This place is efficient. Much quicker than Home Depot. The prices are a little higher though

Took 4 months for my kitchen countertop to be installed and never finished the job.Eventhou it was thru a 3 party contractor they refered.

Helpful staff who actually greet you and ask if they can help. Great selection and the shelves are stocked well. If the app tells you they have something, chances are pretty good that youll find it on the shelf. If its not there, abundant staff will help you find it.

I went to the garden center to get plants for my hummingbird and butterfly garden. There were lots of beautiful plants to choose from.

I clearly had an item that was priced 5 for 10.48. The lazy staff upfront refused to walk to check the tag. I know good help is hard to find but when you have 3 employees trying to price check what clearly wasn’t in the system and refuse to walk to check the tag the store clearly in not competent! I will NEVER go to Palm Springs Lowe’s again!!! If I could give less stars I would! Tried to call the store and that was a joke!!

This Employee named Delia is Rude and No Nothing About Customer Service. I’m a Senior Citizen and have been shopping here for more than 20 years for my Business and Personal Use. I Went there last week to buy a Smoke Alarm, So I asked her on what Isle is the Item, Not only she Greeted me with an Attitude and Also She Sent me to the Wrong Isle Twice and then when I went back and Told her that she Sent me to the wrong Isle Twice She Sarcastically answered back with her Alibi. The Management needs to Retrain this kind of Employee so that they can Learn how to treat Customers with Respect Specially the Elders.

LOWES IS A SCAM!!! They will return nothing - even with the receipt! Nonexistant and, when you actually find them, totally incompetent and rude staff. THE WORST - GO TO HOME DEPOT ACROSS THE STREET INSTEAD!

I didnt give a 5 star because the store was busy, lack of employees, customer service desk had carts every where. I will say, every employee i talked with was happy, personable, and helped me with my questions. I bought an item that scanned the wrong price. It was a $25 difference. However, again, they took care of me. I work retail. I get it. Thank you Lowes

The minute you walk in the door you cant find anyone to give directions to what and where to find it. When you ask someone that you think works there,they give you an attitude like I am a bother to them and they do not smile and seems like they hate what there doing. It is so bad and depressing to find anything there.I was looking for furnace filters as an example,two men were pushing a tall step rolling ladder and almost hit me in the aisle until he spotted me and said to me could you get out of the way!Hello, After that I walked out and made my purchase at Home Depot! They need associates who enjoy there jobs and want to work there and be more accommodating and friendly. I AM THE CONSUMER WHO GIVES YOU YOUR PAYCHECK AND KEEPS YOUR DOORS OPEN!!!!!

Compared to Home Depot, better sales people, better prices, better inventory. Everyone will have their own experiences and opinions about both but Lowes has free wifi if you need to consult online sources in-store like I do. Yes I have 10 thumbs and defective DIY neurons. Lowes patient workers have saved me time and money.

As always, shopping at Lowes in Palm Springs is a joy. The merchandise is displayed logically so items are easy to find. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Perhaps the best thing about Lowes is the can do attitude that is the norm when you approach an associate. I prefer it in a big way compared to Home Depot.

Helpful staff, found just what I need. I was able to get in and out in minutes.

Just recently started shopping there, at least they know what they are doing as opposed to the H depot.

Employees are the worst and apparently they dont get paid well enough to truly care about the customers. Morale is nonexistent.

Ive always found this Lowes to be a pleasant experience, mostly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The biggest problem is actually finding someone available to assist you. Often no one is in the specific department when you need them or theyre helping another customer and that usually takes forever; and theres no one else around. So you have to wait. And wait. And wait. I dont think thats necessarily unique to this store. I suspect its the same at other Lowes stores, Home Depot or just about any of the big box stores. If they could rectify this issue, theyd get five stars instead of three.

Was in looking for waking machine. The woman in the department was not helpfull at all. She was very chatty with her co worker but when I asked her a question she just answered me l dont know, and didnt make an effort of finding out. This is not just the first time it happened to me

My aunt ordered a dish washer online, and submitted for the order to be picked up because we dont have a Lowes In our town. So she sent my husband and I to go down and pick it up. Upon arrival, the store allowed us to pick up 2 of the items that she ordered but when it came to the dishwasher. They would not allow us to pick it up. My aunt being disabled called the store and explained she was unable to be present to pick it up, so the store charged her card then still wouldnt allow us to pick up the item. After over an hour of arguing with the store they left without the dish washer. This store is outrageous.

They have a good products in a responsible price but the staff are very rude I will not say all of them I’m sure there’s nice people there but my experience was two of them were so rude responding to your questions with disrespect it’s like you’re begging them.. NO you should know the customers are paying money and that’s good for you and your store

Well I went in I need something for a pool table Im restoring but Im not quite sure what it was or what it is I went to the paint department and I show the man this picture. I had told him that it was a pool table I was restoring and I needed whatever that would black stuff on top was cuz I want to restore it that it was wood underneath but I need something to make it real slick on top and smooth and I sure I even told him twice it was a for a full table he still thought I was talking about the floor I dont think he was listening very well. But other than that everything great.

Lowes always has great merchandise and products but for some reason they always seem short staff the announcement that goes over the whole store all the time asking for help its really annoying cross-train employees get her done I feel like the staff the short-handed Im here to purchase not to work.

Everyone is friendly if you approach them. Wasnt really approached if I needed help even though I was walking through aisle after aisle my head up and twisted and turning looking like a meerkat. I just wanted a door latch. Finally I caught someone passing by. Overall its ok.

