The staff are friendly, accessible, honest and efficient. Youre in and out in about a half hour, whether you are picking up or returning a vehicle. They have a good selection of vehicles. Conveniently located. My only complaint (not related to the facility): Enterprise, WHY have you doubled your rates at a time when so many people are struggling to keep their heads above water? Economy rentals went from $44 to $88, and the debit deposit went from $200 to $300. That puts a serious HURT on middle class working folks. Individual insurance policies went up, too...what are you thinking??? These rates might be the cheapest in town, but its still price-gouging. SHAME ON YOU!!!
Oof. What can I say. From start to finish hands down the worst experience of my life. Not one representative will be truthful or educate their client. Upon arrival I was SHOCKED at the information given and how it was the extreme opposite of what was stated on the phone.Do yourself a favor and pick any other location. They are very slow, repeat useless information multiple times, and tell you to just bring the deposit.Had I been more prepared the experience might have been somewhat pleasant but as not one employee could relay correct information and I called a verified numerous times with various employees.Enterprise clearly needs better training for their employees. I would be just fine seeing this location go under. I’d rather have an empty business than to let this one continue.
Really bad customer service, they charge extra fee to clean the car but they give you the car either dirty or wet. They can’t even dry the car.I got a car with really bad tabaco/ cigarette smell, I complained about it thro a manager who texted me for survey and they didn’t find who was the person who texted me to see the complain.Honestly I would’ve prefer using my second car instand of renting to save on gas.Very Disappointed from this company, easy way to make extra $100. Plus they don’t even fill up the gas tank.Jennifer gives you good customer service.

I made easy reservations on line. When I got there I had already had the easy check in, filled out. With in 24 minutes I was driving off the lot in a very nice SUV and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. Rented a very clean vehicle . Vehicle in good shape inside and outside. In the past, some Enterprise places have given me crummy cars. Damaged on the outside and dirty on the inside. Not this place. Staff helpful. I am glad I called and reserved a vehicle. I found out that I had points from previous rentals with them. So that helped with the price.
I arrive and I am told they dont have any cars available. I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance. The associate tells me he has a small 2 door compact car when I needed a mid-size, full size SUV for a family trip. A heads up about the lack of cars wouldve been appreciated. No help from the associate whatsoever.
I used to rent from enterprise without any problems. Now this office in Palmdale totally made me never want to use this service again. I reserved my car online. They gave me a 2021 Chevy Malibu. When driving off the lot, the car swerves to the right when you drive. So you have to drive with the steering wheel to the left and hold it in order for you to drive straight. So, one the next day. I am scheduled to bring the car in. On the Angeles National Forrest. The car loses power and completely stop moving. I couldn’t move. It no longer drive. So I call enterprise and tell them what’s going on. First off, I was upset. Let’s understand that. So my voice tone was upsetting. You can here it in my voice. However, that should never give them a reason to hang up on you and you are looking for help to get out of there. I had to walk a mile away from the car to get one bar. I was hung up on 13 times within a 6-8 minute time span. The roadside team continues to hang up on me. And the people at the local office didn’t help either. I had to call my wife to come get me. And the managers still haven’t called me yet to apologize or to offer any type of consultation at all. I’m completely disappointed. And this all happened last week on the 21-23 of June 2021.
I am never going rent a car from Enterprise ever. We made a reservation 3 weeks ago. My husband went there in person twice to make sure that we will have the vehicle on the reserved day. He explained that if we don’t get the car on the date we will miss our trip that will cost us 1000s of dollars.Yet just one day before our trip on a long weekend they texted saying, unfortunately they are “sold out” so they can’t give us the car. The text came after hours, we spent hours talking to customer service. Only answer we got was that we should talk to the local office. We waited and called the local office in the morning and the person picked up the phone was so rude, as I was explaining she hung up the phone on me. Her resolutions is that we get a 7 seater, but we are 8 people, how is that even a resolution!So frustrated, don’t deserve this on a long waited family vacation day. We work hard and wait for our vacation all year long. On the day these companies simply ruin it completely and we don’t even have any voice to fight them. Beyond irritated, again never ever renting a car fromenterprise.Reservation means simply a joke to them. They better say we don’t have reservations so people can at least know what will work for them.
Made price changes after quoted price. When I went to pick up the car the price increased by an extra $100. Car had strong smelled marijuana smell. The car was not cleaned out..

