My dry cleaner uses these guys to do his leather cleaning. They destroyed a jacket that I had cleaned twice before without issue, then blamed it on a manufacturers defect and suggested I return the jacket. It was obvious from the state of the jacket they were careless, and paid no attention to detail. Stay away from these people. Thankfully my dry cleaner replaced the jacket at his cost.
