Awesome place for kids. Great physical activity. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the rock climbing wall. Over time, l plan to have her build her strength.
Not for us. Both of my children got hurt (not seriously) due to customers not paying attention to what they were doing and where they were landing. Looks super fun if youre the only ones there!
We wouldn’t Go back Again..It’s a fun area with cool activities, however it’s not so fun and a Real buzz kill when the staff is CONSTANTLY telling you “don’t do this, don’t do that”. They already have like 50 rules everywhere and on top of that, the staffs are staring at you and adding MORE rules . It’s really uncomfortable and difficult to have any fun. It’s supposed to be a fun place for kids but when your kids are being kids, the staffs will barge in and yell at your kid to stop doing something. It’s very ridiculous. “ no jumping at the same time!” “No sliding” “only 2 ppl at a time in the beam ring” “ no staying on the green fluff too long “ blah blah blah MORE RULES. I get that they have rules for safety but it’s to the point that you can’t have any fun when you’re constantly being bothered by staff. You’re better off buying those party jumpers or going somewhere else .
My grandsons choice for his birthday. All my grandkids had a great time from the eldest who is 8 to the youngest who is 3 they all played ran jumped and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Its decent, not big like other jumping places but still decent for the kids to have fun.
My first time there. It was a little small from what I assumed the size would of been. But my son had fun.
Prices for a party are exorbitant. Waited an extra hour to get our room. Cheese sticks and mini dogs were cold. But the kids had fun! Guess thats what matters. We wont book again.
We brought our kids, all under 5 years, to have fun, instead the “team members” appear to be there to restrict and limit fun. The scoldings the “team members” gave my oldest frightened her enough that she did not want to go into the trampoline area again. I saw them doing so to kids no older than 3 years old. Meanwhile, some boys about 10-12 years old jumped and dropped my kids a few times in front of the supervision and they turned a blind eye.
Saturday Aug. 21 - 5:38pm. My 7 year old grandson and his friend had used their money to purchase slushies and pizza while at Rock n Jump. After jumping for an hour, they were both dehydrated and needed water. They went to use the water fountain which was turned off. They proceeded to ask the workers behind food counter if they could fill their cup with water since the water fountain was turned off. The workers refused, stating they had to pay to buy a bottle of water. They explained they had no money. The worker asked the manager xaiver if she could fill the cup with water. He refused. I approached the same manager stating that the facility is required to have a drinking fountain for the kids since they can easily become dehydrated with excessive physical activity/jumping over an extended period of time. He, Xaivier, stated he was the manager and that they are a private facility and they do not need to provide water. I asked him for the corporate phone number and he stated there was none and rudley walked away. This is 100 % unacceptable. My husband then had to pay $ 6.50 to get a small pitcher of water from their food court. We have spent a large amount of money at this facility over the years. Apparently Rock n Jump’s employees are being trained “it’s all about the $$$”, not customer satisfaction and plain common sense. When a child succumes to dehydration and there is a lawsuit, maybe then they will listen. After my grandsons last punch card is finished, we are done. I refuse to give my $$$ to an establishment who refuses to fill a child’s cup with water! Sure, we can bring our own water, which up until today we have always done. But it’s the principle of the matter!
A lot of fun for kids and teenagers, food of course overpriced but thas expected, all in all very fun and good place to go.
Good place to bring kids during day. Rockin should plan on expanding this location in AV. It had a good volume of kids during the day.I also jump for fun; also to stay limber. In the off times it’s fun for adults, during peak kid time. It’s a disaster trying to jump when kids are all around. There is young attendants that watch the kids and are Coordinators of the chaos. It’s pretty cool that it’s attached to the mall. Interesting use of mall space.
I got with my family to this place and my children and husband are so happy.
Great place to bring the kids. Great snacks. Lockers. Fun. Its everything you couldve asked for could be more spacey though....
Im so glad and excited that Rocking jump is open. We had a great time with my grandkids.
Brought two 8 year olds and they had a blast.
I gave 2 stars because my kids did have fun but what I didn’t like was the staff was rude. They don’t let you bring your own water they cut the fountains off and charge you for this over priced water knowing your going to buy it because your children are exhausted.
First, you get to jump and play basket ball and all that fun stuff, second, you get to go to the hurricane simulator thing and that gets cools you down if your getting to hot, third, they have a place where you can eat which is pretty good since you sometimes get hungry, so overall, this place is great.
