Had a dead car battery, got a jump and drove to the Palm Springs AutoZone today. John L greeted me at the counter, came out and checked the battery, cell was dead. Went back inside he brought up the options for a new battery. I picked one, paid and John L came out and replaced it in about 10 minutes. I could not have asked for better customer service. John L is a credit to this location, I see the owner has responded to other reviews, so please recoginze John L. He is knowledgable, polite, and would be a pleasure to deal with in the future!

Realy bad service, I arrived 5 minutes before 9 and they closed the door in front of me and ignore me all the time, they were talking on the cellphone and didn’t answered when I knocked the door, they turned their back on me

Came to AutoZone because my battery was acting up and JOHN was of great help, he checked my batter health and suggested I get a new one right away since mine was almost dead. He promptly found me a new battery along with new windshield wipers and installed both in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming back for any of my car troubles as I’m completely lost when it comes to cars.

I just believe employees working in this business should be able to speak English somewhat and understand the language. If they dont then another employee should assist English speakers and that employee help only people to which he can fully communicate with. Employees should also know the merchandisee that the store carries. I like auto zone but will go to a different store the next time.

They were really amazing, best service ever, very nice staff member and very helpful, my iPhone didn’t have any charge by the time I reached the store and I had all the information for the parts that I needed there, and all of the staff members mainly ED was really nice and helpful that found an iPhone charger then I didn’t have to come back home, I gave them 5 starts because it was the maximum, but they really deserve 100 starts, they go beyond the excellent service!!!!

I went to Autozone in Palm Springs, for a battery issue. Tito assisted us very promptly. He was very nice, helpful, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He made the experience an easy and hassle free. He checked the battery and explained in full details what the issue was and his recommendation. I certainly recommend this location and Tito! Plus he speaks spanish, which is a plus because my mom could speak to him as well.