Booked a full size truck on 13th of july via call in.Never heard or received text confirmation. Call day of pick was told didnt have the truck i reserved..Had smaller truck. Okay will rake told service person. Came to get truck at 5pm it was gone. They had full available now. Pick up, has exhaust leak,passenger seat belt doesnt work. Have to bring back next morning and exchange for anothet truck. Good thing i wasnt leaving rown with it night beforeSo not very Happy with the service here iin thePalmdale location
I always get the best service from this company. I usually go to the Lancaster location but this location is closer to my new place. They always take care of me and I never have to worry about being ripped off.
Recently made a reservation for a Full Size rental for 3 days. Authorized a $200 deposit plus the cost, totalling almost $600... Enterprises Google Updates boast, We are open with clean, sanitized vehicles and a new low-touch rental process.Unfortunately, even with the high price tag on its rental, the car was not clean. In fact the dash which is where you need to touch, was filthy. Not dusty, grimey, sticky.. I attached pictures.Also, their low touch rental process included not providing a copy of the contract. I did not receive one by email after I left with rental, nor did I get one in person. (Would have liked to see how much gas they claimed it had..)They did offer a small discount for the car being dirty and the representative said hed take it back to clean it... So I waited.. it wasnt the outside that I had a problem with, but I hoped the interior would get a good wipe down. They presented the car to me 20 minutes later, completely drenched, and vaccumed none the less, but with the same dirty dash that I had pointed out. Pictures attached. They did include a Clorox wipe as mentioned in their Google Updates, guess I was expected to clean it my damn self.. Which I did. But for $600, I expected Full Service.Next time I will make the trip to Valencia.The cherry on top.. Drove off the lot with an almost empty tank. Pictures attached.

I needed a rental car to drive while mine was in the shop. Enterprise made the whole process extremely easy. I made my appointment with the body shop, including the rental car request. Shortly after I arrived at the body shop to drop off my car, the Enterprise rep arrived with my rental. Smooth as silk. The return process was equally seamless. My only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the car smelled like cigarette smoke. I didnt think to ask for a non-smoking car, nor was that offered as an option. Other than that, my experience with Enterprise was perfect.
If i could give zero stars i would but cant i called made a reservation was told i would only need my dl and form of payment never was told i needed a utility bill untill i got to the location wasted my time should really change policy any form of proof be valid never going there again

It was a great experience and extremely efficient. I feel like they are the Chick-fil-A of Enterprise. I got there and gave them my reservation. I waited a few moments and someone helped me get the car and then I drove away. I came back to return my vehicle and it was like a pit crew in there. It was fairly busy but by the time I backed the car into the spot someone was coming over to check out the vehicle. As soon as the car was turned in they offered me a ride back to my hotel.
Poor customer service. Did not receive my deposit back. It disappointing that this is how they make their money. I have convinced friends and family to use alternative companies and they have shared better experiences. I would never rent from here again.
The SUV was okay but it was:1. Different from what I specifically reserved2. Unavailability of vehicle despite reservation weeks in advance. The agent insisted that they did not have our request available so he offered the one we used.3. Car smelled so bad of marijuana that 3 Meguiars deodorizers and 3 car fresheners did not work. Very disappointed with this one4. Bad tire tread depth - this was reported before car left Enterprise but agent said this is okay. Our tires slid multiple times during the trip on road. Still thankful that we got home safely.It was a dangerous car to drive

Renting the vehicle was easy and quick once I got to the front of the line. I was upgraded due to lack of the size SUV I had reserved; the upgrade was a pleasant surprise. My rental was to be returned the following day by noon (they close at noon on Saturday) and I realized I was not going to be able to return it on time. I tried extending the reservation on the Enterprise app and was told to call Enterprise. Called the 800# and listened to the recording; call the local office. At 11:11am I called the local office and was on hold until 12:15pm when I gave up. My reservation was not extended officially because no one answered the phone, either at their national headquarters or at the local office. When I mentioned this upon return on Monday, I was told the computer just automatically extends the rental. No awareness that a customer was on hold for over an hour. Returning the vehicle was very quick and efficient. I will rent from Enterprise again but I certainly wont attempt to reach them on the phone - and what good is the app if you cant extend your reservation????