I love this place... If i was a millionare id have a huge party there... Perfect place for active kids and adults
Employees are rude & restrict having fun, anything we do is wrong or can’t do 👎🏼👎🏼
This place is amazing, we went on a Saturday during the toddler times, 8am to 10 am before all the big kids show up and my kids loved it, I loved it. It was a good workout and had fun with my kids, jumping the morning away. You pay for your entrance and your kids plus $2.50 for the socks each. It was $46? for 4 of us. They have a little cafe so you can sit and eat, like pizza, pretzels etc.
It is fun jumping in a Trampoline the kids will love and the adult too
My daughter and her friend had a blast..nice time..
My first time here and there were people hogging the basketball court and the wrestling area. The staff members werent making sure everyone got an equal turn on the activities.
Great experience, had super fun with the husband and our 10 & 8 year olds! Thank you
It’s pretty good. A touch small.
Called in advance to ask about reservations, they prefer one buys tickets online as they are selling out two hours ahead. I attended saturday at 5pm, called at 1 and they were sold out till 3.
Great place for the kids to have fun
Very poor at enforcing mask mandates the employees did what they could but it’s the guests who did not wear there masks properly and made employees and other guests mad. Also social distancing does not exist at all here and something has to be done about that
It is amazing I got hit with a ball in dodge ball
Unfortunately Rockin Jump has been closed for months due to Coronavirus and hopefully they can survive. Small family owned business, they will have a hard time. It will be awhile still before parents let kids go to place like this.
Local fun for kids!!
My kids had a wonderful time
Always clean, safe and fun.
My kid loves this place. Reasonably priced, staffed well to ensure organization and safety while jumping, and has soft pretzels. Good location as well.
Love this place had my nephew and my son birthday party here. I wish the seating wasnt so cramped. Reasonably priced. Staff looks over the kids and any roughhousing is stopped immediately. Friendly atmosphere pretty decent pizza!
Great place to take your kids to burn off some energy, and you can join them if youd like! Fairly priced for the quality of entertainment. Staff is very friendly and safety-orientated. Different activities like dodgeball and basketball are nice. They also have some pretty cool special events, such as toddler and parent only times, and special weekend events. Conveniently located in the Antelope Valley Mall.
Love this place! Its awesome thats its indoors. In the summer Kids get to use energy and not melt in the heat. During the winter they still get to use energy and not be exposed to the cold outside..best thing that couldve came to Palmdale for kids/family. Great for all age groups but especially great for older kids that got over going Chuck e cheese.
This is the second time we come. First time during the week and the second on a Saturday. Saturday is crowed, but thats to be expected. My kids had so much fun. My wife loved the pizza. The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Kyle, the team leader. No complains at all. Well be back again.
The concept is great but it was too crowded to and small to do much. Completely swarmed with little kids as well. Great for children not so much for any older than that
For the kids but waste of money
Iys cool
Came here with some friends last weekend and this place was awesome! Despite it being crowded it was really clean and organized. There is waiver computers right when you walk in for you to fill out then you head to the front desk. The staff was super friendly and informal, she showed us where the lockers were told us the rule etc. The managers are really on it here they walk around every 15-20 minutes or so and check on their staff to make sure everything is going smoothly. We will definitely be back here!
Love this place
Fun place to visit as a kid. The prices are better individually. Keep your socks if you want to come back, they will charge you if you dont have a pair. Go to there site and prefill the waiver. It is a yearly deal.
Took grandsons on Presidents Day evening, it was so peaceful and surprisingly uncrowded, the kids there were all well-behaved and friendly to each other, nice music, very enjoyable for everyone. Much cleaner than another trampoline park we visited.
If youre familiar with these types of places, this one will seem smaller than most others, but it does offer quite a bit to do. My nephews and niece love coming here. Very reasonably priced place and the staff are very attentive to everyones safety.
Fun for kids!
I will say the concept is great its just the delivery was off. One the layout is very tight you have to walk through the eating area to do any jumping and then the rooms are right next to one of the attractions. I think if the space was bigger it wouldnt have been such an overwhelming experience. But I will say for a child this is the perfect place because they had a great time. But in the eyes of an adult it was somewhat stressful.
