Love this place. I have gone here for years, since they first came out here & opened . From getting bracelets fixed, replacement watch batteries, to their great vast selection of jewelry. I have always loved them, their quality, their service and the lady who runs the place is very kind, knowledgeable and gives great customer service. She is always a pleased to see you,, makes you feelings genuinely welcome and will go out of jer way to get what youre looking for and get it right. I am an avid customer, I will always come back here. I will always recommend this place as well.

Ive ordered from here before because its inexpensive and there is a wide selection. this time, half of my order was cancelled because i assume the items were not in stock, but the website made no indication of that. also, im the rings i recieved were either mislabeled or mismeasured, because the size 9 rings that are supposed to fit my index finger fit on my ring finger, which is a size 6. the size 4 that is meant to fit my pinky is like a baby size and doesnt even fit on the top half of my fingers. pretty disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Ive came here mutiple times to help fix the sizing of my watches or put a battery in it. The workers are friendly and were kind enough to fix my watches to my liking. They even complimented my watch which I thought was very kind. Would easily come back here again

Nice place and good prices. Nice selections, but would say they need a bigger silver charm selections for medium sized chains. Miss the older lady that use to run it, she was great just to talk to alone. But we all gotta retire some day.

This is a great place to find low cost silver jewelry. They have body piercing jewelry too. Its hard to see from the street. Its in the mall parking lot. The only improvement they could make is with customer service. The workers need training on greeting people and being available to help. We would definitely spend more money if there was someone asking to help us. We never buy anything other than what we specifically go in for because theres nobody to help us and make that additional sale.

Shes a very sweet lady who always tries hard to get the jewelry Im looking for, and she offers terrific prices!I highly recommend this place!

I needed to have my necklace fixed and after reading all the Google reviews I decided to go to Design Jeweler. The staff were super helpful and said it was an easy fix and that I could pick up my necklace when they open on Monday. I was pleased with the quick turnaround and very happy with their work and professionalism. Awesome jewelers!

I went in Friday oct 18 to pierce my nose, the Asian older lady attended me and she was very rude when I’d ask questions. Literally when I came in I said “I’m here to get my nose pierced and she said “but you already have a nose piercing. (I was there for the other side of my nose btw) then when I’d ask questions about the process she was very rude to me. Then when she got to it, she didn’t even ask me if I was ready or anything. Just said “don’t move”. It came out super crooked, 5 days later here I am trying to change my piercing and it can’t go thru because of how crooked it is. I’m so disappointed about this, never go for piercings here. Wasted 25$ all for it to be such a bad experience.

Always have loved this place, but the nose piercing experience was a nightmare for me.(Which i already have one side of my nose pierced and never had a problem btw)20$ is overpriced for a nose piercing in my opinion.DO NOT get your nose pierced here, if you do request they use a piercing gun, please and that he wears gloves.You are better off going to Walmart or the Swamp Meet to be honest.

So today I had stopped by to get lip piercings. their assistant was nice and helping me pick my piercings but the Asian lady (I do not know her name. I called & asked her to give me her name but she refused) was Extremely RUDE. I felt rushed and pressured to pick a piercing because I was unsure of what to pick. She even Scolded her assistant in front of me and my mother for giving us the wrong price of a piercing I wanted. She said to us He wont be working here after today while speaking it loudly across the room so he can hear and continously nagging at him over the mistake. I was a bit undecisive about the piercings i chose because the gauge seemed a lil too thick for my lip and she told me just buy it and try it but if it doesnt fit then you waste money. I didnt want to buy but she insisted i just buy 1 and while also rushing me. I bought the piercing and just as i expected, it did not fit me. now I am so irritated for wasting money on a piercing i felt pressured to buy. Employees should be assisting their customers on deciding and picking a jewelry with patience and kindness not getting irritated, rushing and insisting their customers to buy something just to take money.
