I need a rental for about 5-6 months. When we arrived at the residence. It is lovely except... no linens, no towels, no dresser drawers in MBR, no brooms, no mops. When I asked about these things, I was told to go buy them at my expense. The agent didnt let us know we would have to do so. Now we are spending a few hundred dollars to furnish the rental. I have to buy towels and linens. I HAVE TO BUY A CHEST OF DRAWERS. PMI was NO HELP.The excuse is, long term rentals dont provide these things.

Very sneaky business. They will tell you anything but their contract reads much different? ! Theyll get you $$$$ for everything. Youll end up paying 15% for annual leases plus fake maintenance fees and charges.This is a real review and I have nothing to gain or lose by this review