The older gentlemen in the appliance department were not very helpful or friendly. However, the cashiers and the garden department staff are very helpful. I had some issue determining what I should be planting that wouldnt need a lot of care, the lady in the garden department was very patient with me and really designed my whole desert-scaped garden down to the very rock/gravel we would use. I do wish that more people worked at the paint department counter, the wait can be very long to just ask a simple question.

I ordered a Bosch 500 (dishwasher) series from Lowe’s back in February. Due to pandemic it was scheduled to arrive this past Friday April 23rd. However, when I contacted the delivery team then Lowe’s in PS directly I was placed on hold for over an hour with 1 check in by the operator. They returned my called an hour later. This call informed me they received my 500 series, but could not locate it within the store. How you lose a dishwasher? I don’t know. From there things were pleasant and they ordered me a new one. From there everything seemed fine until I received a call this week April 27th. They offered me an 800 series dishwasher for a discounted price. Still sounds great. However, upon delivery I found the dishwasher dented in two areas. This was not disclosed and I am unsure if the dishwasher works but I am not going to find out. Lowe’s, in Palm Springs, has definitely lost my business. Being someone in healthcare I see hundreds of people a week and I will tell everyone this story and not shop at the Palm Springs Lowe’s ever.

Lowes has everything thats needed for home improvements. When I ordered appliances they did not charge a delivery fee, and time frame from placing order to arriving at my home was quick. I like getting my outside plants at this store since Lowes has a 1-year guarantee. Pictured: The pink Fairy Duster has been good value and blooms all winter/spring. The other I found in discounted area and turned out to be a nice surprise. I check the area each visit as items changed frequently, and come in all different sizes/price ranges.

So much better than Home Depot. People here look like they actually know what theyre talking about. Alexander is my favourite employee in the whole store, not only did he answer all my questions in a professional manner but he also suggested things I didnt even think about that saved me a lot of money. Like buying LED bulbs for efficiency and even helped me find items that wasnt even in his Department. He seems like the most knowledgeable guy in the store I am surprised he is not the manager yet.

All in all a very good experience. Started off with receiving incorrect store merchandise (bbq) from in-store pick up. Did not realize the error until we got home. Returned to store immediately and Fred, the assistant manager and his staff took care of the switch to the correct bbq swiftly. We literally pulled up in the parking lot and the guys were ready to go. Thank you to Fred, Jonathan and team.

Horrible experience. I ordered appliances, was never told my 4 hour window so i spent 2 hours on hold with customer service to find out. Then, the morning of delivery they said they were arriving an hour and a half early and I wasnt gonna be there. When, they arrived they didnt have any of the installation accesories I ordered. I then spent 3 hours on hold waiting for customer service and finally gave up. I am not calling again. I expect to be reached out to and the missing items I paid for to be overnighted now!

Recently weve been working on some remodel projects at home. Weve made several trips to our Palm Springs Lowes to get information, direction, supplies, etc. The associates and managers that have interacted with us have been very professional, respectful, and helpful! 5 stars to all of them! 👍🙂

More items in stock online and in store than home depot but online shopping cart had duplicated..took so long yo delete then review with glitches along the way that I gave up and went in in person. I suggest you just walk in. Much more items in stock than what websites show and those items are usually ridiculously lower than what your options were online..so save the time and regret..I strongly suggest you walk in and see and touch your real options and avoid overpaying. YOUR time is worth what you will save in money and time. Dont waste your time like I did.

Purchased new washer and dryer in the Palm Springs store to replace my washer that had just broke. Promised delivery yesterday but nobody showed up or called all day. I attempted to call the store several times yesterday but nobody would answer. Called the delivery department again today and still no answer. Finally spoke to someone in Corporate Support who said that she spoke to the Manager who said I would receive a call tomorrow to reschedule. If you need something delivered from Lowes, dont count on it being there when promised.

Lowes always seems to dissapoint me with stock. Ive done several dyi projects this year and they never have any choices. Fencing, 3 used vinyl panels. Astroturf, 2 choices etc. Was redirected to Home Depot.

Used curbside pickup. Excellent. Waited about 3 minutes after calling from pickup parking. Very friendly and efficiently loaded products in back of SUV. I didnt have to get out of my car.

Visited a Lowes near me that website wasnt updated and wasted my time ...checked website for this one and since I was going to be in the area went to look for what I needed and just as stated they had what they promisedThanks Lowes and Lowes employees for updating what you sell to keep people from wasting time on the wrong store.

I actually prefer the selection and the expertise of Lowe’s employees vs those at Home Depot. The issue is that I RARELY can find someone to help me. I’ve tried visiting different days and times to no avail. I have yet to ever see an associate in the paint center... not sure why. At Home Depot it seems like the paint center is always busy. I’ve had associates call for assistance in plumbing, hardware, outdoor and not one time has an associate appeared despite me waiting 10+ mins in the aisle for them. On a few occasions I simply left and popped over to home depot.

NEVER get anything from Lowes.... Ive had to return probably 6 things, 6 different times there. Each time I had a valid receipt and id if they wanted to see it. And 6 times they have treated me completely different than their return policy states that they are supposed to. Hassle-free return policy. Yeah right

Ok. Thier military discount is a pain. They make you go on line and register. Even if you have a retirement ID and a VA disability card.

Their selection of indoor ferns was excellent, I found what I wanted.
