Went to Ramons a few months back and I forgot to leave a review. I would definitely recommend his services. My Chevy Silverado had a message on dash reading, engine hot a/c turned off. He fixed my truck in no time. And the price was excellent. So thankful I found such a good honest mechanic.

I was recommended here by a coworker who once use to work at this shop. Explained to Ramon that i was hearing noises from my driver side. It was almost closing time on a Thursday evening, so he told me to show up the next day during his workhours and would diagnose the problem. I was trying to leave with an estimate, but he was very professional in telling me it is better to diagnose because it maybe something very minor.Sure enough Friday morning we went to drive my car to figure out the problem...Ramon took his time listening, and asking me key questions. Once we got back to the shop, he lifted the hood, and i had a worn hole on the strut mount. He ordered the part, told me he would call me once the part arrived. He completed the job in decent time, and allowed me to drive the car to approve the work. I was very happy, no more knocking sounds.I will be using this shop moving forward. Another shop tried to charge me over a grand, and said i needed both struts replaced. I always found that to be a bit fishy. Always good to know there is still honest people like ramon out there.

We were driving back from Sequoia National Forest when several warning lights popped up on the dash. It was Sunday evening so no one was open, so we stayed the night in Palmdale and called Ramon first thing in the morning. He made time for us to come in this morning and helped us promptly. He was amazing and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Ramon for helping us get home!

Ramon was so professional and courtesy from the initial phone contact . We’re so glad we found his shop. He works quickly, his prices are reasonable and he was just so welcoming. If I lived closer I would certainly make him my permanent mechanic. Just a great mechanic shop!

Ramons Auto Repair was awesome. I spoke with Ramon over the phone prior to going there he advised me of the cost for my service and I went there and there was something else wrong with the vehicle other than what I had initially told him. He found the issue he repaired it with cost he was fair he was knowledgeable he showed me everything made me feel extremely comfortable with understanding exactly what was wrong with my vehicle that had been diagnosed by another mechanic who gave me price ranges that was out of this world. Ramon is a wonderful honest person hes generous he was kind and I couldnt be happier. I dont live in this area I live in Los Angeles however if and when I need car service I will travel here just to take my car to Ramons Auto Repair.

Seriously? the best shop ever! Ramon and his staff are super honest. I drive a 1987 Toyota Camry and I drive from the San Fernando Valley to have my car taken care of here, my car runs super smooth and though its so old and with lots of miles its still going. Thanks to Ramon and his staff hard work. Thank you guys!

When you find an honest mechanic, who is also extremely good, and fast, and reasonably priced... You dont go anywhere else.

To the customer above... this is not the standard for Ramons Automotive. He has been in business for over 12 years and this is NOT the way he does business. If a client is unhappy and the client comes back, then the issue is ALWAYS resolved. He does no advertising and every customer is earned through word of mouth. Maybe the person above is one of those clients who brings in a car for an oil change and immedietly brings it back complaining that now the brakes are squeaking. If you really have a problem then bring it back and Ramon WILL take care of it.If the problem is you then stop bashing a good business. SORRY BUT IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. YOU DIDNT PAY FOR THE SMOG (THAT YOUR CAR FAILED) OR THE SMOG CHECK (WHICH WASNT COMPLETED BECAUSE YOU WERE IMPATIENT AND WOULD WAIT)
