Today my son had his first hair cut at the best barbers shop here in palmdale and he wasnt a happy camper he was cranky because he missed his nap and he really gave them a fight and they were so helpful and even though my son was giving them a hard time they really showed that they cared and did an amazing job. They were very sweet and kind and didnt make me or my son feel unwanted for his screaming I highly recommend this barber shop! the best one Ive been to thank you guys so much for making his first hair cut the best it could be this place was clean and the people were amazing will be going back

I had taken my son to another Barber shop which I should not have and they completely messed his hair up! However I let a few weeks pass and the fellas at BB’s hooked my baby up fixed his bad cut had him looking all fresh and spiffy! Thanks Fellas I appreciate y’all!!

I walked in at 6:08pm on a Thursday evening. Not really paying attention we walked in with my teen not noticing the times on the door. There were a couple of people in chairs getting their hair cut and like 2 people waiting. The sweet young girl second chair from the right says, sorry, we are closed. So annoyed me my first reaction was it only 6pm, some people get off work at 5pm, why do you close early? So i said, wow, you guys close early then proceeded to walk out since they are obviously closed. As i drove away, i began to think of the situation. I personally think closing at 6pm is too early, maybe 7pm would be a better time to close to be considerate those who get off later. Two, if you are closed why are your doors open for the public to come in still. Ive managed a salon before and if we close at a certain time then i always told my employees to lock the doors. This prevents anyone to walk in. But i also told my employees if you dont lock the door by mistake and someone walks in, it is your responsibility to attend the customer because the customer is always right. The fact that they turned away my business just rubbed me the wrong way. I am a mom of five, always on the go and just felt like the lack of consideration was unappreciative. So Sports Clips is where we went too, they close at 8pm Mon- Friday and Saturday amd Sunday 6pm.

One of the girls cut my hair and I asked for it to be cut a little bit and she basically cuts my whole hair out HORRIBLE

I used to go there for 1 barber because the other ones messed up my hair badly. But today I desperately needed a quick cut and I called them 30 minutes before they closed asking if they are still taking people because I understand wanting to close and go home. She said yes we close at 6 you can come and I went not even 10 minutes later and they had the door locked and ignored me.

The name says it all, its the best there is around. The environment is very family friendly, very welcoming and comfortable. Never a complaint when I go in to get my haircut and friends that I have taken in are also always satisfied. Nelson is my go to barber but they are all very good at what they do. I strongly advise anyone who has not gone in to check it out. You wont be let down!

I took my dad there yesterday to have a haircut. He was directed to go have it done by the girl with tattoos on her arms. I showed her a picture of how my dad would like the style and I put my trust on her. The very first moved she did was got the electric trimmer and cut his hair from the bottom to 5 inc up. I was in shock from that first moved she did. From there on I couldn’t sit still waiting for it to be done. She didn’t do a good job even trim the sides neatly. She might be able to concentrate if she didn’t talk too much with her co worker. Me and my dad are so disappointed by the outcome. Will never come back again. P.s. I got pictures of the finished haircut. Would like to share it but I see no option to attached it.

I enjoy this barbershop. Can rely on most to give you a good cut. Really like how the use razors.They sometimes have new people in. Most, are too new and wont give you what is expected. But many of chairs are people who will take good care of you and have been there awhile. Tip for anyone new, ask for a razor finish. If they say they dont do that, you may end up noticing your hair is uneven after you wash out all the hair gel they try to cover it up with. BUT that is rare but want to make sure others know.

Sorry, some of the barbers there make a good job but some completely not:Why is it so hard to understand that No undercut, smooth transition from top to sides, blend please means there should be NO EDGE in my hair! Especially not from the top hair to the sides!Happened now 3 times, done with them.

I like this barber. An old friend works here, Richard Valdivia. Hes an amazing barber and great person. Ask him to cut your hair if you can. If not, theres a young lady who works here too. Shes very sweet and very nice. Cant remember her name though but I think shes the only girl. She is very communicative and will cut it exactly the way you want it to be cut.

Everyone highlights their own shop but this place is legit. Management keeps the place really nice. The workers know their stuff. Personally I make sure theres two professions I always go to a dude for: barber and tailor. I recommend Jesse, Ponce, Nelly and Alex. They put a lot of effort to get the details right. It does get very crowded though.

It was a very clean and casual barbershop. They did a fantastic job and Id recommend this place to any boy or man that wants a real clean cut for a fair price. I just wished I lived here so they could be my regular Barber.

My 4 yr old and i go here. I get a razor fade. He gets a med fade with 2 finger up top. The service I get is amazing and since I have found this spot, we have gone no where else. You really cant beat the price for the service you get.

The guy I got had an arrogant attitude, and kinda rude. He had no idea of customer service rushing through my cut, or stoping to say something to coworkers. Asked for scissors on top and dude goes over the top of my head with the clipper machine and a comb in a lazy way. Only for him to snatch the money from my hand and not say anything. Wouldnt recommend this place, especially while that barber is there dude is a d**k

They do a great job taking care of the hair cut you want great customer service a professional place.

As a daughter of a barber ( who has been a barber for about 50 yrs) I took my grandson and nephew for the 1st time to this shop...Amazing!!! Old school and New s hook fused together. Customer service is on point. I highly recommend this as a must stop for a great cut and a warm welcome too.

Nice place overall but I personally like to keep my hair longer than most guys and some of the staff is really quick to grab the clippers cut as much hair as they can and do it fast, instead of taking the time to find a style that goes with what you want.

Went in with only an idea of how I wanted to cut my hair. I had been growing out the top but decided it was time for a change. The guy was unsure how to deliver but in the end he gave something I wasnt looking for which so happened to be exactly what I needed. My friends and family love the change and so do I :)

At 8:30 am every stylist was present. The place appeared quite busy but I was immediately seated and those coming in didnt wait long. The barber spend allot of time on the little details and the prices were lower than expected. Only detracting thing is being cash only.

Cant complain, a lot of young talented barbers, sometimes a wait but nothing too crazy.

I started taking my son here and loved it! Until last night there was a girl barber that was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She kept making rude comments and talking about my son and 3 other clients who were all waiting for the same barber as if we were not sitting right there. Made us feel so uncomfortable to the point that I had to grab my son and walk out after waiting over an hour I just could not take one more comment from her. As a buisness owner I would like to know how emplyees treat costumers when im not around so this is the only reason im writing a review. She is bad for buisness the only way I would consider going back is if I knew she would not be there.

We were charged $20 for a childs hair cut. I think thats a ridiculous price for a child. Plus they have no diversity in this shop.