Never had a bad experience with Enterprise in Palmdale. Even when they are ridiculously busy they are always friendly and get the job done. Cars are always in good shape too. Not perfect vacuuming and I would say not great at being sanitized for COVID-19 but they are always clean enough. The location is further for me to drive but I’d use the Palmdale one over Lancaster any day.
I have many issues to complain about this rental car company. But that will take a book size if I start to tell. So, to make my story short, I urge Enterprise to refund me the charges you collected from me unlawfully as soon as possible.Nobody has ever attempted to solve my issue until now. Unfortunately, thats another issue that I have to add to my complaint.And surely, I will not use your services until my problem is resolved.

I never have a complaint with Ennterprise they always go out of the way to make my rental painless. The reward program actually has been useful and. I have. Earned several free rental days that are easy to redeem. They are my first choice in renting a car.
Didnt care for the insensitivity and short answers of the gentleman at the podium. Completely ruined my experience. They should be more careful with training the first person people come into contact with. People who have had a car accident wont do well with a funky attitude
My wife had made reservations for a suburban to be picked up, the next morning they called us and told us they cannot help us with getting a vehicle and said that that Lancaster office had a good amount of vehicles that wed be able to pick up and they could accommodate for us. Lancaster office was never contacted about helping us. I then called the Palmdale Asking why we were tossed to the side and not help. This office tried to give me a smaller vehicle that will not fit my family and luggage for a 7 hrs drive. They were rude and did not care for the customer what so ever I do not recommend this office to anybody. There a bunch of incompetent employees Who dont care about the customer in the end.
Everything went smooth from pick-up to drop off. I was satisfied with all empllyees at the location in Palmdale.

Everything went fine until it came to my $200 deposit... I was told I would get my deposit back and it’s been over a month and I still have not received my deposit refund back smh
The ride was great. Car was issued dirty, check engine light-return to dealer for service, window wash level low warning, mirror adjust control was pushed down into the door-unusable, and low tire pressure light kept coming on even though the pressures were good.
I rent from enterprise every year and I’m never disappointed! Always happy with all my rentals, this time I really enjoyed the truck I got.. super comfy and lots of leg room for the kids! The Ford F 150 was my favorite car rental..
I started off with the Lancaster branch but they still lack customer service. Then I try the Palmdale branch and they were the best in everything. Answering my question, understanding my situations to get the best vehicle for my request and the communication is fantastic. I am not just saying this to promote them but it is the truth during the days I had been with them. This is my opinion and experience with this company. Hope they can continue the great work with many other customers and have other branches (like Lancaster) follow their example.
We booked a convertible car a few days ago and yesterday right before closing they called us to say that they don’t have convertible cars at this location. They had lots of time to call us about this so that we would have more time to find another one since we wanted the car Saturday morning (this was Friday evening). We had to start calling other locations at 9am when they open most rental places and all places so far is either closed or already out of cars. This really ruined our weekend that we had look forward to. First time we got a babysitter, rented a hotel and was looking forward to rent a fun convertible car instead of our suv. Would not book with this place again!

