I called and made an appointment with a groupon, she asked if i had been there before and said no because i was there once pre-pandemic for a 20 minute procedure and forgot. After taking all my information and confirming the appointment they waited until i took a half day at work to come over there to tell me that i had been there before so i can pay them directly and try to cancel my groupon or they would cancel my appointment. i didnt want to take the change groupon would not refund me or only giove me a credit for the $330+ She had my previous paperwork on the desk, so they knew this before i came in and could have called. Tied to Bait and switch. Unprofessional.

They are the best. Honest and won’t do anything unless it’s really a necessity. I LOVE THEM. 🥰. The only thing is call them before you buy anything online like Groupon because you don’t know if you qualify for the treatment. They are professional and licensed. The tech is very polite and has been doing it for over 7 years and Eric is super sweet and kind. I have been going to them for the past 3 years and no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

I called to enquire about micro blading tattoo removal. I love the honesty of the lady who advised me whilst she could do tattoo removal it wouldn’t work as good as a micro blading removal session and explain to me about the pigmentation. I wish all businesses were as honest as this

The laser hair removal technician is great. The place is clean. Unfortunately the location is on the other side of the city from me and the receptionist is not particularly friendly, especially if you get stuck in traffic and arrive a bit late. Just a heads up! Otherwise it was a good experience.

They are so sooo nice there and I was very impressed and very happy with how fast and (pretty much) painless it was! I did my Fat Freezing Procedure in this office and they are the best thing that ever happened to me. The RN who did my procedure was knowledgeable and very pleasant she went over everything that could possibly happened and she was 100% right. Will come back to do more in my arms I did my belly area by the way. Seeing results already after 8 weeks she did say it will take 8-12 weeks and she was right again. Go there they will take care of you!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. After driving all the way there on a busy day they didnt honor my appointment and the man who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional.To follow up with the companies reply: The man who answered the phone wouldnt even let me talk and was offensive from the moment he got on the phone. The company also were informed that the Groupon would expire prior to them being able to get us in and said it wouldnt be a problem and never asked for anything else. Then when we show up for the appointment they didnt honor it, become offensive and disrespectful to a customer. The customer always comes first and this business is trash, hence why they have to sell the cheapest deals on Groupon and have tons of fake reviews.

I had my legs and underarms done here. the laser process was a piece of cake and fast. They were so nice and professional. Also got Botox done by Jeanine their PA and she is the cutest and the best.

This review is long but well worth it to read it. So I went to a different spa to get my legs done they were horrible and very expensive. I got problems after problems.I then decided to go to Eclipse Wellness Center for my underarms and Brazilian they are AMAZING, affordable, Profesional and the BEST. They use one of the top notch Laser Machine in the market and their tech makes you feel beutiful and super comfortable.Thank you.

They have the best massage therapist in town. Wow if you are in pain go to Eclipse Wellness Center your pain will go away in just one session. I am trying laser hair removal next in my beard. I am tired of shaving every other day.

They are awesome I went to my frist appt yesterday. After I filled the paper work out they took me right away in. The laser room was immaculate clean and organized. I am OCD about germs so I felt really confortable and will recommend them 1000%. Prices are very affordable and the staff is super friendly!