This place is super fun every time i go my entire family has a blast and after we walk to blaze
I came on labor the line was soo long there was a gentleman on the phone and didn’t care to attend us or tell us to give him a minute, I asked the manager Morgan to assist us, I told her about the guy on the and said he’s on a call, she’s obviously was okay with his behavior. This was our first time here since my daughter was exited we stood but it’s definitely the last time! I’ll take the drive to Valencia instead. I can’t believe owners are okay with this and would place that woman in charge to run this!
Its so much fun although it can get crowded at times but there is so much to do. you dont even realize, there is bouncing doge ball and free bouncing and jousting.Theres bounce basket ball and a rock wall and a free bounce place just for 6 and younger.plus if you just want to relax there are two massage chairs. if your kids want to take a break from jumping. but still have some fun while taking a break they can just chill in a hurricane simulator. the food they have there is priced very reasonably. then they have little lockers witch you dont need a key for unless you forget your pass word, and the have dipping dots ice cream to cool you down.
This is a rather unique and fun place for kids. Before being allowed in to the play area you have to sign waivers. It is all computerized and fairly quick. You dont have to do it on return trips. There are several trampoline areas, a food area, massage chairs, and lockers. It gets crowded fast and often no place to sit at a table to eat the food they sell. My kids got bored in about an hour. There are spaces around the trampolines and we saw a child get his leg stuck in that space. He cried and appeared to be in a lot of pain after they got his leg out. Seems like a weird design for a child play area. That said, most of the kids looked like they were having a lot of fun.
Not worth the money. Kids have more freedom and fun on large jumping pillows or on an at home trampoline. Too many kids for any kind of fun other then just jumping up and down on the same trampoline. If kids just run a little bit because of the jumping motion they are told to stop running. By the way dont sit down for a second to help a 3year old in the young kid area (even when no one is around) because you will be told that there is no sitting what so ever.
Good place for children of all ages, plenty of parking, food and drinks available for purchase. No outside drinks or food allowed, unless its for a birthday.
This place is fun for the kids but the dodgeball place its really dangerous for children, today I witnessed how my son got hit on the face and got caught off guard by teenagers and hes only 10 years old! All ages are mixed and the personnel do not see the danger of this of the little ones being hurt by the strength and the speed of teens! Sadly we take our kids for fun and pay for them to get hurt in there
This place is the best place to take your children, they have so much fun!The business is always clean and organized. The prices are reasonable. We try to go at least a couple times a month. Its about 25 miles away.!
9 out of 10. Great staff. Clean area. Good service. My son loves the place . Good is O.k. could be better though.
This place isnt as big as some of the other similar places but it does have a few options and areas other places dont. I would come back but probably not on the weekends its too small if an area and too many people, nowhere to sit or stand comfortably. The kids seemed to have fun so thats the important thing!
Family fun 👨👩👧👦 Friend fun 👍All around very energetic environment 🔋Great for kids, and parents who have had a long day.No matter the age youll find yourself skipping from trampoline to trampoline! 🤸♂️
Don’t come here, after a while it gets sooooo boring. It gets so crowded that you want to sometimes get out of the main jumping area. All this place has to offer is backetball, main trampoline area, instead of a foam pit an air pit it’s like a...jumper but just not bouncy, also a really small dodgeball area. Go to a different trampoline park.
This is a favorite! Great place for kids to play, adults too if your bladder can handle it!
Server cool place my step kids loved it cant wait to go back Its pretty cool seeing everyone jump around kind of wanted to get in there myself Staff were super friendly very kind My only advice is make sure you get a table so you dont have to stand the pizza was pretty good too Not badd for whatever pizza
Some manager just dont know the value of their customer, Im talking about Morgan. I went to use the toilet before I got back, she grab the food on my table and throw em in the trash.
My kids love this place, but just wish it was a little bigger.
Lots of fun for the kids but its mostly adults & theres nothing to do or eat. They only have pizza for parties (a bit expensive also)
Very good place
The Manager and the under staffed team are in need of help. They cant keep an employee at each one of the station. so if you want your kids to have a turn you have to manage the station. Forget about doing the party package your guests and any one else not jumping have to be on the floor. For 90% of the time. I would advise you to make the drive to sky high sports in Valencia. I paid close $500 and by the time that I left there I felt that I should have been getting a pay check. The manager did nothing to help and told me thats what we have for staffing and went back behind the counter.