This is a novel, about Sylvia Gamarra & Isaiah Blueford, two people that this location has, that are trully good at their job.We had trouble with our rental while on the highway enroute from L.A. to Az. We found this location, called ahead & limped in.Sylvia worked diligently @ getting us back into another rental so we could be back on our way, but what went on with Mr. Blueford gives me hope for customer service in America. He happened to encounter a disgruntled man, who, wasnt even the one renting the vehicle, an all out agitator. Mr. Blueford handle this guys agitation with pure courtesy, long story short, he quelled this guy with courteous actions & responses, even opened & held building door for him when they went out to rental, helped close his door as he got in on the passenger side! When Mr. Blueford came back in, I had to tell him so & shake that Mans hand! Good job you two!LAX could really use your training & attitudes!
This place is inconsiderate, rude and sneaky! As we drove off with a Toyota RAV it had expired TAGS! They didn’t clean the exterior nor the interior, the interior was full of dust particles carpets were dirty and blood stains on the top interior.Did they forget we’re in a PANDEMIC!Due to this vehicle being dirty on the exterior we didn’t notice the windshield was chipped until after we drove off and we cleaned the windshields with the wipers.The TAGS showed JUN 2020 and license plates WASHINGTON aren’t we in JULY?We only took the vehicle because it was the only upgrade MATT stated was available. After arriving home my family suggested I call Enterprise. This location did not answer their phones, so I called the main customer service line. I spoke with a representative that also was unsuccessful reaching them through the phone. The representative instructed me to drive back to the Location and request the vehicle to be switched out, the representative herself stated they should of never given us a vehicle with EXPIRED TAGS!After taking the vehicle back I Notice all the customers that were getting into their rentals the cars had just been washed. I than pointed out to Matt if all these cars are washed why wasn’t ours why did you give me and my family a dirty vehicle in the condition you did.He stated the TAGS are ok. After all he has the audacity to deny that the TAGS ARE not expired and than states oh it was my bad I didn’t have them clean your vehicle, and I’ll try check to see if we have anything else if not you have to take the downgrade.Really MATT! Can someone please tell me if TAGS show JUN 2020 they are not considered expired and you won’t be pulled over, that’s probable cause to pull you over! What is wrong with this representative?After doing a research of my own about enterprise I notice on their WEBSITE it shows they have a PLEDGE to have clean cars and sanitized and all touch points taken care of. If they have a pledge why did I use my products to clean the interior for the sake of mine and my families health?Enterprise don’t promise a pledge to only get business, have your representatives that represent the company follow this pledge for not only your customers sake but our countries sake, and this is why the spread continues!YOU don’t follow your own pledge of having your vehicles sanitized for the next customer very disappointing and false advertisement!!!!!!!!!!Yes, Matt eventually switched out our vehicle to a ROUGE NISSAN WHICH HAD BEEN THERE WHEN WE ARRIVED earlier in the day, why couldn’t you save us BOTH the trouble and inconvenience?Thanks for the switch out but this inconvenience delayed our entire trip! I didn’t drive off their property until almost NOON! And my vehicle is not yet packed!Be careful when renting from them folks!CHECK EVERYTHING!

Especially Kiara! She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the rental and help out however she could the whole time.
Convenient place for your rental. Pricing is very competitive with nearby competition. Every time you get a rental, one of the managers calls you after a few hours to ensure that youre satisfied with the rental. All associates are very friendly and helpful. They also try to upgrade your rental if they have the inventory available.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff at the Palmdale location.I have been here several times and the staff is friendly, but incredibly busy. Im not sure if it is under-staffing or poor organization, but there is a sense of stress in the office that could be alleviated by designating a receptionist to answer phones, so front desk staff doesnt have to. When I have called, sometimes the phone isnt answered other times I have been put on hold for a long time. I appreciate that the front desk staff deals with the person in the location first, as it should.The vehicles I have rented have been clean, comfortable, and available as requested. The Courtesy Drivers have been pleasant and friendly.The Enterprise App is easy to use and informative.

Took me more than an hour to get the car.. I loved this location but looks like the un organized lately. I know its hard with corona and stuff, but if every morning is so busy, maybe they need to start a little early so they can get ready...
Sarah Vallejo provided excellent service. We arrived in our Honda Fit. My wife and I were on our way to Telesis to have body work done on it. Sarah had a Chevrolet Suburban available, but before renting it to us she asked if wed like to wait for a smaller vehicle because she noticed that we were used to driving a compact car. I thought that was nice of her to think of our comfort.All of my experiences have been wonderful with your staff. Sometimes theres a long wait time, but thats because there are too many people waiting for a vehicle; not the fault of the staff. One time there was a power outage in the Lancaster, California office which caused disruption. Again, not the staffs fault. Your staff empathized with our situation and assured us that we were not forgotten.Keep it up!

