I agree with the other reviews, they could be more professional when answering phone. They are Small shop. I had battery replaced, my phone was still showing bad battery. I went back the next day. The gentleman took it apart, swapped out the battery again. No problem. Seems hard working and honest.

Said they would fix my phone same day but took them 3 days and didnt even bother to communicate what was going on, had to be the one calling them to know what was going on. Also I believe they lied about some things because like twice I heard them contradict themselves about something they told me at first then said something else, its probably on purpose to make money. Not a good customer service.

So rude instead of saying can i help you he said WHAT! then I had to wait 1 hr to get my screen replaced because he was busy talk about his person life with someone.Never go there again.

Excellent experience. They were very professional and quick. My phone was hard bricked and I dont how but they fixed it. Also replaced my wifes ipads screen in very short time. Good prices. Better than other stores. They speak spanish, english and portuguese. It couldnt be better.

I called ahead to check for UPS pick up, the man told me I had until 7pm. I drop off by 7pm on a Friday night, Dec 8th, and the envelope did not get picked up until the 13th!!!!! A half-ass operation that I should of listened to my instinct when I walked in and saw staff seeming to be unprofessional. Do NOT trust this place with your UPS shipping!!!!

Clean store,as well as as the bathroom. Has snacks, hotdogs, donuts....and gas.

I went there so they could fix my phone and when they fixed it the front camera was still broken and there was a line going through it smh and they still charged me 50 dollars

The worst service ever they replace your phone with other phone parts they end up messing the whole phone system and then they want you to pay again for what they did I wouldnt go to this place ever ..... so not happy with them they scam people if your phone is broken find some other place to go to .