This place is ok.They have odd hours, even though I get it due to high cost of labor and maybe not being busy enough.Biggest negative for me is how SMALL it is. Been to other trampoline parks and there is plenty of space. Not much room and gets crowded with 10 people jumping in the main area.I only like going during Toddler time where only kids 6 and under are allowed. (Because this trampoline park seems to be made for that age.) I just take my 2 young kids and let them play without the bigger kids and less crowded. Its clean, nice, and new. Just on the small side and gets crowded FAST.
Expensive! Also, after 40 mins.my kids get bored. My 10years old daughter and her friend injured their foot twice. It was temporary(ankle sprains), she missed the school next day,Dr.gave some home exercises and pain killer. However, she does not like that place any more. They need to bring new alternatives for children, because kids loose their attention or interest. Instead, invest in your backyard and buy a nice trampoline with the safety net😉
Great place for birthday parties and to take the kids to wear them out. Also the kids have fun and they have a snack bar and very reasonable
Would not recommend taking your small toddlers here. 👎 Even though they have a designated area for toddlers the bigger kids just run in there and the workers do not tell them anything. They dont even have enough workers supervising over the kids. My 4 year old was literally bullied by a bigger kid here so we decided to ask for a refund only for them to tell us they dont give refunds. I dont see why the couldnt give us our money back if we didnt even stay the whole hour we paid for. This place doesnt care about the customers or for the safety of children.
This past weekend I had a birthday for my daughter there and have to say I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. There where so many things wrong about this place. When we walked in, we all felt as if we were walking into a sauna. The heat inside is just ridiculous. So hot even a kid past out from heat exhaustion and paramedics were called in. Checking in was a mess. Our party host was suppose to have a list (I email prior) of signed waivers to make check in easier. No list was ready & wasted time checking. Also only 2 of their waiver computers were working. Once checked in kids had to sit on floor to change their socks. A couple of benches there would be helpful. We got our reserved room an hour after jumping & parents had to stand around. This place is nothing like Scooters Jungle or Sky High, where Ive hosted parties before. Once in our party room, host was so overwhelmed and would at times leave for 10 minutes at a time, mind you we only had to room for 45 minutes. My husband & myself ended up having to go around serving our guests, which normally I wouldnt mind if I didnt pay for the service. The place was extremely crowed. It seemed as if they had no control over how many people they allowed in. I will never again attend much less host a party there and will never recommend anyone this place. Id rather do the drive then come here again.
Kids love it, was invited and by surprise my lil girls aunt and uncle had a lil birthday party for her. Can get pricey if picky on lil items but other than that great food, cool prices, fun place with awesome music and super great staff. My daughter loved it and everyone had a blast.
Took my son here only for a fundraiser for his school. It’s expensive but it’s for a good cause so no biggie. But the young man at the front desk was very rude. He backed as if we were bothering him. Don’t forget you are required to buy their socks! Been to a few of these places and wasn’t required to do this. Will not ever (fundraiser or not) give them my money again.
My 5 year old has a awsome time..
Great
My daughter and tts love this place is so fun for the kids I recommend you do 2 hours
The kids love coming here. especially friday nights when they have the music going
You will buy their socks, cause yo socks stank. No free refills, Why so stingy.
My kids love this place Im here like once a week ha!
Took my kids for the first time.....now they wont stop bugging me to go! The staff is helpful and nice and the location is always clean when I take my kids
Not enough to do we’ll be going to the one in Valencia.
Very clean
A place that I dont think I will come back. They supposed to have a reservation for a basketball team. They didnt. They charge me full price, then refund me, then charge my bank account. They over draft my accounts not and at the end they charge me full price. I called the location to find out what happen, they just told me that they dont keep records of it. I am very dissatisfied.
My school age daughter was hit on the face by a high school kid. Hannah the lead said he payed to be here. I didnt pay for my daughter to be assaulted by an angry regular. They knew the kid by name. I was beyond dissapointed by the safety and concern displayed by the staff.
No pole no business. However Eddie, Jessica, and Hannah were very good employees.
It was fun. A little small if youre going during a busy time. We got there early in the day so we got to check everything out. An hour was more then enough time for my two teens.
Doesnt have a baby area. Kids had fun though.
I was there with my two daughters my first born and my last born and they had a great time 25 + 11 you guys have a really awesome massage chair thanks for having me