We rented a full size truck for a camping trip. The staff was friendly and the process was quick and easy. The biggest downfall was that the trucks gas tank was practically empty and the truck was dirty. It would have been nice to pick up a clean truck full of gas, ready to go, for our vacation. Instead we had to go straight to the gas station (not included in our time frame to get out of town) and go home and wash it before we even started to pack it up. Considering its a rented vehicle, I didnt feel my husband should have had to do that but it was necessary. Its also easier to return the vehicle with a full tank instead of trying to play the game of how much gas do I need to put in someone elses truck so that Im not charged extra. Seems like a clever game on Enterprises part. So they got extra gas from us too. Overall the experience was ok and the truck drove good.

When I used to travel for work, Enterprise was always my go to. I recently had to use their services again while my car was in the shop and had a great experience yet again. The new location is nice and spacious and no other traffic from nearby businesses like their old location.Team here is fast and professional. If possible try to go when its not so busy. I went in on a Tuesday around noon and was helped right away.
The process was simple and easy. I was greeted as I entered the office and treated special during the entire process. I was called by name numerous times after I gave it to them. They set me up in a rental and went through the process quickly to be sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the vehicle they found for me.Kameelah was amazing. She was so personable and made me feel more like a friend than a customer.

First of all I tried to reserve a car for Friday in Lancaster ca. they told me that both locations are completely out of cars thats Palmdale and Lancasters I made a reservation for the Palmdale location to be picked up on Saturday morning had a few issues called the guy about three or four times explain to him my position not only did he leave out important details but he also thru his sister location in Lancaster under the bus, so I asked for all details needed to rent a car and its been about eight years since Ive rented a car last time I rented a car you could still use cash,so the guy told me i would need a debit card and so I went and got a debit card loaded the card came to Enterprise and they rejected me and told me they couldnt rent to me, they insulted me told me that my card could be stolen it could be anybodys and did not help me I arrange for a ride to get to this location I live about 25 miles away Im dropped off and Im currently stranded and stuck untilI can get a ride here because of what they told me to do, if a person is getting a bank card for the first time the name wont be on the card didnt explain any of these stipulations to me beforehand I would have not wasting my time and money I spent money on getting the card and loading it and Im losing money because it cost money to put it on and to take money off they had me stuck and stranded outside in the heat and its at least 90 something degrees for hours Ive been really let down I have family that lives on the east coast and theyre here on the West and theyre 4 hours away and I was unable to secure the ride which they told me I was going to be able to, its been over 12 years since Ive seen my family Im really hurt and let down my uncle had sergoury and alot of the family gathered to show support but Ill miss out bcuz a potential humble loyal customer wasnt treated fairly, I would have been happy to return my business when my card comes in mail with my name since thats the only small detail they didnt mention till I was there I feel epically failed a d I am not short on the payment 😩😭😵
I rented a car while mine was in the shop. I used my debit card because it was only for over night. I was told they would take a $200 deposit and refund it once the car was returned. No problem right...no I return the car and they proceed to not refund my deposit, but take and additional $200 from my account. I spoke with them and the young lady at the counter was really condescending and somewhat rude, explaining to me as if I were a child that it will take several business days for my money to be refunded. Well it would not be an issue if they had not screwed up in the first place. Oh, and did I mention she never apologized for the mistake. I have been renting with Enterprise for years...I will not be renting from them again. In fact I will pay extra not to rent from them. Customer service is a goal for them, not a policy.
So I want to start by saying I loved my renting experience! My brother was in town from the military and I wanted to rent something nice while he was here. I went in to rent and came out with a 2018 Corvette Stingray!:) The staff was kind and courteous and very quick with getting me in my rental. Worse service ever, dirty cars, I took pictures proof and had to put air in the tires myself. Worst customer service ever. Worst Office Manager EVER - Brian, is rude and lies, he charged my credit card with out my authorization. Had many conversations with him and he was NO HELP.

