Clean, friendly knowledgeable staff. Always helpful. The line do be long but they treat every customer with care and it does go quickly. I try to have packages already prepared before I go with pirateship.com to save money and just drop them off. If i dont they are helpful.

This post office is just fine, I swear people come in all the time demanding for questions & service like there isn’t a line & everyone is waiting for the same thing. Wait in line like everyone, cover your dang mouth when you decide to cough & stop acting like the privileged pansy you are!

I haven’t met 1 postal worker that is nice. All the workers are rude, will yell at the elderly cause they don’t understand how to fill out a form, very rude to non English speaking people, one worker with the gray hair told a customer “come back when you understand English” so I told the customer I’d help him...all the customer wanted was a book of stamps and I could see his eyes filled with tears due to being embarrassed. All the workers will stand there chatting away with each looking at their nails when the lobby is full of customers... this post office needs to remove or replace all of them with folks who are wanting to do their job and not be rude... to bad this is the only post office in the city. Please leave the attitude at home USPS CUSTOMERS shouldn’t be treated so rudely!!!

Walked in to simply put a hold on my mail and waited patiently why the lady at the counter finished her conversation with one of her neighbors but as soon as I got to the counter her mood went from laughing and light hearted to stone cold as if the sight of me just irritated her. Was given vague instructions on how to put a hold on my mail. Honestly felt I was the wrong skin color to receive help at this location. Will not be using this location again

Unacceptable!! Package was delivered to our mailbox and one of the packages were already opened! Have pictures!! So wonderful to have things delivered in your mailbox already opened and gone through! Like I said, completely UNACCEPTABLE!!

On the account I’ve used USPS to send letters or have received letters with anything enclosed with them, the enclosed item is missing. It is ridiculous to be US official employees but also thieves! Considering how other people have mentioned their packages disappearing at this branch, I assume this is a constant issue. Don’t use this branch to send anything.

I never did really like coming to this one but its the quickest way to get stuff sent. The staff at the front are almost ALWAYS rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.

My client didn’t receive his package, came back to mail him his package again. Tried to show picture of my last receipt and messages from client saying “did not receive “. “I need your actual receipt ma’am” THE PICTURE IS MY RECEIPT! Then to top it off she decides to start bending my package back and forth, no it’s not breakable but IDONT WANT TO SENT MY CLIENT MERCHANDISE WITH BENT MARKS. Are you kidding me!?!? Fire this lady, she’s rude, doesn’t comprehend things, and messes up product!

Today is not my first time dealing with a rude lady from this office! But today I also felt personally attacked. The B word who answered the phone at the front desk this morning is seriously the rudest lady I have ever dealt with or ever spoken to! I will never call this office to ask a seriously simple question ever again! SO RUDE! And so disrespectful!!

All I wanted was to buy stamps. The sign says the lobby is open Mon-Sat until 8pm. Its not even 7 and the doors are locked. This is disgraceful!

Always friendly and fast. Yes sometimes it’s busy but that’s because they would be short staffed. Not the employees fault.. other than that they are always nice and answer any questions you have.

Some employees that work at this location need the boot. First of all when I come here there is always a long line. Then some of the employees usually complain if your packages have tape or if your package is slightly crooked. Id rather wait to ship my things a few miles farther than here. I have never had issues in other USPS stores besides this one.

They steal all of your packages. The post office need more cameras and less blind spots. They’re nothing but a bunch of thieves.

Way too many packages and important letters have been stolen here. Once they get to this office they go missing. Its very sad, I cant even trust the post office to do their job HONESTLY!!!!!

It’s a great business but it’s just packed with a lot of people.

I went in to send off a seven lb. package the other day to the UK and surprisingly everyone was helpful and nice. Used a flat rate medium box provided by the post office, taped it up with their tape they provide you (had to bring my own scissors for the tape). Donna was incredibly helpful, Ive actually never sent a package ever, so I asked her what I need to have this package ready to be shipped, I already had the info for customs ready. She just told me to fill a couple things out, and she held my place in line. She also checked if any other packages would be cheaper for me, but I already knew the flat rate medium box was the way to go. May not be in the best part of town but this is a good post office.

