First time working with Challman Engineering. I just got my approved plans in LA County. Construction set to begin next month. So far so good! Bill and Elizabeth have always made sure to answer all my questions no matter how silly. Elizabeth is great and I enjoyed working with her. She always followed up, checked in on me, and walked me through the entire permitting process. I recommend 100%, especially for less experienced developers/people like myself.

Challman Engineering saved my project in the Antelope Valley. LA County inspectors were all over me and I brought in Challman, who developed excellent plans, worked with the County to get them on board, and then re-constructed my house. It turned out great and their prices were very reasonable. They went above and beyond my expectations!
