Complete disappointment...I purchased a pair of diabetic shoes in November for my father. We private paid to avoid the lengthy time with insurance. We were told it was going to be 3 weeks which is a long time, however it would be ok since we would get them in time for Christmas. We were told we would be notified once they came in. Since no one bothered to call, I reached out to them to follow up on our order and was told they would not be ready for another week or so making it 5 weeks before we got them past Christmas day.

Six weeks ago I went in to have a race made for my ankle. Person helping me said they would rush the order so I would get it in maybe 3 weeks. I called today, and they said they just got it and it had to be shipped to my location. In the mean time my injury is getting worse. Who pays for that?

It took about almost two months to get my daughters shoes...kept calling and they would say they were in palm springs post office so i finally got a hold of the supervisor thanks to Norma becasue some other lady that would answer the phone kept telling me they were pending at the post office and she wasnt any help at all i dont remember her name but she was no help... the supervisor and norma were very helpful though..

I purchased the medical shoes. Afer I paid I put it on and tried to walk,but it didnt support my foot. I told them that I cant walk with. It was only for a couple of minutes after the purchase. They were not happy !!! So they charged me $3 for return it . It was very unkind and unpleasant experience.

They called to say I was approved for a wrist brace 4 days ago but didnt know for which wrist it was. Try calling them, and you will spell your address several times to mail it, but they still dont get it! Seven calls and they finally got the address, but I still have not received the brace.