If you have anything important that is being mailed to you or youre mailing out DO NOT USE this service, pay the extra cash to make sure your mail gets to the right destination or doesnt get lost in the process. I dont understand how this concept is so difficult....this time youre costing me money post office, not only do you deliver my mail to the wrong addresses now youre costing me money!!! I have to keep track of even my own car registration renewal because youre employees cant even do that right, and then you wonder why you guys are going broke, but no worries government is there to Vail you out.

Ive been in there multiple times and always get the same lady. She is so rude I honestly was shocked the first time I ran into her. The other people are very kind and helpful but she didnt want to answer any of my questions and was so frustrated when I wanted to ask what the cheapest way to send something was. It was right when the place opened so I cant even imagine what it is like later on the day with her.

Carrier has taken birthday cards, stuff i have ordered. There crooks! What goes around comes around!

It was December Christmas Time and the Mail trucks were at Dominic Massauri Park Complaining of a female coworker(Maybe Supervisor) who they wanted to get fired because she was pointing out they were not doing there jobs..For 1.)Are You not suppose to be delivering mail2.)Why are you at a park out in the open COMPLAINING about a job3.)Obviously Not Doing the job4.) I know why some pkgs and mail was not delivered on time5.)You should be fired!

The package I dropped off magically disappeared.

Twice now this office has personally helped me. I am so impressed with them! Kudos to Julie, especially. When we first moved here from Ohio, we had to order an airbed because our furniture didnt arrive for 3 weeks. Our airbed, from Amazon, didnt arrive as scheduled, but the post office gave us personal help so that it arrived. Today, once again, Julie called us about a Christmas order that fell through the cracks somehow. Im so thankful!

Service was very good wait time was long. With all due fairness they did have 3 clerks, it was just a busy day.

The people there seem nice enough, but management leaves something to be desired. The main lobby used to be open 24/7, then they reduced it to 6am-8pm daily, making it difficult to drop off business packages at night. Additionally, the drop off box has now been broken for months, and the lobby kiosk is often out of order for days at a time as well. So really, the only time you can actually do anything right now is during their normal business hours when the main office is open. I suppose I shouldnt expect anything less from the government, but it would be great if they could get it together.

I would have appreciated a slip saying that a delivery attempt was made and to pick it up but instead, these lazy carriers left it out in the open & my package was stolen. Had my packages delivered to my neighbors, got their packages, its like they dont even try. This company isnt even deserving of 0 stars, thats how terrible they are. Only giving them one because its the minimum requirement.

I only use the post office itself for dropping parcels into the chute, or buying stamps from the machine, but I have a MAJOR issue with delivery. For instance, the back has been left open for a full week on the community mail box I am required to use. The carriers are not leaving any mail there, so no one assigned to that box is getting anything. The post office has not contacted me, nothing has been posted, I cant get the post office to pick up the phone, and I work 50 miles away! So no mail for a week now, and no idea what is happening. What exactly are we paying for when we buy postage stamps these days???

I have been in this office many times and have usually had fast and courteous service. When the office is busy the customers can be impatient but the postal workers are trying to help get through the line as quickly as possible

Phone will never be answered. Not really sure whether its because their phone is out of service or because theyre doing a terrible job, but the phone will ring about 20 times then itll be cut off with no knowledge of what actually happened.

My last product was received by the Post Office and sent to Hialeah Fl. Why? This has not been my only issue with this Postal Service. Im exhausted with them.

This place just made me remember why I hate Palmdale so much... I called at 8:56am on a saturday and BEHOLD someone answered NO WAY... I had a simple question about picking up my mail there and if it would be ready because I am having to drive miles and miles to get there... rude lady named Carol? or someone told me I had to call back during business hours...okay I asked what are your hours 9am-3pm she told me... Okay!? ummm so Ill call back in 4 mins then.... now it is 1:00pm now and nobody has answered any of my calls all day... this place is like most Palmdale business filled with... bitter... rude and under qualified staff.

What the f? My package came but it was damaged, had a hole on the bottom. It had NOTHING inside except the receipt. Where are the contents of my order? No one could have possibly taken it from my package since it came from a secured mailbox, not from my door.

With the long line on the first working day of the week, the clerk was loud about how unhappy she was working there. I see several previous comments about how rude some people can be. Was unpleasant to hear how she spoke to customers. Cant see how she is allowed to continue working the front counter.