Friendly people. However, car was not ready when I arrived. Had husbands flight not been delayed, he along with our 2 year old grandson would have been waiting for me to get there. Did receive a larger vehicle because the one requested not available at no extra charge. I do not have vehicles with all the bells and whistles, so having some instruction would have been nice. Although, the overall experience was expensive, but good. Not sure I needed all the insurance I paid for, but never know what is lurking out there.

I had called the location one week prior to my reservation to confirm that I would be able to use my debit card as a form of payment and I was told if I brought proof of income, and a utility bill in my name that it would be fine. The day I went to pick up my vehicle, the woman who helped me was EXTREMELY RUDE and unaccommodating. I had to get a relative of mine to come by and provide THEIR credit card in order to rent the car. I had originally made my reservation online at least 6 months prior to me picking it up. I was told that there would be a long wait because they were waiting on customers to bring back more cars. Whats the point of having a reservation then???? I was at that particular Enterprise location for over 2 HOURS!!! I never once got any sort of an apology from the woman who ATTEMPTED to help me. That is FAR from good customer service as far as Im concerned. I was relying on them to get me into a vehicle and get me out fairly quickly as I had a family vacation that I needed to leave for. The womans name who provided extremely poor customer service was LAKEISHA. I do not recommend going to Enterprise to rent a vehicle.
About 5 weeks ago, I made two reservations online for two full size rentals. When we got there, the girl took our information. She didnt bother to tell us right away that they had no cars. When she did, she said it would about a 30 minute wait. We decided to wait, since it was only 30 minutes. Surprise, surprise 30 minutes came and went and no cars. More people started coming in while we were waiting and different staff was helping them. Then we started hearing them say it would be about 45 minutes to an hour wait time, the cars are on the way here. The staff didnt have any answers when people started asking what was going on. They were very dismissive. This was our first time renting cars and we didnt that making a reservation meant it only guaranteed you the price, and it didnt actually guarantee you a car. When the cars finally showed up, there werent even enough cars for everyone that was waiting. They had also messed up and only put my name down on their list, even though we had a reservation under my dads name, too. Same last name, but the lady who wrote my name on the list didnt realize we had both checked in and given our information. A couple cars were returned while we waited and they tried giving us compact cars, even though we had requested and were paying for full size cars. We declined them and they were given to other people, without being cleaned. Finally the cars showed up. There was a woman who showed up after we did but because she caused a scene and was being rude she got a car before anyone else. They didnt even look at her place on the list, just gave her a car. We got there around 11:30am and didnt leave until around 2pm. It was such a bad experience, specially the customer service that I will never use this location again. I may never even use this company again. The staff needs to be better trained on what customer service is and to not lie to paying customers.
James and Danielle are the best. They took care of me any way they could. Just like always been using them since they were at old location. They made sure I was put into a vehicle that matched my preference and budget. Even washed and full tanked vehicle to make sure I was good to go on my trip. Amazing service my go to place for all my rental needs. Whether it be a personal rent or insurance. they take care of you
Tim and Isaiah were GREAT!!! Their customer service is amazing. Theyre very welcoming and help cut the stress of renting a car. Especially since our car is messing up and we had a horrible morning. Luckily these two made our day THANK YOU ISAIAH AND TIM ! YOURE AMAZING PEOPLE AND EMPLOYEES

I needed a car for a road trip and this was my first time renting a car. The people that helped me were friendly and the service was pretty fast. The only issue I had was waiting 2 hours to get my rental car - my appointment time was at 12pm. It turns out they didnt have the car I reserved and they were waiting for their next shipment of vehicles. I recommend calling in first to see if your car is available before showing up.But once they had my car, the service was a breeze. They also gave me a free upgrade since they didnt have the car I wanted so that was a nice surprise. The car was clean and there was no issues with it. Ill most likely rent a car from them for the next road trip I go on.
I think the people who work at the Enterprise office at 445 Palmdale Blvd are awesome group of people! I rent from them frequently, I sometimes forget that Im not Bank of America, and eventually return the car/truck. My aunt who loves the way this office service me, want to thank all of you for your dedicated service to the community. The rental experience is always pleasant, the agents are friendly, and even the guy who picks up, and drop off customers like myself add to the awesome experience I receive at Enterprise 445.
