick tried calling them to come back they never picked up my phone calls. Next morning they came back to pick up tables and chairs and asking for the balance since I had only given them $30 out of $90 and they didnt have change. I refused to pay them anymore money and was told that I needed to pick up my piñata and the place when the lady told me my entire package was going to be delivered to me! Very unprofessional place and people.

+lauren Machus Pick up times are an estimated time. You can’t expect the items to be picked up on time when there are other customers too. Your mom was not “nicely” explaining anything. She started screaming. At the end, your sister stole the flowers right?Also just a reminder, if you make a false statement about a person to ruin their reputation, you can be sued for libel.

Este lugar no es professional. This place is not professional. I called this place last week, they were ok in answering my questions . The next week I went to pay half of the bill ($55). The next day I called because I realized she never told me when the tables and chairs were going to be delivered. My party is at 1pm Saturday. I spoke to a Lorena. She was so rude, dismissive, and so defensive. I asked if she can bring the tables and chairs a day before or at least at 8am to have time to decorate them. She said No! Same day delivery from 8am to 12pm! I said oh, but my party is at 1pm and Im worried that my tables and chairs will not be decorated on time. So then I said I dont think this is going to work out, can I have my money back or at least half. She said No, we dont give your money back! So now Im stuck with this place. If you decide on this place expect not to get your money back, and to be talked to in a very rude way. She goes around carrying a bible. Clearly she hasnt learned the meaning of Love thy neighbor. Terrible:/ by the way, its 9:30pm and have been waiting for her seen 4pm, she had agreed to bring the chairs and tables a day before ( Friday). They never showed up. Update it is 10:27 pm and at 9:20 I called the Lorena and she said she was at the house knocking. I told her that I was in my living room the whole time waiting. She never showed up. I asked her what address and she couldnt not answer me. She yelled at me and said take your piñata and Im canceling your services! I told her that I gave her 55 dollar for a jumper not for a piñata. She hung the phone up on me. Please do not go to this place they will steal your money. Update only gave half back. They are pathological liars. Lorena is a violate and rude being. I went back on Saturday at 11:30am to just buy something to get my money worth. She said I had to pay for the delivery, I said you guys never showed up. How can I pay for something I never got. They only thing she said was we called you. I NEVER ONCE GOT A CALL FROM HER! I at that point was done dealing with this lady. I just told her give me the stuff I need so I can leave. She ended up not wanting to give me anything she gave $42 out of the $55 I had given her. Before leaving I was leaving with the receipt and she leaped from the counter and grabbed my arm and said Give me that back. I looked and her and before I knew it the paper was snatched out of my hand. This person is violent, aggressive individual. Please dont go to this place! They will take your money and physically try to hurt you. SERIOUSLY! they are crazy people.

Very unprofessional and unreliable don’t rent from this place.
